My dog loves going here for daycare! He comes home so happy and tired from playing. They definitely treat all the dogs like their own. They take pictures of the dogs and post them on Facebook. They have great prices too!

Our dog Logan loves coming here so much he would drive the car himself here if he could! They are so caring and compassionate with the dogs. I cant say enough great things about Bright Dogs!

This was our first class with Kyle he is a great trainer and really knows hos stuff our Dalmatian puppy is very eager to learnNot to sure what happened but we had a reservation for doggy day care when we arrived Kyle began yelling and screaming they were full and to take my dog and leave NO ROOM later on he admitted that the problem was on his end with his system since that time we have tried to make reservation and have been denied. If that is how he runs his business Ill take my business elsewhere their loss not mine

Prices have gone up again and again and again. Where is it going to end. Will have to keep my dog home now.

We are so happy with Brightdogs. They take great care of our puppy and he is always happy to go and nice and sleepy when he comes home. The staff are honest, friendly and professional.

Kyle, Diana, and the entire staff are amazing. They take great care of my dog and treat him as if he was their own dog. He started going there when he was 12 weeks old and only weighed 3.5lbs. They took care to alleviate my concerns and I never worry when he is at Bright Dogs!

Beyond Happy to have found this place! BrightDogs came Highly recommended from a Plainfield Moms FB group.We have had several sessions with Kyle and our pup and I are learning so much! Our pup also LOVES going to play with the other pups at the daycare!

Called this place to find out about a dog I took ownership of because a day after she was picked up by her previous owner she was at the vet with a horrible paw infection and fever (which the vet believes is from a scratch and she also had other scratches on her as well). Kyle answered and when I tried explaining he hung up on me. I called back and tried re-explaining to the lady to find out if that’s how she came in or if something happened and she was super rude. I completely understand having to see proof of ownership and not releasing information about an animal without seeing that information. Totally fine! But try explaining that in a more professional matter if you’re a business owner. Seems like other people have had the same issues with them taking ownership of something happening under their care. I would think twice of ever bringing an animal here!!!UPDATE:After leaving this review I received a phone call from both the owners and in kinder words, was nasty. I had them on the speaker phone and I think my husbands eyes just about shot out of his head. It was to the point of where I had to ask Kyle “are you threatening me?” after he asked me if I wanted to “play this dangerous game.” As you can read above - it clearly states that there was never an issue with presenting new ownership of the dog, that’s all I simply needed to be told in a kind professional manner. The way it was handled was disgusting and unprofessional. That is what my review is about. I was also told it was violating HIPAA. There are laws in place for VETERINARIANS in regards to pet MEDICAL information, not a boarding facility. It can, however, be their POLICY and that’s fine! After reading through other reviews, it seems other owners have had issues with their pet while boarded at their facility. Unfortunately, we will never know if something happened at their facility because the question keeps getting dodged. Evan the previous owner reached out and never got a response.

Definitely using them for my two dogs. We were worried about leaving our dogs with someone while we go on vacation for two weeks. Doesnt look spectacular from a persons point of view but seems PERFECT for little four-legged people. I feel comfortable now and wont worry about our pups even though well miss them

I’m giving Bright Dogs one star because I didn’t see an option for no stars. I was going to keep quiet about my situation but I’m still bothered by the way things went down a little over a month ago. My dog stayed for a week while I was on vacation. I had some text communication with Kyle before I picked my dog up. When I went to pick her up, Kyle took it upon himself to yell at me. He was expressing his opinion, which everyone is allowed to have their own opinion. However, as the owner of a company, you don’t treat your customers that way. Kyle didn’t even know the whole story/situation and at one point he even told me he didn’t care about my son. I’m not going to go into details about what was said or about my situation. What I do want to discuss is how Kyle handled the situation. I have never encountered such a rude business owner. When I got my dog home I discovered that she got a hurt paw while at Bright Dogs. I didn’t even want to discuss it with Kyle because I was still hurt from how he treated me the day before. I have had communication with Bright Dogs since then and have experienced the same rude behavior. I do not recommend anyone leaving their dog there unless they want to be disrespected or want their dog to get injured.

Our dog loves it there. Great owners. They really care about the well being of all the dogs there.

Our dog was trained here a couple years ago. The trainer was amazing and to this day our dog is well behaved. Whenever we have someone new to our home they marvel at our well mannered boxer

This place is amazing. My 16 month old puppy (Dalmatian) loves to go and play and comes home tired out. BrightDogs provides a safe place for my dog to exercise and socialize. Kyle and Diana take the time to get to know you and your dog. They treat my dog like she is one of their own.

Theyre so great! My dog Austin loves going there and is always so excited. He comes home pooped when the day is over. The people here are top notch and so much help!

I found this place online. With the weather being so bad our girl needed some play time. When we got there we were very impressed on how clean the indoor dog park was. There’s balls all around to play catch with and a little plastic play gym with a slide to play on.We’ll definitely return and will continue to take the hour drive for our girl to play and socialize with other dogs and people.

I brought my dog here for an hour play session after being cooped up in the house from the cold winter weather. I was very impressed with the facility and how clean it was. The owner was also very nice, he interacted and played with the dogs and kept an eye on them at all times. I will definitely be bringing my dog back here.

This place has been a Godsend! I adopted a pup this past summer and he LOVES to play with other dogs. He has so much energy and it is hard to keep him entertained while I work 40 hours per week. They accepted my baby regardless of his breed. As long as he plays nice, he is welcome! I cant say that for corporate doggie daycare places. This family truly loves our four legged babies. You MUST give them a try!

Bright Dogs is a fantastic place for your dog! Our dalmatian has been visiting the park and taking classes for over a year now and shes excited to go every day (even though she doesnt go every day... She just wants to!). Kyle and Diana really do treat all the dogs like their very own.

Today was strike 3 for our family with this place. We really thought we liked this place for our dog Hank to go and romp around and socialize. My fiancé went to pick hank up and a dog bit dans arm on the way out. They showed zero concern about it, only concern was getting paid. We dropped him off one day to attend a family members funeral picked him up after to his neck with a significant amount of blood on his neck/back and a puncture wound. When I pointed it out there was no actual apology just a “oh wow I didn’t notice”. I paid for the vet bills and meds for him to heal up. I feel very stupid for even going back after the first incident and especially the second. Now today I drop him off because my 9 month old is sick and we wanted him to get energy out so my daughter could rest uninterrupted... I call, call, leave a voicemail and call again just to check in on him to see if I need come grab him or if he’s okay. No answer but they hit the ignore button so I wake up my sick child to run there and pick him up and yet again the only concern when I get there is swiping my card. I understand accidents happen but take responsibility and or offer to help or even comp the day and have the decency to pick up your businesses phone just to give me a quick “he’s all good”. On top of it all I told just about every person I know with a dog about them and told them to board there or take their pups to day care before all of this took place.

We visited for the 1st time and was very pleased with the care and safety, my puppy slept for hours after his play time.

I don’t even want to give it one star. Facility was dirty and looked like it hadn’t been clean for months. Staff was not friendly and did not treat my dog with respect. My dog wanted to leave the minute he got inside. Very rude, would not recommend.

I cant say enough nice things about the owners and this facility. Our trainer told us about this place because we needed to socialize our very large puppy with other dogs. He comes here and he plays and plays and has fun. When we get close to Bright Dogs in the car, he starts singing the song of his people. He knows where hes going and gets so happy! The excercise is great for days when its too hot or too rainy or too cold in winter and we cant get out for our walks we know we can come here and our boy will get lots of excercise and care. Theyre supervised the whole time by the greatest group of people. My dog comes home and hes wiped out and sleeps like a champ! Oh & the post pictures almost everyday of our dogs playing together on their Facebook business page and it warms my heart to see my dog and his friends. Hes bonded with a few of the dogs, its the seeetest thing. 10 stars. We love our Bright Dogs family.
