When I took my mother to see Vineyard I knew immediately this was the place I hoped she liked. In my experiences with many care facilities in both Michigan and Florida I had never seen one that had windows letting in light and beautiful views, decorated to feel cheerful and we met both staff and residents that warmly greeted us. After the visit my mother said I dont think I need to visit any other facility, this feels like home. She came to live here the first of July and I was all set to help her with the meeting to finalize and move in, when I was unexpectedly hospitalized for a week. My sister came from Florida and the staff at Vineyard were so helpful to her to make the move happen smoothly. Since then my mother has received the best of care. Any questions or comments we have are always received with care and concern and addressed promptly. Mom enjoys the meals and the many activities that are available. Caregivers she sees on a daily basis know her and treat her like family. Administrators take the time to know the residents and their familes and ask how things are going. I rest well knowing my mom is being cared for at Vineyard.

My mom moved into the Vineyards about 2 years ago. The facility is beautiful, clean and safe. During the pandemic they keep my mom and all of their residents healthy!!! What a miracle. All of the staff are incredibly helpful and caring. The activities that are offered are varied and fun and pre-pandemic often included outside family members. Any questions I have had have been answered quickly and efficiently. I am very glad mom chose The Vineyards.

Vineyard Assisted Living is a beautiful facility with wonderful staff. The food is excellent and they have fun activities to keep their residents. I love seeing the smiles on their faces on Facebook.

We have been very pleased with our moms move to the Vineyard and the quality of life they strive to provide. The facility is lovely and the staff goes the extra mile to assist in gentle, caring and cheerful ways. They work to make the Vineyard a home and are respectful, as well as thoughtful, in ways to do that. They are cognizant of the seemingly little things that make a day go better, lift your spirits or provide a bit more ease. Along with the little things they keep safety, top quality care and resident engagement the priority. My mom doesnt always take advantage of all that is offered but when she does, her day is always better. When we were looking to move to a home where my mom had the opportunity to continue to flourish to the extent her health would allow, be treated with respect and well cared for, when we found the Vineyard we knew we had found it.

I love the staff, especially the housekeepers who love for my puzzle pieces. Some of the meals are not always what I like. It is clean and well kept. Residents are not all friendly.

I’ve so appreciative of the great job our housekeeping staff. Really helps that they are so good at maintaining our home so well.

Vineyard assisted living is a great place to live! friendly/knowledgeable staff, cant be beat! food is delicious/plentiful get seafood daily which is great and rare! Brittany bell, Monica Head nurse and Diana manger can not say enough for how helpful they are!!

Our mom is so happy here. She loves the activities and the staff is kind and compassionate. They seek input from residents and their family. She can’t say enough about how delicious the food is😉!

Our mom moved in yesterday. The whole process has been amazing. From our first contact with Amanda; many subsequent phone calls, and numerous visits, she arrived to every employee greeting her. She truly feels welcomed.Brittany Bell stopped by several times to make sure mom was comfortable. And Cedric, the chef, makes excellent food.

This is a beautiful building thats very impressive. As soon as you walk in you notice the tall ceilings, large windows and bright cheery colors . The staff is very polite and helpful at providing the best of care for our mother. They listen to our suggestions and strive to make things better. We are very impressed with Jayme the Activities Director who plans many outings and daily entertainment and encourages my mother to participate despite her immobility. Its comforting to know staff like Monica, Dianna, & Brittany, to name a few, are taking good care of her.

Many thanks to the staff at Vineyard Assisted Living (VAL). The professionalism, attentiveness, and concern they have shown to both me and my mom is of the highest quality. My mom has expressed how pleased with VAL. She has said Im happy here and everyone is so nice! This makes my heart happy and gives me piece of mind. This week I went and visited some of the residents I use to care for at Vineyard Assisted Living. I noticed they have made some management changes and it shows. This facility is definitely going in the right direction. If you are looking for a place for your loved ones this is it!!

Brittany Bell, MT, is an absolute pleasure to be around. I’m so glad that she is so involved in caring for my dad. She’s kind, funny, and extremely good at her job. She just lights up the room and improves my dad’s mood when she walks into his apartment.

A gorgeous setting for seniors. The units are tastefully designed and feel like a nice condo, that you can call home. The staff are knowledgeable and provide great care and assistance. The dining room offers great meals with choices. The food is prepared by Chefs, not reheated frozen food purchased from a big chain food supplier. The different areas are nicely decorated. There is a movie room, spa, game room, library and a nice open area to just sit and visit. They have an exercise room and on site salon services. Before deciding on an assisted living home, you really need to visit the Vineyards.

The entire staff is so sweet, patient, and compassionate. Angie is wonderful. She and the others go above and beyond and make us feel so comfortable having mom here.

The entire staff here is incredible. Everyone exceeds our expectations every time we need anything for mom or family. Cambria is so sweet, patient, and compassionate. We love just love her! Give that girl a big raise!

I enjoy working the Gatons since day one they are a hard working and loving family! The staff they hired as amazing as well! The compassion and understanding I get from management and below is truly of people who care!!! The community of vineyard is beautiful and well put together! If you are thinking about putting a family members here or even coming for yourself, this is the place to come!

First place I found that feels like home!The food is excellent and patient care is proactive and compassionate.It seems that management has assembled a long range plan to establish a cadre of solid, loyal staff.- The Gantons are a caring family who want to make us feel like were a part of their family.- Medical Manager Monica has high expectations and it is reflected in the quality of care provided by her team: Brittany, Susanne, Deanna, Emily, Kathy, Jenn, Susan, Missy, Cambria, Karina, and others.- Amanda and Angela are excellent in Marketing and Reception, and housekeeping maintains the beauty of the facility.- Carl is a wonderful patient driver and excellent with maintenance.

Susan M , Sam, Kathy, Cambria, Angie, Karina, Susan Hernandez Campos, and Missy Gray, are really nice and friendly they care for my wife Jill. I could not have picked a better place for her care. They will do anything that my wife asks for. Mr Cedric is the best chef , all the food is the BEST. We love all of them.

My husband and I are thrilled with this beautiful facility and staff! My father has been a resident for 3 months. His needs are being met in every way and he is loving the activities provided and live entertainment. We come to visit a few times a week, always unannounced, and have always been warmly greeted and welcomed. Its a blessing to know my father is safe, happy, well cared for and surrounded by experienced and giving staff!!

A+ top knock facility. Great care and staff very honest and friendly..Well I used to think so until a very unexpected happening occurred. Had a great staff but the owners will see what they lost. When they start dropping like flies I see it happening already and I think its their loss. I pray for the residents that live there.

Since being, part of the vineyard team, I gotta say that I feel at piece working here, its a wonderful place to work highly recommended working their. I love it very much!!

A top-notch facility and beautiful grounds in the Texas corner areas. If you are considering assisted living, consider a family owned retirement center with delicious food, stimulating activities, and a family environment such as this!

Being a part of the Vineyard team and working along side of these amazing co workers I have seen compassion and strong leadership that values each employee and most of all, their residents. This is a beautiful facility and a wonderful place for loved ones to call their home where they will find fellowship and hard working staff that truly go above and beyond to make it feel like home.

After firing the Director of Resident Care and the main Clinical person leaving, the care of my Father went down the drain. He was left unshowered for a week and his wounds on his feet were unmonitored and untreated. He ended up in the hospital on IV antibiotics for 6 days and then in a rehab center for a month. We decided not to return because of this poor level of care and neglect.After less than one year in business the place is not even full yet decided to increase rates. It is a beautiful facility with reasonable rates, but their operating model is profit driven and not care given. Take this as a warning for your loved one.

This place is beautiful to the eye but is very sinister!!!! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT apply to work here or leave your loved ones in the care of this facility!!! They have BED BUGS (REOCCURRING) the medical technicians double dose the residents due to not being trained properly, they also steal the narcotic medications and the Director of Care covers it up!!! They don’t pay well and they jip you out of the little money you have by up-charging for insurance etc..... the director of care is unprofessional and is not suitable to be in her position... ALL MINORITIES if you apply here and hired they will racially profile you until you QUIT!! The residents are not happy here they have nothing nice to say about their stay at vineyard, oh and the housekeeper does everything but keep house!!!! She’s pretty much only employed to lolligag, thank The 3rd shift for a clean building 💪🏽.... The kitchen does not provide a suitable diet for the elderly, they would be better off eating McDonald’s everyday😬

I was really excited when I was first employed with the Vineyards and got to where I hated going into work I was in my bosses office at least six times it was like I was in elementary school the residents are wonderful I truly miss them and there was a lot of them that really adored me it’s a shame when they fire you they say you’re no longer allowed in their facility. After youve bonded with the residents. Especially when we’re here for them. It’s their home a shame you get fired when the doctor gives you two days off due to illness but I’m glad I got the chance to meet the residents that I have met in the facility I would not recommend employment to this business management is horrible They’re also taking almost my whole check for them firing me for the physical and the drug test so my funds are low and my grandkids won’t be seeing Christmas until after so thank you Vineyards my locker was cleaned out andmy stuff was thrown outI. I was also fired from management through a text message on my second day off by my doctor. so that is not very professional residents are wonderful the Vineyards inside and out is beautiful but the atmosphere if you work there is horrible with some coworkers and management So again if you’re going to fire somebody that’s off on medical you should at least fire them in person not through a text message very unprofessional And again you should take the fees from their check if they quit. if you guys terminate them for being sick. You shouldn’t take a penny from them you guys are getting over on a Lot of good people 😥

Beautiful facility!Unfortunately very poorly managed from the top down.Sadly your tenured staff is the biggest problem.A manager that forgets to or just plain doesnt order residents medication as well as allows an employee with Shingles to work exposing other staff and more importantly the residents is quite definitely hiring the wrong staff!
