This place is all about signing forms for insurance purposes. Do yourself a favor and do not sign paperwork until they actually do there job. Lori is very irresponsible and careless to perform as a leader and the staff are very fake as if they care for your children or family. There agenda is paperwork and forms to back there terrible treatment plan that’s efforts are minimal and pretty uneducated . The first meeting showed as if two individual councils observe and participate..... that’s not the case at all and frankly the lack of care after the program gets involved is pretty noticeable and upfront. Although they come across as interested there were two accounts they didn’t even show and I had to call to ask why, the response was”ohhh I’m sorry, I’m in Pittsburgh, can we schedule for next week, then it was indicating they were with my kid one week independently at her moms and when I talked to my child she informed me they never came. I called Lori the director to ask questions and she never responded. Do your children and family a favor and use another provider who will actually perform instead of false promises and careless behaviors.
