Doctor Rusher is amazing. He has very good patient interaction and he shows that he cares about your need. His assistant Jessica is also incredible. Her bedside care and knowledge about everything is awesome. I came in needing a lot of work done and I was afraid of the processes that were about to take place. Her pleasant interactions put me at ease throughout the entire process. I definitely would recommend this place. If you can, ask for Jessica, you’ll be glad you did 😊

I have been working with Michelle for a while now and she is fantastic! Shes been helping me treat my gums to keep them healthy and clean, shes made the process pain free and is very educational and knowledgeable about what she does. She answers all my questions and never makes me feel bad for asking and shes great with my daughter as well! Ive been going here for about 4 years total but at the Hilltop location the last several months and I just really enjoy everybody here, they actually care about you and provide amazing service.

Dr. Rusher is really good with patient communication, he makes good rapport before he will explain his expertise. I love how Lexi works with my cleaning. She barely even touch her hand on my chin/face and if she does, her hand is so light that won’t put pressure on you which I experience to some dentist from my past experience (not with Higginbotham). I was happy too that I was seen early today but honestly with my past appointment here, some delay was there.

Over the years I have had one terrible experience after another with dentist, so much so, that I had stopped receiving dental care all together. Of course, a choice of this magnitude has resulted in the need for some major corrective care, which brought me to Dr. Higginbotham @ Hilltop in Jonesboro.I went in for a root canal, scared, anxious and almost in tears (no exaggeration!). Dr. Higginbotham and his staff took the time to listen to my fears and were so kind, patient, understanding and beyond accommodating to my situation! Not only did I receive the care I needed but it was PAINLESS!! Honest truth!! Despite not receiving the gas (which was offered), other than the very initial pinch from the injection, I didnt feel a thing!!Dr. Higginbotham & his assistant continued to check on me during the procedure and kept me informed of the progress and when I say I wanted to hug that man out of pure respect & thankfulness, that is exactly what I mean!! (I actually did hug his assistant 😁).I have other procedures that need to be completed and now after a positive experience and much (earned) faith in Dr. Higginbotham & his staffs ability and professionalism, I am finally looking forward to returning and getting the smile I always wanted!!If you suffer from severe anxiety with regards to dentists and dental care, please let me urge you to give Dr. Higginbotham at Hilltop a chance!! I was so nervous going to the dentist. When I arrived I was pleasantly surprised. The office feels more like a spa than a dental office. Everyone that I spoke with was very kind and concerned with my comfort. The dentist, Todd Higginbotham was very calming. He explained everything so I could understand.

I’ve never had the prettiest teeth or the cleanest teeth and I’ve been extremely self conscious about it but I went and got my teeth cleaned today and the staff was absolutely wonder and Logan deep cleaned my teeth so good I was so happy I’ve never seen my teeth so clean thank you so much for the wonderful experience

This office is remarkable. I saw Chelsea, Teresa?, and Dr Marshall. They made me feel very relaxed and “cared for”. I have severe dental anxiety, and I did not feel anxious with them at all. If you Are hesitant about getting dental care, I would highly recommend Higgenbotham Dentistry. They ROCK.

Dr. Higginbotham and his staff are the best! He and Millie, my hygienist, did such a great job of taking care of me during my extraction and made sure I was comfortable the entire time! Very nice staff, quick to see you for appointments, but unfortunately anything beyond a filling doesnt seem to hold up. Ive had a few crowns put in over the years and each time Ive had to come back and get my bite readjusted at least once or twice.

I had severe tooth pain for a few days and finally went to see what was causing it. Old filling plus a crack so Dr Higginbotham called for a root canal and a crown... UGHHHH!But I was assured by Amber it would be fine! She prepped me and Michelle did the numbing. Dr stepped in got the job done. Only set back, I needed another numbing. Sorry, Im a weenee! Each one asked if I was ok, doing alright, hurting, etc... Very professional and fast! I was in and out within 1 3/4 hours. Follow up in 2 weeks. Highly recommend this staff!

Great service! Got me in same day for a dental emergency and were great to work with. Everyone I worked with was very friendly and knowledgeable.

I went to Higginbotham needing some teeth removed but I had an infection. They prescribed antibiotics. I took them and called back to find out what to do next. They said they would call back and tell me but did not. I called them again. Same thing. They will call back. They did not. Now Im going to someone else.

The staff at the Hilltop office is always so wonderful! They are always very caring, sweet, and do their very best to make you comfortable! I highly recommend using them if you are looking for a new dental clinic!

Higginbotham overall is a good medical facility. I had great experiences there until recently and that’s mainly with the way they have handled their family payment plan. Last January my family and I relocated about 3 hours away. I tried to continue to business with them but it was extremely difficult. They canceled appointments on my family multiple times all while drawing the monthly payment out of our account. My wife contacted them about stopping that service and they told us we had to sign a form for that. A form that couldn’t be emailed or faxed we had to physically come and sign it. After numerous withdrawals and me stopping payment and shutting the account down I finally thought we had it worked out. We scheduled appointments to get everything caught up and back on track for our cleanings and payment as well as give them our new insurance. Once there my wife was filling out new paperwork and asked about the form to stop the automatic withdrawal which she was declined until insurance was completed or a full amount of payment was made from fees mainly before they would stop the withdrawal. To this end I decided it was time to end the business relationship with this company. I will say I was upset and rude to get this accomplished but probably would not have gotten it done if I hadn’t been. In the last year and a half we have only received one cleaning with my wife and son, my daughter and I have only received two and my eldest daughter handles her own so I can’t speak about hers. I drove four hours to get to a appointment in Kennett just so they could cancel me as I walked in the door over a water leak. I understand things like this happen but there was never an attempt to make that appointment right. The next appointment was canceled due to COVID. I completely understand their reasoning with that. Although they continued to pull money from my account and never take any responsibility that they owe us our end of the contract for cleanings blows my mind. Just be carful signing up through this plan. The medical care was always great and the facilities were always clean and inviting. I hate it ended this way but I just can’t do business with a company who doesn’t do right by people.

I had a root canal done by these wonderful people the other day at the Hilltop location. Root canals are not fun but they are able to get me in at 8am and get me out before noon! It was fast and they made sure that I was not any pain the whole time. Millie and Dr. Dickson were wonderful and I recommend them to anyone and everyone.

The front desk staff and the assistant were so friendly and helpful, doing their best to put me at ease as I was very visibly nervous. I didnt spend as much time with the Dentist as it wasnt a full exam, just dealing with an emergency, but he still took time to answer my questions and made sure I understood what was up. I will definitely be going back and will be bringing my family as well!

Dr Smith and Haley did an amazing job on my last visit for my first and hopefully last root canal! They did an awesome job and took a lot of pride in their work!
