Visited for some medical testing - great experience- great staff.

Had a 9am appointment at the urgent care building. Walked in and got in line. Receptionist asks me to have a seat and she would call me in a minute to check me in. She forgets Im there and checks the people that were behind me in line in and I had to walk back up to the desk and remind her I was there. Tells me to go wait in the car and they will call me to come in. Watched people that were behind me in line go back in before me. They open at 9 and my appointment was at 9. Terrible experience here. Still waiting and its after 10:30.

I went in to try and make an appointment at urgent care for a covid 19 test because I was having difficulty making an appointment online. I also even called several times and various points of the day, rang for extended periods of time and even left voicemails and no one even bothered to call back. When I went in the staff said there is nothing they can do and told me to leave.

Paid to be Misdiagnosed!Nurse practitioner knows nothing!Id like my $$ back!Waist of time, shut that place down or get better medical staff!Better Business Bureau will be contacted!

Always prompt and courteous. I get better care from here than my own primary care doctor! I use the appointment scheduler, but havent really needed to so far as it is quiet when I walk in.

I would not rate this facility a one but I had to put something. The doctor on call the night I went was a joke. not feeling well, tells you wrong have to go and pay another copay to find out it was something that I knew what it was and needed medicine for. never will I go to this place again or refer anyone to this place.

Great staff. Excellent follow through.

Waste of money and time. Wont ever go to that Clinic again.
