This is a journey, not an easy fix, so expect your problem to take some time to correct. Having said that it only makes sense because the problem has probably been building for a long time. I found the process very helpful to my situation, it did get tedious near the end of phase one but well worth the effort. Having the kind, knowledgeable and helpful staff there to guide you along your journey is very comforting too.

When I went to Dr. Brogna with sciatica I didnt know what to expect. He assured me he could help and started a multi phase treatment plan. His friendly and knowledgeable staff were very encouraging and I noticed some improvement after the 1st month and significantly more after the 2nd month. Dr. B, Lenore and Paul work together with great knowledge, empathy, and the ability to motivate. My pain level has reduced from 10+ to nearly 1 over the course of the last few weeks. Ive been going to HealthSource for a few years now and its the best! I can walk in with neck or back pain and come out feeling 100 times better. Dr. Brogna is great at what he does and is incredibly nice as well. Paul (massage) always does an amazing job with my extremely tight neck/back from working on a computer all day. I woke up with a terrible pain one day in my upper back area and I thought about going to the hospital as I couldnt figure out what the source of the pain was. I had a morning appointment scheduled with Dr. Brogna and decided to see him first. As soon as I walked in he saw the discomfort and pain in my face and took me in right away... after asking few questions he knew what the problem was!! Somehow I dislocated a rib!! Dr. B was able to a relocate it and save me a trip to the hospital. He is great and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Definitely would recommend. Best in Jupiter.

I HAVE BEEN GOING TO HARBOURSIDE CHIROPRACTIC FOR APPROXIMATELY 9 YEARS. WHEN I WENT TO DR. BROGNA I COULDNT WALK MY SCIATICA WAS SO BAD! BETWEEN HE HIS MASSAGE THERAPIST AND THE STEM I WAS OUT PLAYING TENNIS IN 2 MONTHS. I GO TO HIM EVERY 2 WEEKS FOR MAINTENANCE. Thank you Dr. Brogna, Lenore, and Paul for taking such good care of me. 3 weeks and 2 days ago, I herniated my L5/S1 disc while warming up to do paused back squats at the gym. The pain was excruciating to say the least. I immediately went to Harbourside Chiropractic after my MRI the next day (see attached picture). After, 2 weeks, I was back in the gym doing light exercises. Yesterday, was my first full workout after the injury and I feel great! The adjustments and rehab Dr. Brogna prescribed have worked amazingly well. Thank you!!!

Dr. Brogna and his team are wonderful. Everyone is so kind, courteous and very friendly. They all listen to you with respect.My back has been bothering me for a while and I happened to stop by Dr Brogna’s booth at the seafood festival in Caitlin Park. I spoke to Dr. Brogna because he was a chiropractor and I needed to find one. He explained that his office does things differently you just don’t go to get adjusted. I figured I would look into it. He was right, He prescribes a plan which helps straighten out your body and shows you ways to strengthen it through manual therapy, ultrasounds, ther.exercise and adjustments I have been going since March, twice a week, and feel almost pain free. I am actually doing better then Dr. Brogna expected me to be at this time.
