Dr Sandra Au was amazing!! Extremely smart, very gentle and understanding . She is easy to talk too. She listened to our (my child and I had an appointment with Dr. Au) concerns and took great care of us. Dr. Anderson and the staff at Aloha Foot Center were awesome. Dr Anderson was very patience as I explained my pain, he then explained the issue that was causing my foot pain and offered suggestions on treatments. He didn’t push me to make decisions and checked to see if I understood the cause/treatment before I left. He was very professional with a good bedside manner. His office staff was very friendly and courteous. I highly recommend Dr Anderson and Aloha Foot Care.

They took me on the same day. Dr Anderson read my history of foot treatment for the past 20 plus years before I arrived and was able to pinpoint the problem in the first ten minutes. I left with an ankle brace that was an absolute relief from my 2-month long swollen inside ankle. He gave the R-I-C-E routine to follow as well as checking in with physical therapy and a two week follow up. Thorough, kind, quick and efficient. I would recommend Aloha Foot Centers to anyone with foot problems. Two thumbs up!!!

I broke my toe and needed to get in to be checked. I was able to get an appointment very quickly and they were ready as soon as I came for my appointment. Dr Anderson was so, so great. He x-rayed my foot, gave me a hard sole shoe, and I was out in 15 minutes! The office was clean and sterile, the staff was polite and professional, and my toe is healing nicely.

Dr. ANDERSON was so amazing. Hes the kind of doctor that you dont realize is a doctor. Hes acts like an equal human. He doesnt have the typical GOD LIKE EGO/COMPLEX like most doctors do. He was kind to my daughter and kind to a worried mom. (Me) I wish he wasnt a foot doc. I wish he was a PCP.

Dr ken. Is a great guy. And concern for healing I would recommend there services to anyone that has a foot problem. Especially those with borderline diabetes ans neoapathy. He will explain your options. Great guy., makes you fill completely comfortable.

Dr. Sabata was awesome! He’s so funny and light-hearted yet very knowledgeable. He allowed me to feel comfortable and I learned a lot from him about what I needed to do for my tight calves. The receptionists were very kind and professional as well!

I HAVE HAD THE LUCK OF BEING TREATED BY DR SANDRA AU FOR THE LAST 10 PLUS YEARS. ALWAYS AVAILABLE AND SPOT ON WITH HER DIAGNOSIS. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER SERVICE.

My big toe had been badly infected so with a referral from my pcp Dr. Au took me right away even though it was late in the day. I was treated quickly, efficiently and painlessly. Even on the follow up appointment! They also sell a really good post op surgical kit that had everything I needed to take care of my toe so I did not have to hunt all over a drug store for everything I would need . Also appreciated that I did not have to drive all the way downtown for an appointment.

Had an extremely painful ingrown toenail, called and got an appointment within a couple days.AFC is friendly, clean and Dr. Tsubata has always been great at making you feel comfortable. He explains everything in detail and terms that you can understand.His medical assistant in the front office is cheerful and helpful, always answers my questions.Parking is easy too! YES, definitely recommend.

Last summer (2018), I called Dr. Au’s office on a Friday and said I was concerned about my father’s toe, which had turned a disturbing color overnight. The person taking the call said to bring my father in immediately.Dr. Au examined his toe and determined it was necrotic. I watched her cut into it... it didn’t bleed. She sent him to Castle to be admitted. Dr. Au operated on him, removing the tip. She showed me how to dress an open wound... and his healing began.Flash forward to 14 months later...we continue to go for regular check ups and appreciate the friendly staff and Dr. Au’s positive, friendly, and professional personality.In short, Dr. Au literally saved my father’s life. If we had had to wait days for an appointment, he would have lost more than the tip of his toe.My father is grateful for this wake-up call. At 82, he’s now working out at the Y, walking around Kailua for more exercise, and watching his diet.

I was having some pain in my foot and decided to go to Aloha Foot Centers where I met Dr. Tsubata. He is a friendly Dr that makes you feel welcome in his office. He prescribed stretching and physical therapy for my pain and followed up with me to make sure that I was doing better. I would recommend that if you need foot care, to come to Aloha Foot Centers.

After being referred to him by my primary provider, my entire visit was an experience that put all my previous specialist visits to shame. His office staff treated me with exceptional, world-class respect, care, consideration and aloha. From the instant I walked in the door to the time I left, I felt like part of their Ohana. Special mahalo goes out to Ms Amy, for incredible kindness and assistance. Also to PA Phil for his professionalism and memorable assistance. If you need a podiatrist, this is the place you must go. Dr Tsubata not only treated my foot condition but explained five different procedures that could be done to repair a chronic foot issue that I had for over 15 years. He described state of the art options that were light years ahead of the standard, cant-do attitude of my previous doctors. His knowledge is superb; his bedside manner impeccable, and his treatments are effective and painless! To add to the experience, Dr Tsubata and his proactive staff even filled out the disabled parking permit paperwork for me! I could go on and on... and Im sure more words by me wont properly capture the incredible level of professionalism, courtesy, aloha, and overall confident feeling I received that I was (an am) in good hands at his practice.
