All of the Staff at Dr. Galloways office are amazing. They go drive and beyond. They literally saved my life and helped me get financial aid for my diabetic needs. They are quick to answer questions and are always happy to help. After my first visit I left feeling so relieved that I nearly cried.

I saw her for over a year a few years ago but I’m still warning people about her and still shocked by her bed side manner. I had used Freeman Health System my entire life and heard great things about Dr. Galloway. I was excited to get in with her and thought she’d listen and guide me to a better way of living. I have waited to voice my concern on here as to allow time to prove that she was VERY and DANGEROUSLY wrong in the way she treated me as a patient. She let me go as a patient because I asked for a different medicine as it was causing horrible fluid retention. (This was after an expensive test she wanted to run for a heart condition.) After it came back clear I finally explained I felt like she wasn’t listening to me as a patient as I truly believe a certain med she had me on was causing the fluid retention. I had asked mother to go with me for this visit as I felt I needed a witness to her bed side manner as I had tried bringing this up before.Dr. Galloway was very offended and after stating she felt attacked said “I will no longer treat you” and then left the room.My mother and I sat there shocked and kept asking the nurse what just happened.After that I switched from Freeman to Mercy that week and found doctors who listen to their patients. I was given different medicines to try to find one that worked for my body and they listened to any concerns I had. I not only found the right medicine but I lost nearly 20 lbs immediately due to getting away from a medicine that caused fluid retention. Every doctor I have been to since was shocked at her reach for a more drastic diagnosis rather than start simply at checking the side effects of the medicine I was taking.Dr. Galloway was convinced I had a heart condition instead of just reading that a big side effect of a blood pressure med was water retention. Cost me time, money, and being treated like I was crazy but thankfully she did let me go as a patient. Who knows what shape I’d be in if she kept pushing her diagnosis.Going on 2 years and I still am in shock by her lack of ability to understand every person is different and that she decided to drop a patient (that she was so concerned about) because I wanted to just try a different med first before having more tests ran on my heart.I am sure she is a great doctor for some but she really dropped the ball with me.

Dr. Galloway is an exceptionally good diagnostician, is very thorough, and explains everything in terms I can understand.. I see her regularly, and am confident that I am getting the best care for my thyroid condition. I feel that she genuinely cares for her patients. I highly recommend her.

Dr Galloway is very thorough! Because she is, the Medullary Thyroid cancer I was dx with was handled in the very best way possible. I will forever be grateful for her skills as a Dr, and her compassionate nature! She is the best!

Dr. Galloway did an exceptional job of explaining my wifes condition. She was very thorough in going over the meaning of the various tests using easy to understand layman terms.
