I was taken back immediately after paying. My tests were ran quickly and I seen the doctor promptly. I was in and out in less than an hour. Friendly and helpful office staff. The medical staff in the back were friendly as well. Great experience.

Checked in online which was super simple and fast. My appointment was at 11:15 we were seen earlier then that and was out by 11:45, everything was clean and the staff was great! 10/10 would recommend.

Booked an appointment on line, arrived a few minutes before scheduled time. Verified information. I was seen by the N/P, P/A she listened to my needs, ran the appropriate test, came back to talk to me, sent prescriptions on to the pharmacy.Staff very kind... It’s simple to book on line too! All on a holiday weekend! I will definitely continue to use them as needed when PCP is not available.

I Went to wrong testing sight for a drug screen, I was almost an hour away from the Jesup AppleCare and had a certain time the test had to be taken by, I called and told them the situation and the lady on the phone was very nice and told me to hurry and get there, when I got there they had me in the back within 15 minutes. Reception and staff was very nice and understanding.

Girls working front office very pleasant/ professional/knowledgeable, back office is the same way. I saw Ryan Hodges who has same personality as Paul Kiff/ Shannon Ellis which is a compliment, professional/ caring/ will sit down to talk to his patients. Highly recommend Applecare in Jesup!

Check-in was very easy and quick, especially if you fill out your intake forms online before your appointment. Staff was extremely nice. Once I was put into my exam room, the assistant came in, asked a couple of medical history questions, performed my rapid Covid test (that I had to have completed two days prior to traveling out of the country), and I saw the physician within 10 minutes. I was in and out all together 30 minutes or less. My experience at this office was excellent, they were very caring, professional, efficient, and I love how cautious they were with their cleanliness with COVID-19. They have hand sanitizer for patient use everywhere, or you have the option to wait in your car for them to call you when they are ready for you to be seen. I will definitely use AppleCare/Urgent Care in Jesup for my non-life threatening care, and avoid sitting at an emergency room at a hospital for hours on end. I highly recommend this place!!

The experience was good, my only complaint is the information that you have you have to fill out. It’s too many questions and some are repeated questions, some doesn’t make sense.You should have someone or a team to revise the questionnaire questions.

It’s better if you make an appointment depending on how bad you feel. I was there one day and the wait was ok. If you don’t make an appointment you’re subject to a longer wait depending on how many people make appointments. The next day I went I made an appointment this time around and got in and got out. Either way I would recommend a family/friend going to AppleCare. Customer Service is great and they genuinely care about you and your needs.

Brought my son in, without an appointment, to be tested for COVID-19. The staff was friendly, quick, and attentive from the moment we walked in. Halei did a great job of breaking the news of a positive COVID test to us. She was respectful, informative, and answered all of our questions. The staff took adequate measures to ensure the safety of patients and reduce the spread of COVID.

They helped me a lot, I needed to get a covid test done for me and both my kids so I could return to work and they were able to help by an appointment on the weekend, where noone else was able to on the weekend between there and Richmond Hill I tried for hours Friday and Saturday and they were able to get me and both my kids in on Sunday. Very very helpful. I would go back if I needed to and also would recommend to anyone that needs to see a doc or get a covid test done to try them.

I am in from NV and have been feeling terrible for about a week. I lost my insurance card so I was hesitant to go seek care. Finally I decided to go to Apple Care and pay out of pocket. Not only was the appointment and check in easy the price was affordable. Checked for flu, Covid and sinus infection. Happy to say it was just the latter. I would use this facility anytime I am in this area and don’t have care.

Apple Cares staff shows extreme professionalism and unsurpassed compassion from entrance to exit. Having to undergo a rapid COVID-19 test, presenting symptoms, is not a new experience as an essential worker, but Apple Cares, well, *actual* care, made it more than bearable. The test itself, which many find more than a tad uncomfortable, is the gentlest Ive undergone, from not only local, but also Waycross and Brunswick testing sites; not to mention, the results returned in under five minutes (likely due to the positive result, which nurse practitioner stated revealed itself almost immediately after the swab). Kind and helpful receptionist, nurse, and nurse practitioner surpassed that of every other local and out-of-town testing site, promoting and ensuring trust, comfort, and my guaranteed return, should other healthcare needs arise. Thank you to Tiffany, Susan, and Hailey for making the visit efficient, informative, and beyond pleasant considering the circumstances. Fully recommend, with no hesitation, if you need emergent or by appointment healthcare (I recommend calling ahead for an appointment, but if you - like I - walk in due to emergent needs, the staff exhausts every option to attempt same-day service, which I received). All things considered, in this pandemic-overshadowed environment of frustration and urgency, Jesups Apple Care still shows nurturing, respectful *care* to its patients. My gratitude to this site and its educated, genuine employees.
