Was one of the best experiences with a doctors office I have had in my entire life!!!!! Professionalism, genuine joy and happiness to be working in the field and with their patients was beyond evident from both the staff and Dr. Viamontes from the very minute I walked into their facility! So happy to have found them!!

Very pleased with todays appointment. Staff was very polite and helpful. Didnt have to wait, very good at keeping appointment time true to the scheduled time.

By far , the best medical marijuana office in Florida . From the staff in the office all the way to Dr. Fox who actually shows compassion , concern and connects with his patients . He is well certified and Id recommend him to anyone looking for a decent priced, well knowledged medical professional.

The staff at Woodstock Medicinal offices are kind, knowledgeable and very efficient. Appointments are handled expeditiously and with compassion. Erin, Lily and Dr. Lazama, of the Jupiter office, all deserve a raise and the day off!! These are three extraordinary professionals in one office! Fees for services are reasonable. They also offer some financial assistance with payment plans. I cannot say enough, especially regarding the staff!

Great doctor! Staff was very nice in the office they helped me with my application for the state in the office and even helped me create a new email address, one of the staff members even called me after about 10 days to confirm if i had received my approval from the state. I am so grateful i would not have been able to do this alone. Would recommend to all looking for a compassionate doctors office

Dr Fox and his staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Very friendly and efficient. Filled out my online information after hours to the best of my ability and received a call the next morning. Was able to make an appointment for that day. Arrived on time and met his assistant who was exceptional friendly and helpful in helping me get my medical information organized and all the required paperwork filled out.Dr Fox was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions which made me feel much more comfortable about my decision to seek an alternative treatment for my medical problems. Looking forward to working with him and his staff in an effort to get my health and life back in order. Last few years have been difficult to say the least.

EDIT for the practices response: No such thing ever happened, which of course you know, as I just spoke to one of your managers, or managorial staff. It is truly sad that you must resort to outrageous lies. I wish Google allowed me more space to share my thoughts, but I have to cut it short. If you continue to run a business this way, which I have never, ever seen in my life, you will undoubtedly lose many customers, and most likely your practice one day. The proof is in the photo I have shared.Now they are adding random unprofessional comments to their responsesInitially upon looking for a medicinal marijuana doctor for my chronic anxiety and panic attacks, I was advised by someone in the medical field to give Woodstock Medicinal a try. They had phenomenal Google reviews in both of their locations (Jupiter & Stuart), so I figured I would give them a try.Boy was I in for an unpleasant ride.The very first time I called in to make an appointment, I was required to put down a $50, non-refundable fee, unless I called 24 hours prior with a legitimate reasoning for cancellation. This seemed a bit odd to me as no other doctors appointment I have made in my lifetime has required any payment prior to the visit (and, additionally, usually waves the first missed appointment fee), but because of their stellar reviews, I went for it.Unfortunately, I was unable to make the appointment, and could not cancel in time to receive the $50 fee back. That was fine with me, as those were the agreed upon terms.Fast forward roughly 2 weeks later, and 2-3 additional appointments are made without my authorization or approval. I never called in, filled out any online forms, or anything of that matter, yet appointments were made on my behalf.As of today, October 13th, 2020, I decided to call in to first and foremost, figure out what the deal was and why appointments were being made by either their system or the staff without my authorization. When I asked, I was immediately told I had missed 3 appointments, and payment in full (the appointment fee is roughly $300 for a 210 day medicinal marijuana card - yes, its highway robbery) due to the several no shows.I was pretty frustrated at this point. All I had wanted to do was figure out why their system or staff had continued to reschedule me (no one has access or would call on my behalf to reschedule, for anyone wondering), and they completely ignored my inquiry. I then asked to speak to management, as the lady at the front desk told me management was the one with these allegations.After speaking with another lady who was a supposed part of their management, I couldnt have been more appalled by her inability to let one finish their sentence, lack of basic managorial qualities (kindness, respect, patience), and overall attitude in regards to the situation. She told me i must have been the one to reschedule, as their staff (and she acted very offended at this point) not systems would ever reschedule an appointment on someones behalf, and proceeded to state that she could schedule another appointment with a full deposit ($300) from me over the phone. I tried explaining my situation, and that no one, nor I, called in to make any additional appointments, yet she continued to speak over me with a disrespectful and annoyed tone.I then made one simple request - send me the logs from your system, showing that I made several calls in to your office to make these appointments. She said she would get back to me in a couple of days.Long story short, the amount of disrespect and immaturity from their staff - namely the management side of things - was impeccable. They are clearly only concerned about getting your money, and nothing else. The irony of it all is, if they simply admitted to their wrongdoings, or at least very kind, calm, and complacent with me while I explained my issues, they may have kept my business.There are an abundance of these medical marijuana doctors down here in Florida - do yourself a favor and find a practice that values your well being and word over your wallet.

What a great experience! From the office staff/techs to the doctor, they were amazing. Listened to and answered my questions fully. Relaxed atmosphere, and even though there were others in the waiting area, I was seen right on time.

Since this will be the first thing you see: This Doctor is a great guy and is here to help you if you can benefit from this alternative therapy.I would like to update a previous review I had made that was less than stellar. Being a business owner myself I understand mistakes happen and are always going to occur but how you resolve them will mean you survive and flourish or your looking for a new job in the near future.An error did occur and I believe an employee was unaware how serious the office manager and Doc (owner) truly take there customer service and support. Im confident she does now and has learned.I received a call from the office manager who was very sincere and apologetic. She had also spoke with the DR and they offered to make up the hiccup to me significantly. That phone call was enough to reassure me things were resolved. That in it self was enough for me to know I chose the right provider. You are not just treated like cattle who are rushed through the process. The staff are there to assist, answer questions, and make the process as seamless as possible (with the laws FL has put in place at least). I would absolutely recommend Woodstock Medicinal for your therapy care providers. Thanks again!

I am sugar diabetic and since coming to Dr Fox, I have been able to keep my sugar normal and have healed fantastically from all of my surgeries. I recommend Woodstock to everyone. Natalie and Erin are very helpful and eager to answer all of your questions as well.

The honesty and compassion was incredible! The entire staff made me feel comfortable and at ease with communication. The doctor was up front and openly gave his personal story - which made our communication more effective and less confusing.

Youre refusing to update recommendations to be compliant with the state until the current rec expires. Not only that but the 35 day periods my smoking rec arent even 35 days, so even if I could still get flower Im sort 11 days because your people cant count
