The doctor is fine, but this is the worst doctors office Ive ever visited. They have so many patients that they hardly have time for you.If you need appointment better prepare to wait 4 months to get an appointment. Also, forget about rescheduling your appointment, need to wait another 4 months.The admin people hardly speak English, and getting a simple documents like vaccination record or some kind of statement from them is so, so difficult.I believe their focus is on making as much money with as many patients as possible, instead of providing a quality service.I dont recommend this office.

Dr. Sharma and Dr. Santos are really amazing Doctors. Friendly and detailed. Takes their time explaining their findings etc. Commendation to Jessica who is always friendly to me and my family. We had an issue with the past receptionist/front desk, but Jessica is always there to help. Thank you!

Dr Sharma is compassionate and knowledgeable. She spends time and listens to you, without hurrying the appointment. You feel reassured that you are in good hands.The staff is excellent and the patient portal is one of the best.

The best PCP I ever had, my whole family changed to DRS after visiting the office once for my baby girl. No long wait time and everything is accessible via online portal which is amazing. The Doctor writes notes for any test result which view via portal and dont have to wait for phone call about test result or go to office to get the result. I have would highly recommended both her and Dr. Santos.

It was one of the fastest doctors visit, we were in time for our appointment, was attended immediately, the staff made the process easy and effortless and the doctor made sure we understood what is the process and we understand the paperwork we were authorizing. During this time, they made the environment light and funny.

Dr. Santos and Dr. Sharma are amazing doctors and we are extremely happy with this clinic. The doctors are extremely patient with the kids and make even the most difficult things seems very easy for them. My Wife & I went to DRS for our annual health check-up. We both underwent exactly same blood work (I can confirm as we received the same category of blood reports), yet she was billed on some other billing codes. The annual health check is fully covered under our insurance, unless any specific test were conducted like X-ray, etc.But in our case it was not and yet her bill had X-ray billing codes. We tried multiple times following with insurance, lab corp and DRS team but its was all fruitless. DRS team wouldnt bother to correct the billing codes. Our account is now under delinquent and a hit on credit score.Another case with me, while giving my blood for the test I passed out. Post this DRS team monitored me for BP and pulse. To my surprise they billed me $122 for this basic monitoring. I had a similar experience at another facility when after blood work I passed out, I had got bruise on my head and the team did the dressing. Not a single penny was charged, such was their service.I will never go to DRS for any medical service.

They are so busy , no time or appointment for new patient till Jan-2022. It’s strange.

Have never felt better leaving a doctors appoint. Everyone at the office (receptionist, nurse, etc) was so welcoming and friendly which personally I don’t usually experience when visiting the doctor. Dr. Sharma herself was so kind, professional, and genuine regarding my needs and concerns. So happy to have found a doctor I can actually look forward to seeing!

The office is always clean and now given the pandemic of covid19 all proper protocols are in place. I always feel welcomed and safe there. My major concern is finding docs (as a patient or to work for) that are more holistic than just ‘here some meds’.....I appreciate them as doctors, as equals and as parents themselves.....why go anywhere else?
