BEWARE If you should ever need Myrna from Medical records to help you, watch out. For the last 2 weeks, I have tried almost everyday to contact her. I have left several messages, and never received a return call. 8 years ago, I gave them all my original copies of my diagnosis from Mayo Clinic. I need them back.. The first time I called, Mryna informed me she would get right on it. WRONG What a sorry place to do business with!
