We brought our family to this practice and they broke applicable privacy laws on behalf of our pre-teenage daughter. This incident specifically occurred when a medical assistant questioned why she should bother measuring our daughter (when I requested that she do so) when she was seeking medical attention for.... (she announced the condition in a public area with people present).The condition was very personal in nature and in fact, pained our daughter to go for future visits. This discussion occurred at the scale which is foolishly positioned by the lobby doors, bathroom, reception desk for all to hear.Our son, who struggles with Bipolar disorder was having an adverse reaction to his medication and was refused a consult as the office told us he had to have his annual physical first. The next appointment for a physical was not available for 5 weeks. We removed both children. Eventually, I was asked to leave via a certified letter after I voiced these concerns when I was kept on hold for a lengthy amount of time and I asked for a manager. The practice can dismiss who they like but they will not silence families with valid concerns with a certified letter.

Caring and professional. She took the time to actually listen and talk to me about my concerns. Was very thorough. Very happy to have found a Dr like her. A rarity these days!

This is the absolute most horrendous office in the history of doctors offices. The entire admin and management staff should be fired. I dont know how its even possible that they are in business. If you make an appointment, be prepared to wait an hour. In the 10 or so times Ive been there, Ive had to take hours off work that day for just a simple visit. If there were negative stars Id rate it minus 50. I switched doctors after I saw zero improvement. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE. They SUCK

Terrible front desk service. I would like to see Dr. Bilnoski as a new patient, but every time I have called (at least 4 times so far), I am placed on a brief hold for almost 10 minutes. Whether the staff is overwhelmed or just lazy, it shows no consideration for a patients time.

I paid for my visit the day i went in. A few months later i get a invoice in the mail saying that i still owe more money even know i was told i what the balance was during my last visit and i paid it in full. So i paid the $40 that was on the invoice they sent me. Now a few months later i get a invoice from collections saying i owe them more money. I will never use this doctor again. How can they just keep adding money and saying ooo now u owe this much more.

Hopeless staff, no supervision.30 min on hold,last time .normally 10 -12 min on hold then fastalk who will not let me finish a sentence it took took 4 months calling every month to get urostomy supplies Br Bilnoski is very thorough and caring.

Have been a patient for a few years I love the office staff and Dr B is awesome.

I love cabrini farano! She is the best! My favorite person there. She goes above and beyond to help. She has never dissapointed me. My experience there is wonderful. In great hands. Thank you so much

I was referred to Christine Schiller, a PA at Jupiter Family Healthcare, for a general physican. During my visit, she was very demeaning and was not helpful. I had an injury to my foot and she basically told me to stay off of it and shake it off. I still have pain and decided to go to a specialist and it turns out my foot was fractured. I did not have an enjoyable experience prior to finding this out, but this made angry enough to write a review. I dont know how the other drs are, but the office in general was disorganized and the nurses were gossiping and unprofessional. I would stay away and see someone who is more competent.

Dr. De Lucia, helped me loose a lot of weight. HIs staff is nice, accommodating and well qualified.
