Conveniently in a great location, the sign is nice and clear of pictures of the leaf and the flower( Wich I hope helps those that dont like seeing it. Even though its another beautiful pant.). The staff goes above and beyond with great knowledge of the medicine in all forms being sold in store. I would rate them a 5 except they need 5$ grams like the majority of shops in Kalamazoo Offer until supplies runs out. I recommend everyone to check out The Mint.

All the way in Kalamazoo! This place was really nice and friendly and had great prices and deals. I came in and spent more than what I wanted but who cares right. All employees were super friendly and informative. Which made me forget their names however a young lady with a shortcut was herbalist two days in a row. Whenever I’m in the area, I’ll be at MINT.

The prices are great and the staff knows what theyre talking about, Jajames gave some great recommendations.

Gave them 1 Star for the nice greeters. The little guy in glasses who talked like he owned the place informed me that they really do not cater to Med patients, who actually says that to a Med patient. They did not honor advertised specials for Med patients either, as they had no carts for Med users even though display was full of them. I figured I would just grab some flower while there, mistake, prepackaged super dry turned to powder in my grinder. Dont advertise for Medical users if you do not like their money. If you are a Med user skip this place. The Refinery beats them hands down on service & specials for Med users on carts. Or go to Lake Effect for better flower. Never going to Mint again.

Bought an O of two different strains from their $12 range. Both were poorly trimmed. I even found seeds and theres definite chemical burn. The guys were nice and friendly hence why theres two stars but I wont be going back.

This is the closest dispensary to me, and I spent a lot here at first, but I have no plans to go back. Their prices and deals are not great.Sometimes their specials are like Fathers day- free pre-roll with purchase then you get there and the budtender says thats only for fathers. That should be clearly stated on the website. Anyone who cannot pass for a father who was planning on getting their fathers day gift there because of that deal should definitely go elsewhere.

Honestly the best experience I’ve had in a dispensary in Kalamazoo. The biggest difference I noticed at Mint was how friendly and kind everyone was! No snooty bud tenders who belittle or intimidate you if you don’t know the name of a strain or product. They also gave me a free glass piece for it being my first time there. I always have a great experience. My only concern is that there is not a separate deal for buying to half gram carts instead of getting the battery free. There should be an option for a third cart free or something after first purchase. I don’t need multiple batteries. It’s pointless to buy them at half gram if there is no other deal. Also full grams would be awesome.

Let me start by saying that first impressions are everything and there are rarely ever second chances to make a good first impression. The culture and professionalism of this company was enough for me to write this review, obviously it was not a good impression based on the star folks . I wont tell you that I had a bad experience at the location in Michigan. Because the staff said it all, they were nice and eager to help me and get me service. However, upon speaking with Laura at the Kalamazoo, Michigan location it was evident there was no training done. From the budtenders own words there was no training, we have to learn most everything on the job. I visited the location to do some discovery, as I was interviewing with Koreena from the Mint Dispensary corporate office in Tempe, Arizona. The original interaction with Koreena was not bad, she seemed to be a professional. Well, that changes very fast, with her inability to meet two different dates for a virtual interview. I, the candidate took the effort to apply, to prepare, to inform myself about the company, and did this two days, all to be stood up by the company. Still after the second time, I called the corporate office, as I had done the first time to inform them that I had made the interview and Koreena had not and if I could speak with her. After hearing the second thing from the assistant on the phones. I asked to speak with the owners, which they said were not available and that I could speak with the General Manager, which I said yes. He comes on the phone and doesnt introduce himself at all, just says this is the general manager. I introduced myself and asked who I had the pleasure of speaking with, his reply was Bull, B.U.L.L. just like that. Now I will tell you that I applied to be the General Manager at the Kalamazoo, Michigan location, with the requirements they were looking, as they reached out to me very quickly after applying. I state that, so you know that I have not come across to many legally named BULL. So, at this point I know this kid is lying to me and claims to be the manger at the Tempe, Arizona location. I explained how everything has been really unprofessional so far, but that because of the need that I can tell the company has, I would really love to chat with the owners about the position. After giving him all the details, that have already been typed previous to this line, he states the following. I know Koreena and she has been with the company for years and doesnt sound like her at all. Probably what happened was that she passed your info onto someone else and they didnt get into the interview with you. I explained that I have a direct message from her saying she was unable to join and rescheduled. After that he gave me the great line of, let me take this information and get to the bottom of it. He even went as far as stating that he would call me in one hour. Which I will let you know, didnt happen.I truly hope that this is not the way that you run your business and expect people to spend their hard earn money at. I ultimate hope is that you take this information and apply it and help your culture shift to something better. At this point there is no way that I will be back to the Mint Dispensary. Unfortunately most of this reviews are overlooked and there is rarely any change ever that comes from it. However you guys have been around at least since 2016 and are doing some things right to make that happen. I would encourage the owners to find an HR Manager as top priority, because not always do you get honest and constructive feedback from top talent. To help on the culture shift, you need to have a meeting of all your leaders and have them answer these questions; What is our why? How do we demonstrate it? Best of luck to you, hopefully this isnt one of those dismissed reviews, lots of potential for future growth for your company.

This place is a joke...first of all, walk through the door and it looks like a sport memorabilia shop...Then they have small viles of flowers and when you get flower its prepackaged. They dont measure what you buy in front of you. For all I know the prepackaged flower could have been there since they opened. Will never go there again

They have decent prices, but other than that Im not impressed at all. Ive been to this more than a couple of times and each time Im disappointed. I tried a couple of different strains from each tier and was disappointed everytime. Not sure if its the cheap packaging but the flower felt dry each time. I wouldnt buy any flower from this place. Feel ripped off when they are much better places like lume or compassionate care. Place sucks for flower maybe good for other products or consumers who are into cbd.

In my experience prior to this visit, almost every dispensary I’ve been to was not really much of an experience as much as it was going in a store and buying beer. Most employees elsewhere are bland and quiet and don’t really know much about the product they are selling. Honestly they are quite boring.Tonight was my first time to Mint. It was almost 9pm and all the stores around me were closed. I found that Mint was open until 10 so I raced over there expecting them to be closing down shop, “I arrived 20 minutes before closing time”and thought they would be upset that I was there so late but I was totally wrong.It was great. Every single employee working tonight was smiling and happy to be there, happy that I was there and happy to help. The guy at the check in table was awesome and very inviting, and the gentleman that helped me at the counter deserves a weed medal because he was so very helpful and knew so much about the products. I took his advice on a product and it turned out to be even better than my expectations. I can’t remember either of their names however my order thing says Bdarr so maybe that’s his name haha. Although there are multiple dispensaries near me and I’m 40 minutes away from Mint, I will definitely return and I would recommend to everyone. Thanks guys :)P. S. Even the dude outside doing curbside and directing parking was happy and cracking jokes lolol

Just bought 4 pre rolls, and an 1/8th of bud from these guys for their 2020 Black Friday Rec sale. This is some of the worst weed I’ve ever seen or smoked. I paid $54 and tipped my cashier $6 for an even $60 that I wish I’d never spent there. The 1/8th and 3 of the 4 prerolls were all harvested last October. Talk about lost potency and money wasted. I’ll keep going to Lake effect.
