Staff is very friendly and welcoming. They assist you with all your needs no matter how big or small. Dr. Dack is a wonderful Vet. He calls personally with lab results and he is very reassuring and puts your mind at ease. I am so grateful I found such a wonderful place. Thank you guys for being so wonderful. I recommend this place for anyone who loves their pet and wants the best care for them.

Lifetime Vet Center takes great care. They offered a complimentary initial puppy exam. Then had neuter surgery and called to check on him the next day. Dr. Dack and staff are very pleasant, competent and caring.

I had to make the toughest decision of my life in letting my baby girl go. For anyone who has been through this, it’s hard not only making the call but finding the right people to trust with making the decision. I was lucky enough to find this place and all of the amazing people that make it what it is. They not only made the process easy but were empathetic, kind and above and beyond in every way. I was afraid because during these times many vets are not letting people in and I was not going to let her leave this world alone, however they allowed us to come in and even made it a point to sit on the floor with us and our Kali girl. There was no rush, we felt as comfortable as we could be and they assured us that she would be safe with them after the process was finished. I couldn’t be anymore grateful to everyone there for the compassion they showed. I know my girl was treated with love and respect. Absolutely incredible people. When I went back today to pick up her ashes I was listening to the vet speak with one of her clients and it made my heart smile because I could tell that she cared which is not always the case, as well as the receptionist who is nothing but kind every time I speak to her. Thank you all so much for helping our family in such difficult times. We love you all ❤️

Lifetime Vet Center is top notch all around. My doodle loves going to the vet because the entire team always makes him feel safe and loved. We get him groomed by Karen there are well and he always looks amazing. Dr. Dack has stayed late to assist with an emergency and the whole team is friendly, inviting, and professional. I would recommend them to any pet owner!

We just moved to Florida with our rescue dog and actually found Lifetime by accident. We were given a different recommendation but somehow google maps gave us this clinics phone number and address. We didnt realize it until we arrived. We decided to stay and give them a try and we couldnt be happier! The vet, front desk and awesome nurse (Sammy) were so helpful and patient with us. Our dog needed special attention and she got it! We always say, there really are no accidents. We are so happy with Lifetime vets.

Our little bichon was treated with great care and compassion. Most of all, we felt he was in competent, caring hands from the moment we entered the facility. The front desk staff was top notch and Dr Dack was patient and thorough. We absolutely recommend Lifetime to anyone in need of medical services for their beloved pets.

We moved to South Florida from Texas about a year and a half ago. I was so nervous about finding a vet for our dog. We had been going to the same vet for our 3 family dogs for over 16 years and didn’t think I could find better. When I called to ask if they had recommendations for Florida vets, they told me to look at a website that lists all vets with the same accreditation as them (one of the top accreditations for vets). I was so happy to find Lifetime vet/ Dr. Dack only 10 minutes from where we’d be with the accreditation! My dog has always had trouble keeping weight on/ seemingly never had interest in eating no matter how hard we tried or gave her. Dr. Dack addressed it immediately, got her on a special diet, and she has gained over 4 pounds and maintained it. She is healthier and happier than ever with a healthy coat! She still has some GI upset just because she’s sensitive, but they always squeeze her in last minute and treat her immediately and effectively before she gets dehydrated! She doesn’t mind going to the vet at all! They are all so sweet and helpful there and love our pup, too! Absolutely thrilled with the care she has gotten and the level of professionalism and kindness by the entire staff. Could not recommend Lifetime/ Dr. Dack more! My baby boy Cole has been a patient for 2 years now. The entire staff goes out of their way to make both pet and parent feel comfortable. It has been a challenge during these trying times of Covid yet the staff has not missed a beat in not only trying to keep the staff safe but the clients as well. Its a challenge to do curbside but well worth it to have Dr. Dack take care of your pet. Whether on the sidewalk or in the office he takes the same amount of time to listen to your concerns and explain all you need to know. This is the best clinic I have ever been to. Ever. Everyone, including the veterinarian, the vet techs and the front desk staff are so friendly and helpful. The veterinarian is an expert. I wish I had discovered this clinic sooner and brought my cat here sooner. I brought my 21-year-old kitty here for an emergency visit because my regular vet was closed. In the exam this vet found out she was blind and in an ultrasound he found that she had cancer, something my regular vet had missed for I don’t know how long. My cat lived a great life, but I surely did not want her to be in pain or suffering. She had a few other health issues too and it was time for her to go, and the vet explained to me my options and told me I could have another day. Per my request to not have to bring her in again and stress her out, they came out to my home and did the euthanasia. It was all done very smoothly considering the circumstances and they actually had compassion, something you don’t see often at veterinarian offices. I am so grateful that I found this clinic and that this experience was the best it could be and that my cat is no longer suffering. Thanks to The Animal Health Clinic, she had a relaxed and dignified send off. This clinic actually took the time to send me a handwritten condolence card which is so appreciated. Thank you so much to all of you for helping me through this time and for making this as easy as possible on my cat. I got a new puppy 10 months ago and was looking for a new vet close to my home. After asking around Lifetime Vet Center and Dr Dack was recommended by some friends. I have had a very positive experience there. Everyone has treated me and my pup awesome since day one! One thing I love the most is that they have Saturday hours. This is a necessity as I work full time Monday thru Friday. At my old vet I would have to take time off to get my dog in to the vet, but now I can just take him in on a Saturday morning. I love this! The service is great, staff is super friendly and I look forward to going there for many more years.

Not a professional establishment. Gave me a quote for $195 for X-rays, and then last minute revised the quote to $421. Original quote did not even include doctor’s charges. I do not recommend this facility, I felt they are not transparent with their pricing and charge more than comparable facilities.EDIT: The veterinarian followed up with me after my review posting to indicate this was a mistake on behalf of the secretary in communicating the wrong price. While I appreciate their concern towards keeping their online reputation in order, I believe their apologies should have been directed towards my dissatisfaction as a customer rather than their ratings.PS. This is the type of establishment that tries to guilt you into overpaying for tests and treatments your pet doesn’t need. Allow me to explain my most recent experience. My pet had some minor stomach issues and they wanted to charge $750 for X-rays and extensive bloodwork testS. I ended up paying $421 for X-rays, with frivolous additional charges including $70 for a radiologist to view the X-rays (unnecessary! The vet can look for an obstruction). $10 for dosimetry protection? Sounds like a scam. This facility is comparable to the auto mechanic that tells you that you need a new engine for an oil change. Most importantly, these charges were sprung on me last minute after handing over my dog to the vet. As a recommendation to future customers (since I clearly won’t be back), please explain each charge to the customer before asking them to sign.

This was my first time coming to the animal health clinic and the doctor and staff could not have been more wonderful. I had my grandchildren with me and one of the staffers Darla was so awesome with them explaining everything that was being done to our dog. If you want great care for your pets I highly recommend going to the animal health clinic.

We starting seeing Dr Dack when we moved to Jupiter 3 years ago. with our adult doodle. Dr. Dack and his staff are always courteous and professional. We adopted another puppy while living here, and they were excellent with puppy care, training, and parent questions. Highly recommend this vet!

I drive up from delray to see this dr. The staff is extremely nice and it’s just an amazing place to bring your loved pet !! I would highly recommend this dr and his staff to anyone with in a 1 hour radius!!

Dr. Dack and his office staff are so COMPASSIONATE!!! I love that when I bring my dogs in they really know them and there is a consistency of care because Dr. Dack sees all of his patients. It is never another vet caring for my animals. He takes his time with each office visit both with the patient and the owner. I highly recommend Animal Health Clinic. They are the BEST!

Leaving this review breaks my heart. I have been using Dr. Dacks practice since July of 2018, and I have never felt the disappointment that Im feeling after this weekend. Due to an oversight on my part, I had written a check that was returned to their office. I have been going there for a year and a half and have NEVER had anything like that happen. It was human error- I had forgotten to replace the checkbook in my purse. I was notified on Thursday and said I would call the following day. Pregnancy brain and three million things happening, I forgot- only to receive a phone call from Dr. Dack around lunch on Saturday. Without giving me an opportunity to return the call, he called the police department on me literally ten minutes later and told them that he had been chasing me, that I wasnt returning their phone calls, etc! All of which was a downright lie. I spoke with the officer, who could tell it was a misunderstanding, and as promised, I was able to pay the balance with a debit card over the phone. However, after being screamed at, spoken down to, and threatened by Dr. Dack, I cannot in good conscience recommend this practice to anyone. Mistakes happen, and I would hate to see someone else go through the stress that I just did over something this minor. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff, and they were helpful in terms of veterinary medicine for my three fur babies, but after the way I was treated this weekend, I truly hope this doesnt happen to another one of their customers.
