I have been having issues with my left hand for a couple of weeks. I call and they tried to get me in as soon as possible. The staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the possible issue with my hand. I got a massage from Lily and later in the day my hand was already better. She showed me a few exercises that I can do at home to avoid further pain and strengthen my arm and hand.

Every time I go to Vitality Health Center, I come out smiling. After 9 years, I consider Dr. K and his team my friends and family. Everyone on staff is so good at what they do and also so friendly. I recommend them to everyone because they help me feel better and no matter how long its been since my last appointment, I always feel welcome and well taken care of. I know that I can always depend on the team at Vitality to get me in, listen to my needs and provide the care that will help me feel better. They are the best!

I have been experiencing severe pain in my lower back and going down my leg (sciatica pain). It has been painful to sit, walk, sleep or stand. I visited a physical therapist twice with no change. I made an appointment with Dr. K. After 2 visits I am able to sleep at night and function at work and home. He suggested a massage with Jenna today. I am happy to say right now I am feeling really well. This is the best Ive felt in a month. Staying with Vitality.

I was referred to Vitality by my parents and I absolutely love this place. Dr. K and his staff provide superior care and are always so nice. All of the staff do a great job, but Lily is my favorite!

Today, my left shoulder and arm were in pain as well as my left back. I setup an appointment with Dr K for 915 a.m. TODAY!!!!! I did not have to wait through the weekend. I have not seen Dr K since I went in because I could hardly move my head as my neck hurt so badly. I did not know the routine for seeing Dr K. Gladys, the great receptionist, informed me usually people go on the automatic massage table prior to seeing Dr K. I stayed there til it stopped. Dr K was ready for me. Dr K and I discussed my issue. He knew what I was telling him about and he proceeded with treatment. I felt 95% better leaving. Dr K said I maybe a little sore that is why I am not 100%——LITTLE SORE.PAIN + SEEIiNG DR K = RELIEF !!!!!!!I will see massage therapist, Lily, this week and Dr K next Saturday for follow up.Vitality Health is my go to for therapeutic massages every 2 weeks and Chiro Care when I need it.Class Act, Friendly, Knowledgeable, Family Type Atmosphere (once you are there they remember you) and treat you like one of their own. Can not ask for anything more!

I’ve been going to Vitality Health for about 8 months and have had nothing but 5 star service every time. Dr Kapoor takes time with his patients, listens to what you have to say, and is honest. The adjustments are by far the best I’ve had plus massages are available by appointment!Over the years I have seen a handful of chiropractors that rush you in and out of the office. Definitely not the case at Vitality Health!

Dr K is the best and has the best therapists on staff. I’ve been going to him for 10 years and I can honestly say that the staff at Vitality is second to none. I always leave in better shape than when I arrived.

Finding a personal care provider that works well for you may take some time. This might be true for a hairdresser and a massage therapist. At Vitality Health, I found my massage therapist-Jenna. Grant it, this is part of my personal preventive health program, sometimes I am not aware of the knots and strained muscles acquired from exercises and running. Jenna finds them all and restores my health.

Dr.K and his staff are truly amazing, and I love the fact that he has massage therapists on staff. I have a smile on my face every time I leave;) and look forward for my next appointment.

Have been going to Vitality since i had a problem with my neck.The doctor promptly took care of the problem.after a few visits.After that was taken care of i started scheduling monthly massages that have greatly effected my flexibility and just daily soreness! Do not hesitate to use this awesome chiropractor for all your needs!

Ive been visiting this wonderful practice for one year and I can confidentially say they are a location youll be pleased with their outstanding service. They are professional, take time to hear your concerns and address your physical needs with therapy.

I cannot recommend Vitality more! I have been going to the Naperville location for the last year, and I have started also going to the Joliet location specifically for one of the massage therapist at that location (Lilly). She is just that good, that I am willing to travel an extra half hour to see her! I’ve seen at least 50-60 different massage therapists over the last 20+ years, and Lilly might be the best massage therapist I’ve ever seen. Since my previous massage therapist moved about 5-6 years ago, I have floated around trying to find a new one that is good, that can work on my jaw / ear / neck issues properly, and who is knowledgeable — and I’m so glad I finally found one at Vitality! I cannot recommend Lilly enough!I also see Dr K for chiropractic and he is great. My husband had an acute back flare-up and saw him for several weeks in a row, and helped him so much! I have seen many chiropractors over the years and stopped because of my experiences where they would be too rough, or wouldn’t really help my issues, etc — so when I decided to seek chiropractic treatment again, I had to see several chiropractors until I found Dr K. I’ve recommend my mom and several friends to Vitality to see Dr K and other providers, especially Lilly for massage therapy.They take insurance, copays are reasonably priced, they have great providers — I can’t recommend enough!I know my review sounds overly positive lol — but I often have a high level of expectation when it comes to healthcare providers, and there’s been MANY clinics and providers that I think are terrible. Suffice it say, when I do find a good clinic — especially providers like a good chiropractor and good massage therapists — I am thrilled, because it’s hard for me to find ones that I actually like and that are really good at what they do!
