This place was totally awesome. Everybody here was incredibly friendly. I was very impressed when I walked in here I felt like I was shopping for clothes except Im shopping for herb. Its such a cool feeling to finally get to a place in life where you can actually walk and do a cannabis shop and shop around without feeling like youre doing something wrong. And I could have sworn I saw my kindergarten teacher at this place I always knew she smelled funny😂😳😶

RISE Dispensary Joliet (Colorado) considers RSO an edible, therefore, in-state residents can only purchase one 500mg unit, while out-of-state customers can not purchase them at all.No way to contact corporate.Unbelievable and unacceptable.Update: The only correction is that its just not RISE who is doing this.Around the 2nd quarter 2021, other dispensaries have now adopted this mandate as well.
Rise is hands down one of the best dispensaries in Illinois. The selection is vast here and the staff is truly wonderful. Staff Kathy and Eric are true gems and always bring a light sunny energy whenever they interact! I am one happy customer, thank you Rise!
What is up with Illinois prices? They are 3-5 times higher than Denver, Vegas, Cali ... even Michigan who is new to the game smokes Ill on their prices. In Vegas/Denver carts are under $20, wax is usually $20-30 G, quarters are $54 in Vegas and $48 in the D ... yall are selling $25-30 for a G of average weed! Cmon people, it has been a couple years now, get with it. $100 for a G of wax is INSANE!!!

Save your money and go elsewhere... I made a reservation online the night before to pick up the following day. At about 4pm the next day I received a text saying my order had been canceled because I hadn’t picked it up yet when they close at 8pm?! The confirmation text literally said for pickup between 9am and 8pm at the store. I had to rush to reorder my items in the middle of work hoping that they were still available. I chose to try this dispensary for the first time because they were closer to my home, open later than the one I used to go to, and I wouldn’t have to rush out of work to pick up my order. The experience inside the dispensary was good however when I got home and opened the product I discovered the lid was cracked and my flower was beyond dry. After I ground it up it was almost powder and the bowl burnt instantly. Waste of $80...

Its a great place. That is definitely not a place for little ones. Security is quite up there for sure. Just like the first time. They check your ID at that place many times. This is my second time checking Rise out. Theyve got quite a selection. For pain though not quite as much of a selection. Not sure why it says Colorado on Google Maps when you look up the directions for getting there. Also says Colorado on top left of the menu screen when I was looking at what to get at that place. Hmmm thats odd. That didnt happen the first time. Anyways I reccomend this place even if youre a tad bit curious. Theyve go more than whats on the touch screen menus. It is an actual store. Knock yourself out! 😊🤙* Plus if youre curious about your own safety (since there is still Covid-19 going on) they do wipe those screens off after each person/customer. And they even have hand sanitizer there as well. Better sanitizer than last time in fact. Its strong and smells good.

Purchased 7 grams of shake- Bubba Fett.Claimed over 30 percent THC.However, it felt like CBD.Not satisfied.Also, stay away from pre rolls in tin cans.They are moldy.

Refuse to shop here anymore. Prices haven’t come down, they have “sales” all of the time showing that they could drop prices. But they’re money hungry. Sunnyside dispensaries off the same product at a lower cost. The staff at sunnyside is way more helpful, with a much nicer vibe to the whole thing.

First time here. Really stuffy place. Customer service is everything and these guys kinda dropped the ball. The woman that opened the door to the shop had beautiful eyes and there was a guy putting commendable effort into cleaning the floor. Nothing else worth mentioning.

Since this business has established itself, management and staff in this building have demonstrated time and again, professionalism and kindness to their patrons. Taking the time to explain products to each guest upon request, offering a rewards program for repeat customers and having a menu with evolving products are key indicators of a long-term successful business.Price point versus product quality is a manner of opinion, In my personal opinion while the guy on the street can most likely get it to you cheaper, there is no 🙅♂️ contest for quality. Rise delivers quality.

This place is nice, and very well staffed. I gave it four stars in comparison to dispensaries in other states, not Illinois specifically. Its very clean and modern. You order through a kiosk which can also be done at home ahead of time and picked up. Selection was ok. Employees were VERY nice and helpful. I would go here again.

Great selection. Way over priced as many other dispos are at least 10 to 15% cheaper and for the very same product. If trying to save a few bucks during these trying times this is not the place to go.
Prices are higher than other RISE locations in the area, constant supply issues, mediocre product, long wait times. One staff member in particular was very rude my last visit. Id recommend RISE Naperville or even better, a non RISE dispensary.
Amazing dispensary with the highest quality of customer service I have seen at ANY other store in the immediate area. Product selection is okay but considering recreational cannabis is only half a year old in Illinois I can understand that. The product selection they do have is awesome, especially the verano disposables. Prices are fair until tax hits you. Be prepared to spend $$$$. Three .3 disposables and Two .75g joints cost me $198 with taxes. Yikes! But the quality is well worth it!
This is the biggest RISE STORE Ive been in. Great atmosphere and some of the best people & products around. Im medical but on Super Saturday I had some major discounts and walked out happier then I ever thought I would. I brought $180 for 2 - 8th s and spent $138 for 3 - 8th s. WOW ! Great Specials and it was Brownie Scout !
