My daughter was taken to the ER by ambulance. Paramedics said she was very dehydrated and had a fever with a severe headache. She sat there for about 6 hours, no IV pushing fluids and no blood work. They tested her for covid and said it would take 24 to 48 hrs to see if she was positive. Gave her a shot for nausea and a pill for inflammation and sent her home. Still in a lot of pain. Next day told her the test was positive. So now she is back home with her kids and husband! Would not take my dog there. Find another hospital anywhere!

Worst hospital Ive ever been to. I was air lifted here as a trauma patient after an atv accident. All they did was torture me and send me home. Stuck me with plenty of needles and 2 IV tubes but never put any IV bags on even though they knew I was severely dehydrated. Tried multiple times to take blood and couldnt get any. They laughed and said just pretend its a tattoo while their very young er nurses tried and failed to draw blood multiple times while I cried in pain. They struggled to remove my facial piercings and caused my face to bleed while they were yanking away. Never gave me anything for pain and didnt clean any of my wounds, just threw me in a bed covered in blood, mud and branches and left me there. This place is a joke. AVOID

My wife Shariya was seen today and as usual we thought it was going to be another bad experience, but Jaylene the RN is a SUPERB human being as well as an RN. Jaylene genuinely cares about her patients which is usual for the ER. Jaylene needs a promotion as well as a RAISE.

Not sure what all the bad reviews are about. Im sure theyre valid in their own ways. For us, we had a good experience. I came in because I was concerned about some bleeding I was having. Ended up miscarrying there and the doctors and nurses were kind and sympathetic. They have hard jobs, but they do them well.

I can say though the doctors and nurses were very very polite and nice just horrible service.

Visited 5am on a Tuesday for fever, lung problems. Diagnosed with pneumonia. Was in and out in less than 1 hour. Had x-ray of lungs. The various people who saw me were young, courteous, concerned, right to the point, professional. Very good medical care.

My sister went here mutiple times not being able to hold down food or water with a history of severe gastrointestinal issues. They refused to do anything even after she was admitted twice and even after they found out her gallbladder was working at only 17% they sent her home like that. Out of desperation we took her to UPMC in Altoona they couldnt believe how negligent Conemaugh had been. She has been there since then and is finally getting the surgery she needs and the care she deserves.
