Ive been going here since I was A child, theyve always taken the best care of my eye and have always done right by me, Id never go anywhere else for my eye care

I took my 12 month old daughter in to have her eyes examined. We saw Dr. Doe and I was very happy with him! He was very kind to my baby, going out of his way to make her laugh while he was checking her eyes. Her appointment was at 3pm and even with the extra COVID procedures in place we were done in 45 minutes.

I was extremely impressed with my care, at Paragon!My appointment was at 8:45, and I was in and out within 45 minutes. Dr Turner was very personable and explained all of his findings as he did his evaluation, as did the technician who did the original interview and assessment. Social distancing precautions were taken and everyone wore a mask.I was very pleased and highly recommend this practice.

Iv e been going here for quite some time my father,mother aunts n uncles were their patients in the past I really like this ophthalmology office the staff are very friendly and very understanding I wouldnt trade them in the world as long as they are in operation Dr doe very excellent doctor thanks paragon op

Ive had 2 horrible visits there, they could care less about how much of your time they waste. My second visit there they left me with my eyes dilated for an hour and never examined my eyes. When I went to the desk to inquire about when I would see a doctor I was told that I had been missed and that the doctor had left for lunch....Needless to say I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone, I dont know about their skills as it concerns eye care but their skills as caring humans are zero. If there was something less than one star thats what I would give them.

Very unprofessional staff. Could overhear personal conversations in the waiting rooms and in the exam rooms. Overly long wait times with little to no communication regarding expectations or why. Took over an hour and a half to actually see the provider. Plan on a full day for a simple routine eye exam.Building is older and outdated. Flooring and furniture had visible signs of wear and dirt.Be aware that they do not partner with vision plan insurance, but only with medical plans.

Dr. McMullen is GREAT. She listens to her patients and is gentle. I switched over to her because I cant stand Dr. Doe, who was the WORST EYE DOCTOR I HAVE EVER SEEN.The staff is mean. I dont know how else to describe it.My sister called to get her prescription and PD so she could order glasses online. They flat-out *refused* to hand it over because its been 2 years since she had an exam there. WTF, isnt that HER information? Why are they allowed to withhold that from her?It is only because of Dr. McMullen that this place doesnt get zero stars.

Dr. Rowe was absolutely amazing. Both he and the staff were professional, efficient, caring, and very thorough. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone!

Horrible service, the nurses and the doctors are equally bad in customer service and time management, took my daughter there and all they cared about is to bring her back so they can charge $119.00 for less than half and hour each time! Thats even when we came back as a follow up on a previous appointment! And the worst part is they charged us $25 for not showing up for an appointment even after we called and asked one of their receptionist to cancel the appointment!!! and when we called back to inform them that we had called previously to cancel/reschedule the appointment and to reverse the amount since it was their mistake the **** manager didnt went to acknowledge that and they still charged us, needles to say we paid the $25 but hence my review, my recommendation is try to avoid this place because they do not give a **** about you as a patient they just want to make money and not provide a good service!

There are some good doctors there. STAY AWAY FROM DR. DOE. He was ZERO help to me. I saw him three times and every single time I saw him, he tried to sell me something (a book, different medicines).I came to him with a problem and he didnt acknowledge it. Near the end of the appointment, I choked out, Arent you going to help me? He looked at my eyes again and recommended I do some procedure that costs hundreds of dollars without explaining to me what it was for.My eyes were dilated and he left me in the room without saying goodbye. Clueless, I followed him out into the hallway and he spotted me and said, No, go that way.

Awful experience the receptionist was extremely rude the doctor was very short and not thorough. He took me off work for an injury I sustained to my. Friday I went to the ER and they referred me to him told me to call him in the morning he would probably want to see me even on the weekend because it was severe. He refused said he would see me Monday unless it got worse. Even though I was off work due to doctors orders and talk to him Saturday he wouldnt fill out paperwork to cover my FMLA for the time they made me stay off only the two days he seen me in the office not the days from the Er even though they jade mess call him. Then he filled out my paperwork saying that I had no reason I couldnt do my job after he told me I couldnt go to work. They charged me to fill out the paperwork incorrectly and they didnt even complete it in entirety. Clearly do not care about their patients.

Dr. Doe prescribed me an incorrect perscriprion. I had headaches for days. I went to Heimstra Optical for a second eye exam and it was confirmed I had the wrong prescription glasses for my eyes. Dr. Doe was brusk and unfriendly and told me a story about how his last partner blamed him for all the errors at his previous practice.

Though it was a long wait, Doe was a great Dr. I was very scared as I was getting a needle right into my eyelid, and he was good at keeping me calm as well as doing the procedure fast. Am going back again for my final treatment.

I had an appointment for an eye exam at 10:45am. I arrived at about 10:30 and I got into the exam room at about 11am. Altogether I was dumped into 3 different rooms, finally got my eye exam and got out of there at about 1:15pm. Everyone just seemed indifferent to the situation so you can bet I will never go there again.

Terrible service, long wait times, switched to many different waiting rooms. They set up a referral appointment without talking to us, finally went to the referral appointment and they had no idea why we were there because no information was sent over.
