Dr. Lyn is to be highly commended for the way he handles his work responsibilities. I can tell that he cares about his job and about the people who depend on him.Dr. Lyn’s help has been exemplary and his efforts and talents have contributed to my immediate needs and satisfaction. His quick response, energy and enthusiasm are attributes that I do not take for granted.He is refreshing and a bright asset to your team and was of great help to me. In essence I felt that he did an outstanding job.

Simply put... ALWAYS a positive experience. Office manager, Karen, is the best at her job. She is prepared for every patient and always with a smile. Dr. Lyn is one of the few doctors who actually listens--- truly listens to what the patient says. I wish ALL my physicians were like him. 5 star office!

I had a great first appointment with Dr. Lyn and would have rated him 5 stars after that appointment. I received a phone call from him to review my blood work results after the appointment which was a quick less than 5 minute phone call. I received a bill for that phone call which I feel is not the way to run a practice. I was never told I would be charged for this phone call and the office called me. My prior doctors never charged for a simple phone call to review basic bloodwork results. Thus my 3 star rating now.

Dr Lyn took the time to listen and I never felt rushed. He also has a sense of humor which made the visit comfortable.

Excellent Telehealth session with Dr. Lyn. My husband John was suffering from respiratory syncytial virus [RSV] with a very harsh cough that prevented sleeping at night. Dr Lyn carefully listened to our list of symptoms and diagnosed RSV. He then prescribed a cough syrup with narcotic to provide the cough relief needed for sleep. He properly cautioned John against overuse. He warned against possible secondary bacterial infection and told us to call for an antibiotic, if that occurred. He also issued new prescriptions for Johns recurring meds which had no more refills.Dr. Lyn is very professional and caring. He listens carefully, and puts us at ease. I highly recommend his services to anyone in need of an doctor in internal medicine.

Jupiter called me to come in for appointment then preceded to bill me for a well visit when I had a bad cough and was sent for X-rays which medicare would not pay for the visit and his office girl would not change code and insists on a well visit for $480.00 even though there was a problem on my X-ray
