Worse experience ever! Please dont come to this place. Very unprofessional. They dont care about your time. I had to miss work for nothing because they couldnt even properly check my insurance and i got to this place, waited one hour for them to tell me i had to be rescheduled. Dont waste your time and money on this office.

Worse place ever. extremely unprofessional. the wait time is RIDICULOUS. i booked an appointment for 4:30 & by 5:55PM, i still haven’t seen the doctor. i called the front desk to let them know & no one addressed the issue. long story short, i got dressed & walked out. i told them the wait time is ridiculous & no one said anything or even tried to stop me from leaving smh. also, they don’t take your height or weight correctly. they don’t care enough to get your exact BMI which coordinates to your health. smh. do better.

My complaint is it even about the doctors they are both really good doctors my complaint is more so with the new staff, I called yesterday and was available to get an appointment for the next day which was fantastic! I get there I get a check then I get a call back to the window for my copay I left my wallet home and they don’t take Apple Pay so I asked if the copayment bill can be billed to my home address. It’s a $10 copay. She said “well we have to take the payment before the visit”.in all of my years coming to this doctors office I’ve never had to pay my copayment prior to seeing the doctor and I’ve had situations where the copayments bill been billed to my house. I just think it’s very insensitive and very unprofessional of the two young ladies sitting in the front desk it is a mid pandemic! I am 100% sure Mrs Ramirez would’ve had problem sending the bill to my house. I’ve actually never heard of a doctors office turning a patient away over copayment that can be billed to the home address. I’m not a review leaving kind of person but that was just honestly Poor customer service and negligence

The staff not friendly at all. Intake she didnt even say hello or what was my reason & didnt even take my weight, blood pressure. The doctor was nice it wasnt Dr.Ramirez!! Waiting room the kids sitting down & older people standing. I watch how they speak & talk to others.Made me feel like it was bc I was black. I could be wrong but i felt very uncomfortable & never heard anything from this office about my pap smear. Just never experienced this before in my life

She is often late. Be ready to spend more time waiting for her. I visited twice, had similar experience.In the end, the administration put us to consult another practitioner. Really unprofessional.

If your appointment is at 2pm you will probably see the doctors around 5pm. I do not recommend.

I have mixed emotions on this clinic. On the one hand, the staff have all been very nice and polite. However, I have been waiting for an IUD literally for months. Months. Ive gotten a bunch of complicated excuses usually saying that my insurance doesnt cover the brand, or the pharmacy, or blah, blah, blah ... But Ive had many conversations with my insurance company and they always tell me the same thing: that my IUD is covered, the pharmacist is covered and they dont know why the clinic cant get it.I have finally given up waiting and have made arrangements with another clinic to get my IUD who have assured me that I will be able to get it in two visits: one for a consultation, the second for the insertion.It just makes no sense to me why I was unable to get my IUD here. Like, are they purposely trying to to delay access? I dont know but I will be going elsewhere.

Dr Ramirez is awesome she helped my with a uncontrollable bleeding. Than previous doctors had perform 3 DNC and she stopped it with no procedures. I trust her and she is very knowledgeable

Never ever go to that doctor!! Initially she will be very nice and friendly BUT in case if have any complication she will just not recognize you and never show up. I had a miscarriage under her supervision and she did not even wanted to see me. Also, they never released the most crucial report of baby growth before miscarriage happened. I changed my doctor and he wants to see that report but Ramirez does not have anything! So, we dont have anything which doctor can see investigate (if possible)

She is wonderful doctor . She performed my mother surgery and delivered my sister .

What other OB-GYNs werent willing to tackle Dr Ramírez did! Thanks to Dr Elizabeth Ramirez my wife got pregnant and today we have a beautiful healthy baby boy!I couldnt recommend a better and more caring doctor. Always positive, always takes the time to explain and the staff at the office conducts themselves in the same manner.You will not regret choosing Dr Ramirez to be your OB-GYN.

Dr Ramirez is great.I have been with her since 2011 and she is amazing,she knows what she is doing.She deliver my twins and through out my entire pregnancy she took great care of me and my twins. She is trutly the best.

In this clinic group of doctors are there among them Dr.Elizabeth Ramirez is the perfect one she is really perfectBy my good luck my delivery time I was in her hands.I had C-section 5years back for delivering my son.so second pregnancy also C-section. But this time on my 8th month I got burning sensation and pains from my last C-section stritches that time my doctor was in vacation so some how Dr.Elzibeth Ramirez was took me in her hands she did the surgery very carefully me and my baby was a live now with reason of Ramirez.She is very diligent person intellectual working women just like a goddess

Worst practice ever . Please avoid . Travel 30 mins more to see a better doctor instead of coming here . Even though dr Ramirez is ok but she is always in hurry and will spend only few mins with you. Front desk is the worst . Won’t even help you . Every doctor upload their blood test result online but here you have to personally visit the office pay co pay just soYou can see your blood test result . There are way better doctors out thr than here .

This place was horrible! I put an appointment a week prior to see the doctor. I got there right on time and they made me wait 2 HOURS. With the appointment put a week ago. The receptionist is very rude and while I was there first she called other people instead. I never got to see the doctor too! This place is HORRIBLE they should work on their customer service.

Make you wait for hours even with a Schedualed appointment.Doctor is horrible, nonresponsible and very unprofessional. The doctor also seemed clueless about my results and my concerns during my second visit.I have to insist the doctor to go for blood work related to my pregnancy. there are some important blood parameter which are supposed to be check at initial stage but they didnot care about that. i have to remind them to check and prescribe medicine if required. I was so frustrated with this doctor and staff.Being O negative blood group, i supposed to have rhogram on my 28th week of pregnacy, but doctor didnot relized it when i asked then she ask me to bring it.Presciption had to sent my pharmacy but even after making number of call to them, they didnot send it after two days. finally my pharmacist called them and get it. even after 30th week I didnot get this injection. so i changed my doctors and got this injection first day of visit. I donot have option to give zero start otherwise they deserve it.2

Both doctors were great best doctor i ever went to for pregnancy and dr. Mustafa was just as great !!
