I hadnt been to the dentist in a few years so I was rather nervous about the work I may need done. Dr. Trung and his staff made me feel so comfortable and identified with clear explanations on the plan to get my teeth back to good health. Ive had a couple of cavities filled and even had a tooth that need some emergency attention and they were able to get me right in. Most importantly I didnt feel a thing when given shots (Dr. Trung is truly amazing at what he does!) and my smile has never looked better! I highly recommend Northpark Dental for routine work or if youre nervous about seeing a Dentist, the staff & care they provide is amazing!

I am so grateful that I found Northpark Dental. Years ago, I had a horrendous dental experience at another office and it kept me from ever wanting to return to the dental office again. Eventually I found myself in horrible pain and was lucky enough to find Northpark, I called and spoke with Dr. Trung directly. He kindly put me on his schedule for the end of the day, even with being a new patient. Not only that, but Dr. Trung is extremely talented in what he does. He made me so incredibly comfortable, I didnt feel a thing during the wisdom tooth extraction and had no pain afterwards, a HUGE difference from horrible experience I had at the previous dental office years ago. The whole staff at Northpark is extremely kind and non-judgmental, they all make it a very easy and nice experience. Dr. Trung goes above and beyond and makes you feel like youre part of the family, highly recommend!!! Will be a happy patient for years to come.

Dr Trung is a super hero dentist. Ive had a pretty severe phobia of dentists and Dr Trung has really help me overcome that. He has an amazing chairside manner. Even his voice is calming. All dental work Ive had done is perfect. He truly is everything you could ask for in a dentist. The new facility is really nice. His staff is pleasant too. Just a stellar experience all the way around.

Dr. Trung and his staff are absolutely wonderful! I have had terrible anxiety of going to the dentist. Unfortunately, that’s not good for me although they really put me at ease, no judging for not seeing a dentist for awhile and they were so calming. He did such a great job removing some teeth that I didn’t even realize one was removed so quickly. Later he sent a text to see how I was feeling. I’m grateful to have found such a warm, caring dentist and staff.

Its a pain free dental experience because as Dr. Trung explained that if you go slow enough & be precise enough you can mitigate pain. I wont go to anywhere else, certainly more that 5 stars.

They take their time to ensure you are informed and never appear to be rushed. I’ve been taking my family to see him since he completed dental school. All of my children look forward to visiting him, even the one who hates needles and such. They recently moved into a beautiful facility. I have and will continue to refer friends to his practice.

Ive been seeing Dr. Trung Phan for a few years now, and up until recently had only ever been seen at one dental office. When Dr. Trung moved his practice, there was no hesitation to move with him, even if it meant a slightly further drive for me. The professionals at Northpark Dental are just that; very professional. Dr. Trung is very personable and makes it a point to remember details about his patients, no matter how small or seemingly insignificant. He is very thorough and makes sure to explain exactly what he is doing or planning to do, and ensures that his patients have zero discomfort during their visit. The new office in Urbandale is bright and clean and very inviting, as well as very easy to get to (right off of I-80, next to Texas Roadhouse). I would recommend Dr. Trung and his peers at Northpark Dental to anyone in need of a dentist. 5 stars, because I cant give them more. :)

Love Northpark Dental! Easy to make appointments, very little waiting time once I arrive, Dr. Trung and his staff explain everything, offering recommendations and options. Dr. Trung is also very careful to explain what he is doing while he is working on a procedure. That takes so much anxiety out of dental appointments and is greatly appreciated. Everyone at the office is caring and friendly. Its a nice, clean office and really easy to get to. And the office is right next to Starbucks so I can quickly grab coffee on my way back to the office. One of the best dental offices I’ve ever visited. The new office is beautiful with large windows in the rooms and state-of-the art equipment. The staff are friendly and sincere. I switched to this dentist office recently because of working from home, and I have never been happier! Dr. Trung Phan knows his stuff. He pointed out some areas of concern that my previous dentists had never mentioned, and took pictures to show me what he was seeing. Ive never had that done before and greatly appreciate understanding what he sees and why its important. I feel much more comfortable with my dental health now. Earlier this year I had a filling fall out, Northpark Dental got me an appointment in two days as a new patient to get it fixed and all staff was amazing. In fact, I received a text checking in with me to ensure I had no pain and that everything was going well with my filling. This is the best experience I’ve had with a dentist. Dr. Trung takes the time to explain everything and gives specific feedback on what I need to change. If you’re looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Trung and Northpark Dental.

The staff was spectacular from walking in to the moment I left: I was greeted with a smile from everyone at the front desk at the time and again until I left. Precautions were in place, I was taken back in such a timely manner, was told by Angel the assistant what was going to happen throughout my experience and talked to me the entire time. Dr. babor walked in and from the moment we met we knew people in common, we had a conversation throughout, explained different products they offer and the cons and pros, and also told me with how good my teeth are it was best just to use the hand tools and no sonic equipment. She was able to get rid of the glue behind my teeth from years and years ago. She even walked me out to the front desk to make my next appointment. I met Dr.Trung who was very personable, polite and gave great advice on water pics. Overall, a great atmosphere and I cannot wait until my next appointment! 🙌🏼💯🔥😃

Since moving to the DSM area I was nervous to go to a new dentist. I went to the same dentist my entire life and would try to make it back to my old dentist when it fit into my schedule. My wife stated that she wanted to find a dentist we both could go see. We found Northpark Dental online and read the amazing reviews. They are not lying. Dr. Trung and staff are awesome. Had a filling done today and I must say I didn’t even feel the needle for novocaine. Dr. Trung and staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and truly care. If you are looking for a new dentist I cannot recommend Dr. Trung enough.
