5+++ stars for the staff at this office. They are all very professional and genuinely care about providing you with what you need. Heather who runs all the bloodwork and lab coordination is amazing, so good at what she does and I did not feel a thing when she was drawing blood (seriously). Jessica in their billing department was very thorough and upfront about what it would cost and I was not charged a penny more than they said. You cannot beat the staff and the care at this office, highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about this office. I had both of my children with them (switched at 30weeks from a NYC practice with the 1st). I was totally dismissive initially when I was told they didnt take insurance, but after a thorough conversation, I learned it was actually going to cost the same (if not less) than my practice in NYC that took my insurance (due to deductible). Jessica was always available and thorough when discussing the billing, and didnt mind my frequent call backs to ask more questions : ) I HIGHLY recommend this office, all the staff, and the doctors.

Abusive billing practices. Do not go here.I moved from Brooklyn to Jersey City and decided to check this place out to see if it was worth switching from my obgyn in Manhattan to something closer. I went to one appointment - I was in the office about 20 minutes, where they did a very quick ultrasound (totally unnecessary since I already have an obgyn in Manhattan who does ultrasounds every visit) and I spoke with a doctor for about five minutes, who explained how their practice works. I decided its not for me, and left.I paid a $25 co-pay. I had sent them my insurance card ahead of time and they confirmed I was covered, so I figured that was the end of it.Now I am receiving nonstop medical bills from them asking me to pay $600. This is insane. I called them and whoever I spoke to told me shed generously reduce it to $250 and that shed send an updated bill. But she never did - I am still receiving endless bills for $600. For spending literally 20 minutes in their office and deciding not to use them.I was completely transparent and told them when confirming the insurance ahead of time, and during the visit, that I was just there to check them out and see if I wanted to switch to them. At no point was I warned that it would cost $600!Meanwhile the obgyn I stayed with in Manhattan has never charged me a penny after the first small copay.This is absolutely the last thing I need to be dealing with during the already exhausting and stressful experience of pregnancy.

There aren’t enough stars to give this practice. From the first appointment to the postpartum care, the doctors and staff have been incredible. I love that they give you an ultrasound at each appointment. They thoroughly exam you and the baby to make sure everything is progressing appropriately and take the time to answer all questions. Although my delivery was complicated and did not go as planned, I felt I was in the best hands and they safely delivered my little girl. I also had some complications postpartum and the practice called weekly to check in and made room in their schedule to see me if they felt it was necessary. I feel like I hit the jackpot being a patient at this practice, I have never had a more enjoyable experience at a doctors office.

The Best at everything!!! Care, TLC for mommy-to-be with a patience and kindness answering all questions and fears... navigating birth plans and the entire 9months of medical attention has been above and beyond! The staff are all rockstars in their profession.For ten years, I’ve had difficulty giving blood... using the smallest needle.. and when I began working with Heather — she switched to normal needle and explained to me how the body works for blood retrieval and voila!! We got blood every time and WITHOUT pain! She is boss!Every doctor in this office is beyond beyond beyond AMAZING in their wisdom, love and thoroughness! There are 4 docs rotating and everyone we are buddies with... Yoni delivered via C section bc our little guy was breach with minimal fluid to rotate and umbilical cord around neck... Dr Yoni held me and breathed with me during the needles for anasisia (sp?) moments before C section surgery, his love and care and gentleness calmed my high blood pressured induced anxiety —- and minutes later delivered our baby boy healthy and strong!!! The recovery for the C section has been EXCELLENT!!!!!! It’s 2 weeks and I’m off of pain meds with mobility! Every nurse at the hospital complemented the incision and how great it is!!!We are so grateful for them!Everyone one!!! Everyone is amazing from reception to scheduling to billing — the best with working with the insurances. The front office is so effective in their ability to get you into the office working with your schedule—- and they are soooooo kind in doing it!If you are seeking a place to go... look no further!!!We absolutely love this office. And having the ultrasound in house made it efficient when the doctor was examining his umbilical cord in the last weeks before delivery!They are phenomenal!!!!!

I was pregnant during the COVID pandemic and I switched from another practice to here as they are able to do ultrasound and every test/exam in the practice. It is out of network so I had to pay out of pocket but it is worth every penny. The practice is clean and follows strict protocols which makes me feel safe. The whole team is amazing, from the staff to the doctors. Everyone was so nice and supportive during each of my exams. I met all the doctors and felt comfortable with each one of them. They were thorough in answering my questions and so kind to work with. Dr. Abdelhak delivered my baby and he was extremely encouraging during the whole process. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough what a wonderful experience we had with Integrative. The staff and all of the doctors made us feel welcome, comfortable, and confident as we went through our first pregnancy. We felt so well taken care of, and confident in the guidance, direction and advice we received. The doctors really listened to our preferences and were our advocates, particularly in the hospital while I gave birth to our son.

I came to Integrative because of their slogan, “a better birth experience.” That’s exactly what I was hoping for and exactly what I got.After a traumatic first birth, I knew I needed care that was holistic and healing for my second birth. I felt so comfortable and heard at all my appointments with Kristin and Dr. Resnikoff. They explained and listened so well. Nurses, technicians, and office staff were also so kind and welcoming.Dr. Abdelhak delivered me and demonstrated incredible expertise and bedside manner. There were actually more physical complications with this birth, including cord around the neck and shoulder dystocia, but because of Dr. Abdelhak, I felt safer and calmer, which I think speaks volumes. I recommend Dr. Abdelhak because of his expertise and skills, but I also recommend him because I know firsthand the difference a provider can make when it comes to birth trauma for a mother, which lasts long after the birth itself.With Integrative, I felt both in good hands and really empowered. They gave me so much and I can’t recommend them enough!

Today was my first day at the Jersey City location and it was amazing! The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The office is beautiful, clean and zen (I was so comfortable that I almost didnt want to leave!). Kristin is brilliant and very professional. I usually am uncomfortable giving blood work but the phlebotomist was so gentle that I barely felt a thing. I highly recommend Integrative Obstetrics!

Kristin Mallon at Mindful Midwifery is amazing! It was a blessing for my husband and I to find Kristin when we were searching for local midwives. Kristin is warm, caring and an expert in her field. Kristin carefully listened to all of our questions and thoughtfully responded provided clear explanations along with recent literature/ studies that supported her advice. We always felt that our needs were considered and that we were fully supported in our plans for the birth. We were surprised when our daughter arrived a month early (causing all the plans to go out the window), however Kristin was reassuring and calmly guided us through the process. Kristin was encouraging and steady through the labor and birth and helped to safely bring our daughter in the world. We are so grateful to have had Kristin as our midwife and will want her by our side for our next birth.

I was very impressed by Kristin!! She was able to answer my questions on a variety of topics (physical, emotional, spiritual). What impressed me the most was her ability to propose natural remedies that really work (cause no one likes to take unnecessary drugs during pregnancy)! She is attentive, a great listener,and provided exactly what I needed. I would definitely recommend Kristin. She is truly a miracle worker in the field of medicine.

Kristin is a phenomenal midwife...When I delivered my fifth child with no anesthesia, I began to lose it...the pain was unbearable and I was sure I wasnt going to be able to endure it. Kristin brought me a sense of strength and showed me techniques to use during labor to help alleviate not only the pain I was feeling, but also help me focus my mind where it needed to be. Im absolutely sure that without her, I would have lost my focus and ended up with an epidural that I didnt want. Shes confident, kind, strong, and wise and I will forever be grateful for her presence and support to bring my daughter into the world.

I cant sing enough praise for Integrative! Everyone from the doctors to the front desk staff are top notch. My entire experience with Integrative was smooth and pleasant and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a stellar OB practice. If you need more concrete evidence as to why Integrative is the best, let me explain two instances that sealed the deal for me. Firstly: at around 33 weeks I felt like my baby wasnt moving as much. Being a first-time mom, I called the practice panicked and teary-eyed. They promptly took me in and calmed me. Upon my arrival, they were waiting for me and ushered me into the back in a calm and collected manner. From there, they hooked me up to the machines and monitored the baby. Thankfully, everything was fine – but they way that everyone acted was so reassuring that I had found the best practice. Everyone was SO professional and caring. Not once did I feel like a crazy person for coming in so anxious only to find out the baby was totally fine and was just in a weird position. (Who knew!) Second reason why they are the best: the delivery of my LO was incredibly smooth. I had the pleasure of seeing every doctor in the 48 hours of my delivery and it was so nice to feel so important and cared for by the doctors. Dr. Mallon was my midwife throughout the process and she was always incredibly knowledgable, kind, thorough and reassuring. Her bedside manner is second to none and she ALWAYS made me feel confident in their practice. Dr. Abdelhak delivered my baby girl and was equally as professional and calming. We ended up needing the vacuum to get her out and he didnt flinch once! He was extremely calming and to the point; and he acted quickly and always kept me in the loop throughout my delivery. Raizy was also there during my delivery as a doula and she was a GODSEND! She managed to make me smile between pushing and made my delivery so pleasant. I am so thankful for each and every person at Integrative. Trust this practice and their guidance and you will not be disappointed in the care you receive.

I have so many good things to say about this practice. Not sure where to begin, maybe simply by the beginning. My husband and I live in TriBeCa and when we miraculously got pregnant naturally after 6 years of trying, I immediately looked for a practice with a great reputation. I found really good reviews online about Integrative Obstetrics and went ahead and book a first appointment. We were welcomed in the loveliest office facing Hamilton Park by the loveliest, warmest staff. And from there, every single visit was a joy to go to. All of the 3 doctors and midwife were delightful. They each were very professional but warm and approachable. The birth of my child was epic and definitely one of the most beautiful experiences of my life. Beautiful because even though I had a “tough” delivery, to witness the dedication of Dr Yaacov A. and Dr Jonathan R. literally fighting FOR HOURS for me NOT to get an emergency C section was such a moving experience. They absolutely did everything they could to help me have a natural delivery and in the end were successful. Afterwards, Dr Jonathan R. and one of the nurses told me “if you were in any other hospital and with any other doctor, you would have had a C section”. And I know that to be true. I was so moved by the doctors and nurses’ efforts and warmth that when it was time to leave the hospital I literally cried. I was going to miss these people. For 33 hours in the labor room they were my team, they had my back fully and completely. I can not recommend this practice enough. These doctors, all of them, are my heroes. They deal everyday with very challenging situations and give their best.Afterwards, I was looking forward to my 6 week visit. It happened today actually. When we got into the office it was like being greeted by family members. They were so excited to meet our son, who we made sure would come along . We wanted them to see him but we also wanted him to meet them. I got so excited when they told me that I could keep on coming for my Pap smears and annuals because all along I thought I needed to get pregnant again in order to see them all. This is how much I am attached to this practice!

Like others before me, I cant say enough good things about Kristin and her practice. I wrote a novel of a review on Yelp, but here is my shorter review from Facebook:Transferring to Kristin from the midwife practice I had been attending was the best decision Ive made for my family. I had been at my wits end dealing with the disorganization, long waits, and scatter-brained staff at the other practice. Kristin and all of her staff are amazing -- organized, efficient, and just all-around wonderful. My husband and I started looking forward to my prenatal appointments rather than dreading them! As a healthcare practitioner, Kristin is the best that Ive experienced. She is thorough and kind, and we loved that she focused on whole health (such as diet and exercise) rather than just the clinical aspects of pregnancy. She is also up-to-date on her research and we appreciated all of the resources that she pointed us to. When it came to our babys delivery, we had complete trust in her skill and judgment. The delivery was thankfully fast and uncomplicated, but we knew that we were in the best hands under Kristins care had we had to deal with any complications. We are so grateful!

I had really high hopes going into this office after experiencing a difficult first pregnancy. The women who work in the office are amazing, very kind and compassionate. However, I cannot say the same about the doctor. I made an appointment for preconception appointment, of course it was expensive but I figured it was worth not having another 28 week delivery. I was determined to seek the best advice possible. The doctor sat with me for about 10 mins and then sent me to get a few tests done as well a review of past medical history. I got everything done that he asked for, expcet me my results came in the doctor wouldnt even give me 5 mins of his time. I guess because I wasnt giving him another $500. I never even received a call from his office letting me know that they received anything, I basically had to chase them down. And when I did get a response it was generic, sorry we cant help you. I still had more questions based on what I had read but instead of the doctor calling me, he only communicated with me through the office manager. I was shocked and so disappointed, I realize I may never know what happened the first time but the fact that this doctor just flat out ignored me and didnt even have the decency to contact me knowing how eager and almost desperate I was just to even talk was just terrible feeling and I knew I could never deal with this type of behavior in my next pregnancy especially how high risk it is sure to be. I wish these doctors would understand that we are people who mostly have went through terrifying experiences and not just dollar signs.

Great office staff including the front desk, phlebotomists, and sonographer. Loved the midwife. Very responsive and attentive. I had a very difficult case and pregnancy which ended poorly. I wish the diagnosis was more clear instead of giving me false hope it was something minor. Then after seeing the MFM, he said he had no additional information, that it looked bad, and referred me on. Additionally, the bill already came 3 days after my loss. I think for a typical, smooth pregnancy, I would have loved the care provided here but in a very difficult and very unique situation, I did not feel they were as prepared.

After interviewing over 10 Midwife and OB practices, I finally found Kristin Mallon and team. To say the experience was outstanding is putting it mildly. It’s obvious Kristin’s calling and mission in life is helping women with the journey of motherhood. Her passion and dedication to knowledge and true care of a pregnant and laboring woman is second to none. I felt empowered, safe, and listened to. I was able to labor and deliver the way I wanted/needed. It was easy to get appointments even though my schedule can be tricky and she always made time for my questions. As a women’s health advocate and doula I was seriously impressed . I’m so glad to be with her again for my second child, peace of mind for myself and baby is an irreplaceable feeling. She will expect you to show up for yourself and the more you do, the more she and her practice will be able to offer.

I am extremely fortunate that I found Krisitn Mallon at mindful Midwifery for my 2nd pregnancy. I had an unnecessary C-Section with the first one with a different doctor, which was traumatizing. Kristin handled my VBAC like a piece of cake and made my childbirth experience not only positive but also very encouraging. With her techniques, I only pushed my 8-pound baby for 15-20 minutes and he came out. She is extremely knowledgeable in medicine field. I got a very strong support during pregnancy, at the time of labor, and after the delivery. She accompanied me during my entire labor. I had a challenging pregnancy and Kristine gave me all natural remedies for various problems and they work like miracle. She is a great listener, very attentive, warm, and GENIUNELY caring. Words are less to describe her support and expertise. I will be grateful for her my entire life.
