This was the worst place and medical experience that I have encountered!! She is not a good doctor, she did not even examine me. All she did is asking question, she did not perform what exactly what I asked for. Worst doctor ever. All she cares about is money. NEVER!! Recommend her!!

This is by far the most amazing dr I have ever had and her staff are all so wonderful and sweet. They all make sure you are comfortable and well taking care of. The dr answers all your questions and she is so sweet and gentle. I will be coming back for my next pregnancy. Thank you for all you do!

The doctor and staff here were extremely friendly and amazing at what they do. I felt right at home and knew my care was in great hands. The office was nice and very clean, and there was not a long wait time, and the doctor took her time with me with all my needs and questions. Dr. Ibrahim was my OB throughout my first pregnancy. I have nothing put positive things to say about her and her staff. Every appointment Im greeted with kindness and warmth, and Dr. Ibrahim is full of positive energy. I am going back to her for my second pregnancy. Highly recommend.

I have been to Dr. Ibrahim several times. She is an amazing doctor who genuinely cares about her patients. I have recommended her to all of my family and friends. I have friends that are willing to travel over an hour to be treated by her. At every appointment she listened to all of my concerns and gave me several options for treatment. She truly provides superior care that I was unable to find at other doctors offices. Her staff is also super friendly and nice. Both of her offices offer a relaxing enviorment.Side note: Im not sure why there are any negative reviews for her office. I have never seen or spoken to any that has had a bad experience. Everyone that I have talked to sings Dr. Ibrahim praises for helping them. I know a few patients that are thankful for going to Dr. Ibrahim because she was able to diagnose their condition early enough to get the treatment they needed. She delivered many of my friends children and guided them throughout their pregnancy. She advocates for child birth classes and other alternative treatments to help each pregnant person get the best care available. She educates all of her patients on their condition and options. She pays close attention to details and most importantly she LISTENS to her patients.If your looking for superior care by a genuine doctor, Dr. Ibrahim is the doctor for you.

This office is one of my worst nightmares , can you imagine that the doctor can see a couple of patient at the time in separate rooms ,she also doesnt remember anything about the patient until you remind her and she read the case on her computer in front of you. the bills are different story one visit for this office equal $2000 which the insurance denied it and they get back to you , horrible staff ,please be aware

The Team in this office is incredibly disorganized. I made the appointment via ZocDoc which indicated that my insurance (Cigna) was covered. However, when I arrive I was told I was out of network and the cost of the appointment would be $150. I accepted this as I wanted to get my matter taken care of immediately. The PA was professional, and recommended I proceed with bloodwork. It took over 20 min for the front team to prepare this as they entered my address wrong multiple times. Then, the LabCorp individual informed me this test would cost me $95. When I pushed back and gave her my insurance she then said it was covered but a hold would be placed on my card. If I had never said anything I would have been charged for something I was covered. I walked out. I left the appointment an hour behind schedule and incredibly frustrated.worst OBGYN appointment in the 3 states I’ve lived in, and I have good insurance. Don’t come here

My 1st appt was great, friendly staff, Ibrahim seemed patient as of she cared. Afterwards the nightmare begin. In that same week of my office visit I needed to return. Obviously what she prescribed gave me a reaction. I had to pay another copay in order to see her. Then referred me somewhere else because my insurance wouldnt approve her for a small procedure...tried to charge me $75 to obtain my medical records and would not submit a referral to the new Dr. Omgoodness!!! This doctor is a greedy scheming thief. And the staff that works for her should have mountains and mountains of shame for doing her dirty deeds. Dont believe the hype in the stars.

I would not recommend Dr. Ibrahim or this office. I found this doctor through zocdoc and Im in the process of editing that review as well (zocdoc will only let patients leave reviews for appointments booked thru the app and there is only about a week after that appointment that patients are able to leave reviews. Only my initial appointment was booked through zocdoc, all subsequent appointments were booked through the office directly).My initial appointment was good, but went downhill after that. While the clerks at the front desk can be nice, they can also be quite unprofessional. During one visit, they were gossiping about my case loud enough for everyone in the waiting room to hear, including my husband since he wasnt allowed to come into the exam room with me for that appointment. I made sure to inform the doctor of this the next time I saw her. I wanted to switch doctors immediately after that happened, but I was already somewhat far along in my pregnancy and thought it would be best to stay at this office until we knew which direction the pregnancy was going to go.Unfortunately, I had a miscarriage but never saw the doctor after that. I was unknowingly set up with the nurse practitioner for a follow-up ultrasound after my miscarriage but she was unable to answer any of my questions. I recently tried to make a follow-up appointment with the doctor because of some complications and concerns Im still having, but not until I got to my appointment after taking off work was I told about a balance I have and that unless Im able to pay some unspecified amount the doctor wouldnt be seeing me. I expressed to the front desk clerk that weeks ago, I asked about a balance and how to pay it. At that time she stated she would get back to me but never did. I had been in that office multiple times since asking but no one ever said anything about a balance until I made and showed up for my most recent appointment. The clerk said it is my responsibility to continually follow up with the office to get info on a balance and how to pay it. In any other practice, there is a billing department/person who sends out actual bills for patients to review and pay in a timely fashion instead of only being told about a balance right before being seen and expected to pay some arbitrary amount to the doctors liking.So not only did I miss work for nothing, but it was very disheartening to have a miscarriage and refuse to be seen by the doctor because of her offices poor billing practices. This has been a very difficult time for me and the last thing I need are some unprofessional front desk clerks who violate HIPPA and a doctor who doesnt know standard billing practices. I cannot stress enough that I would not recommend Dr. Ibrahim.

I’ve been going to the dr for many years, even when she was at her old location. She has always been kind and has made me feel very comfortable. My previous ob gyn miss-diagnosed me and after finding Dr Gehan, I will never go to another ob gyn. I find it funny that people are saying that her practice location is “sketchy”. What is so sketchy about it? That it’s in an office space in downtown Jersey City? Please check your biases before making those claims. I have recommended many of my friends to this dr and I will continue to do so. Don’t listen to the negative comments!

Dr. Ibrahim is an amazing doctor. She is very caring,compassionate and knowledgeable. During my pregnancies, I had some risk for complications and Dr.Ibrahim took the necessary precautions and gave me lab results right away. She takes time to listen to my questions and concerns and spend a good time educating her patients. I feel at ease knowing that I am in great care with Dr. Ibrahim and I recommend her to all my friends and family. I delivered both my children under the care of Dr. Ibrahim and both my deliveries were very easy, thanks to Dr. Ibrahim’s advice and care. If you are looking for a friendly knowledgeable doctor who truly cares about their patient I highly recommend you see Dr. Ibrahim.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.You see all these reviews ranging from best to worst due to the fact that only a select number of gullible patients are exploited by a SHAM practice that hide behind these 5 star reviews. I refrain from writing reviews, but in this case I wanted to prove every prospective parent out there is an ugly side to this practice. The staff was all warm and welcoming at first. But when I got suspicious with some of the doctors wild claims, I asked for my wifes medical charts. The staff turned HOSTILE AND RUDE. They resisted but eventually yielded to my stubbornness. We switched to another doctor and never looked back. But in the last couple of weeks, I was forced to look back when I reviewed the list of claims on my insurance portal. They billed the insurance company several thousand dollars on the last day of our visit for doing nothing.I rest my case.

I came here here with my daughter, I might say I have not been to a place with such a great friendly staff, informational. I made an appointment.Dr. Ibrahim was right on point on my condition. The place was very clean.5 star well deserved!:)

AWFUL, AWFUL GYNECOLOGIST. Not using my real name here. Do not go here unless you want to be made out to sound crazy. I ended up being diagnosed with two serious illnesses after this doctor told me it was “in my head” and that after doing all the tests, she found nothing wrong. I could have gotten better had I gone somewhere else. Please save yourself the heartache. Everything seemed fine at first with reception, but the doctor herself was rushed and not sympathetic. The zocdoc reviews are not real.

This is the worst doctor in New Jersey please if you want to have a healthy pregnancy and a healthy life please don’t allow this doctor to check on you or even touch you . And the front girls , they are the worst they so rude like I will be reporting this to New Jersey state .

My first visit was today and I must say that the dr. Made me feel right at home . And the staff are so sweet . The ultra sound techs where absolutely awesome and made me feel as comfortable as possible . Im so happy I found her and this office overall . Very clean and beautiful office , no long waiting time . Front desk was well organized and very attentive to each patient . As a new patient I felt so welcomed. All positive energy which is important for any mom to be .

Dr ibrahim is honestly the best she delivered my first born she is welcoming positive and genuine and makes you comfortable nice staff clean new place..

Like other reviews have mentioned office is sketchy. Practice is sketchy. Nearly a grand charged for an annual to my high deductible plan insurance. Makes you come in for office visits to refill birth control pill in less than a year so she could charge your insurance again. Most doctors provide a year refill. I wonder why Ibrahim only provides for 6 months.Updated review in response to IBRAHIM.You charged nearly a grand for extensive testing stating I need to pay out of pocket on the spot due to third party tester etc in which I did and you still cant evaluate a patient enough to provide a yearly refill? I was looking for a good gyn in the area and came across her. Going through the reviews I notice that most of the people reviewing only have reviewed 2 spots. ALL OF THEM reviewed this doctor and PC Richards & Son saying very similar things which makes it look very suspicious.. Not sure how I feel about going to her office after seen this.

I highly recommend this place, I was for the first time today, and the staff is super nice ! i was treated by the nurse Christine, and she was very gentle and very kind. if you are looking for a new gynecologist, that s the place to go !

The number one doctor office in New Jersey the doctor is so nice she takes care of her patients like family she took all our phone calls at anytime she was always there when we needed her we just want to say thank you very much 👍

Dr. Ibrahim is great BUT the location she works from in Jersey City is a nightmare. If you decide to go there, show up at least 45 mins early because you will not be able to find parking and it takes about 10 mins to drive one block in that area. Make sure you dont have anywhere to be for at least two hours to accommodate waiting time and the hour it will take you to get back out of Jersey City. The traffic is ridiculous. If you park at a parking garage, its at LEAST $12 per hour. Save yourself the trouble and find a practice closer to you and stay out of the hell hole that is Jersey City.

I love Dr Ibrahim. She is the sweetest Dr and she knows what she is doing.. Highly Recommend

From the very first visit they make you feel at home. I was having complications with my first doctors staff to the point i felt i need to switch at 13 weeks pregnant. They took me in right away and started taking care of everything the last doctors office messed up. I left there with a smile no cmplaints and i cant wait till my next visit.

Very unprofessional DR and staff I scheduled a consultation appointment, they called me to come early and on my way to the office they called me again saying that the Dr left the office she has an emergency And she won’t see u 🤬 I told them that I’m coming from a very far town I drove 1HR already it’s very unprofessional for OB-GYN Not to have PA or nurse practitioner in her clinic for back up at least if something come up at the hospital she will have someone to take care of her patients, the staff with their scheduling is the worse they should’ve told me not to come When they know she’s leaving early since I told them that I’m coming from far, if I have to rate her I will give her 0 star she doesn’t have the profession of a DR responsibilities she’s the Arabic type which is a perfect match from where she came from,, BS doctor

I went to that clinic and i am almost 15 weeks and she said we don’t take too far away patient are you serious! Thats the way if the person just came to that country and apply for medicaid then make appointment and went to doctor and staff was so rude to me. They said we can’t take you!

What kind of doctor turns away a pregnant women because she couldnt make a couple prior appts?!? Beware!!!! and the office looks sketchy as it it. And i did not make SIX APPOINTMENTS either. Guess they are liars too:)
