Had my 1st ever massage experience at Orchid of Asia. I went there with a stiff back and upper shoulder discomfort. I was greeted by Lulu and asked her for her suggestion. She recommended the massage style best suited for me and I decided to proceed. Lulu was TERRIFIC, she was very professional, has a firm and very effective style and I walked out feeling 100% better than when I walked in. The place itself was very clean and friendly. I am planning to have another massage there shortly and recommend Orchids of Asia and staff if you are looking for a professional and effective massage.ROB D

Was in Jupiter for the weekend and wanted to get a decent facial at a great price. Went in for the 30 minute mini facial and was disappointed to say the least. The first red flag should have been when the woman that greeted me asked if I wanted to pay for the service beforehand. The lights were left on for the entirety of the facial, I was given no eye covers nor a band to keep my hair back. Furthermore, the woman performing the facial conducted the entire thing without gloves on using only her fingertips and extremely long nails to apply the products to my face. I was trying to accept this so long as the facial was decent and I felt like I got what I paid for in the end. Soon enough, the womans phone began ringing incessantly on the loudest volume possible and she answered every single time. More than this, there was a bright flashing light to accompany the obnoxious ringing. Toward the end of the facial, a mask was applied to harden. Once hard, she removed the mask again with her long fingernails only to scratch my forehead in two separate places. And the absence of the hairband also allowed a ton of product to become stuck in my hair only to be painfully removed. Lastly, when I approached the desk to pay with card she asked how much of a tip I wanted to leave- which should have been nothing. I said $3 and was told that I could only add tips in increments of five. So I ended up giving a 15% tip when nothing was deserved. I would NOT recommend the Orchid Spa for any services, especially facials.

I had to walk out half way through. At first, the masseuse was doing a lovely job and I was enjoying it, but it soon turned out to be the most horrendous experience for massage. She asked me to pay beforehand - and like someone else said, this shouldve been a huge red flag but I was a Walk-In and they were able to do it right away (shouldve been another alarm), so I tried to put minor irritations aside. However, about 10 mins into the massage the doorbell kept ringing from mail men or staff going in and out. Its the Big Ben, 8-count Ding Dong Ding Dong, Ding Dong Ding Dong type so impossible to ignore. The phone rings constantly and then you can hear the manager shout back in Asian. At some point, the manager began to shout questions to my attendant through the door and this went on for about 4 mins - not kidding! Eventually the door opened for them to continue a discussion with me lying there half naked and barely covered. My attendant left the room. When she came back, I realized the hands on me now werent the same as before. These hands didnt feel like a qualified masseuse. So when THIS attendant left the room to answer the phone again, leaving the door open (!), I sat up, had to wait for them to return to tell them I wasnt going to put up with this any longer. The manager told me shed refund my c card payment, then pretended to not know how to do it up front as I stood there, fed up. When I threatened to call my bank and have the charge contested, she suddenly remembered how. Funny how that goes. Stay away. Someone shut this place down and let these girls go work somewhere else. I have to add that I WAS having a good massage, but obviously this place is being ran into the ground by bad management. Note: When you enter, look at the managers face... youll see stress in her eyes. I shouldve listened to my gut when I noticed that. Better still, someone should perhaps investigate this business to check these girls are being paid and not slaves. Something fishy here...

Much better than Mar-a-Lago Day Spa, and nothing says classy like borrowing some Secret Service guys and getting a motorcade to Orchards of Asia! They always make me feel like I’m POTUS! But, there’s more, like Quik-E Mart next door has 2 Gatorade for $3, and theres a vape shop and tat parlor in the strip mall, too - NICE! I always think of Giselle and Gronk when Im here. Much classier than Broward County (this is Palm Beach County, baby!), but it’s not exactly the Lincoln Bedroom, if you know what I mean! Good-ell for some fun times, just watch your Black Card, and oh, the latex machine is broken. So, ya, 2 stars - Rob Kraft, famous person

This Jupiter spa store location is now called the Orchids of Asia Day Spa. They seem to have basically the same staff and services.
