I’m 25 and got injured from walking out in front of a car. I have Alicia 3 days a week and she is so awesome!!!! She doesn’t complain that she has to watch me either. She and me are great friends and I think it will stay that way even when I get better!

I decided to become a caregiver for Home Instead after seeing my grandmother use the agency. She was always talking about her caregivers like they were family and loved them just the same. I was amazed at the care they gave her, and shes not an easy woman to care for. I was semi-retired and decided to take a look at becoming a caregiver. The process was easy and the staff were incredibly professional and supportive. They provided all the training I needed and the training for physical care was provided by a registered nurse. I loved working for them and my clients. Most of them were veterans so we had a lot in common. I ran into some health issues myself and had to retire but I would highly recommend Home Instead to care for any family member and a good place to work.

Great place to work, great staff to work with. They are excellent at working around your schedule especially if you have more than one job.

I like and respect Home Instead s philosophy and commitment to the Seniors and Veterans. They try and create a good fit between Client and Caregiver.

I called for a sitter that morning to come to stay with my sister that evening. They were professional, helpful and efficient. The sitter as it turns out was a long time friend of mine. We had high quality sitters each night for the length of time we needed them.It was a great peace of mind knowing that a sitter would be there every night. They are wonderful people to work with you and the needs of the patient.

I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone, they are very shady and dishonest. If I could leave zero stars I would but you have to leave at least 1 to leave a review. I loved my patients but the office people are dishonest. And it does you no good to contact the owner Rick because he stands behind the lies of the office people and doesnt bother getting both sides of the story. I have even went to houses and the families do not agree with stuff the company does. They will also accuse you of stuff and even though you have proof to back up your story that doesnt matter either. You would think the owner would wonder and start to question whats going on considering they cant keep employees.

I have had the most positive experiences with Home Instead Senior Care. My family was in desperate need of a support team for an ailing family member. The office staff was very understanding of our needs and wishes. They quickly provided care. Started within hours of completing the consultation. The caregivers we received were all well trained and we could tell they take pride in their work. We did have one caregiver that just wasn’t a good personality fit and the office immediately had them replaced. They were with us until the end and we cannot praise their work enough. We will definitely be using their service again when the time arises.

I have used Home Instead for years. The field staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The office staff were very professional and are great at communicating processes and keeping all need to know family informed of health changes or when we get a new worker. I am thankful for all they have provided for our family.

Had job to start today the excpeted me to drive all the way to Rogersville TN and excpeted me to work night not I put on the application that I cud not work night shift . And also I put that I wud drive from JC TN to Erwin and Greenville and Elizabethton. But that wud be as far as I cud go. Then now they want me to pay 55 bucks for the background check that they ran . I told them to take it out of my training pay since I wont be getting that either do not waste your time here unless u wanna be ran all over. And pay is 8.00 bucks a hr . I am very disappointed with them I was so excited at first until they said I wud be going to Rogersville TN and working night shifts . Besaids I dont even no were Rogersville TN is

I wouldnt let home instead care for a pig. They are friendly, but They are untrained and unqualified for the job they are to do. One even stole pain meds & bumbed money. They only pay the caregivers 8 dollars per hour. They cant get good people for that rate. I thought nursing homes were bad.

This company is the worse that i have ever encountered it is very poorly run and the people dont care about its clients so please do yourself a favor think twice about this company
