This was an awful experience the nurse had an attitude, was disrespectful to the guest that came with me and provided a sort of discrimination and closed the door on a customers face rudely. This is so far one of the worst clinics because of their customer service. I also worked for customer service and this is beyond awful. In case you wish to know who attended me. Her name is Reina and again her attitude was horrible. I hope the city council and the complaint department from Quest can respond fast about this matter. #CUSTOMERSOPINIONMATTER

I have had great experiences each and every time I have come to this facility. The place is clean and the people are friendly. The only issue I have is that they can only put into their system only one of my insurance companies. I have a primary insurance and a secondary insurance, please fix this in your system.

I had one of the worst experiences of my life at this place today. The short lady who works there, not sure what her name is. But Im sure its Rayna from what I see from previous reviews, but she is one of the meanest and nastiest people I have ever encountered in my life. She had so much attitude when I asked SIMPLE questions, and she made me wait 2 hours to call me back when I couldnt reach the minimum amount for my urine drug test. 30 minutes in, she came outside to the waiting room calling in another person and I looked at her and made a gesture to let her know I was ready to go back in and she looked straight at me and blatantly ignored me and went inside. 2 hours passed, and I could not hold it in anymore and had to use the restroom ASAP, and it was to a point where I was pacing back and forth and knocked on the door, hoping someone could help me. Eventually, a nice guy who also worked there let me in, and I carefully explained to the lady that I have to use the bathroom very badly due to all the water I was drinking. She did not care at all and told me I needed to wait, and told me it was my fault for not getting a sufficient amount the first time, and she walked away as I was speaking to her. She had no empathy and went ahead and tried to assist another person while I was standing outside the testing room tearing because I could no longer hold it in. I felt like an animal. I genuinely believe she doesnt deserve to work in healthcare due to a lack of empathy and human decensy. She is the definition of a sociopath. I will NEVER come into this place as long as she works there.

It went great— out in ten minutes (made an appointment). Everyone was really nice.

Today I took a drug test, I took a urine sample and this one lady named Reyna, short Filipino woman was straight up rude because when I did not received the right amount of urine so I waited 2 hours in order to fill up my urine. The other staff treated me good. But Mrs Reyna (if you are reading this) you cannot treat your customers like that!!!. Please treat the customers next time.

Not sure why this location has so many bad reviews. I had a really great experience here both times I went. The wait was minimal, Covid precautions were taken, the staff was courteous and competent, and results were delivered in a timely fashion.

With the exception of one phlebotomist, perhaps of Indian descent it appeared, the staff here are incredibly rude and just nasty! Hate to utilize the word nasty when referencing people, but this is exactly how I feel based on my three experiences at this location. No compassion, no bedside manners, and they speak down on people. I would not recommend this location at all, you will go in with positive energy and leave out feeling awful, upset, annoyed, with transferred negativity. If you can, visit another location!!!!!!!

This place has the worst customer service. They sent me home twice in a row without any services being done. There was always some excuse as to why I couldn’t get my blood drawn. I won’t go here again and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to either.

A male employee took one look at my listed tests tried to discourage me from proceeding and complained about how much work it would be. Then I was literally laughed at. In the end he succeeded and I left very distressed. Dealing with enough for my medical situation to have to face type of behavior is unacceptable and liable for emotional distress. Get it together Quest. Completely disgusted.

Don’t go here. The technician I encountered was very rude and short and the lab itself was a mess. I made an appointment online and opted for the office to text me when I was ready for my appointment. I showed up as soon as I received the text and was made to resign in again and given a difficult time. After that I was quite uncomfortable and the technician did not seem to know what she doing on my test. I decided to walk out.

The reviews were right. This place is disorganized and wasted my time 3 occasions. To find parking in this area is already a fete. To have my time wasted several times was unnecessary. They forgot to give me all I needed on my first visit and I had to come back multiple times. People work.

Still indefinitely closed in 2021 even thought Quests official website suggests walk-in because appointments were not available!! Huge waste of time!!

Very poor experience. I had scheduled an appointment one month before my visit and when I got there, they kept calling walk ins and didnt bother to call the one with the appointment. Next when I finally got in, they said we dont have you in our system. Why do I need to go through all this trouble for something thats already paid for!?Update : apparently the staff doesnt know how to operate their own system for a simple patient search by last name or first name. They tried to blame me for them not being able to operate their own stuff. Please have trained staff.

Very poor experience. I had scheduled appointment for my daughter who is 3 months old and they werent experienced do blood work. After few attempts they failed and I was scared to continue. My Daughter blood work is not completed which was waste of time and injured my daughter. Please if you arent experienced this is not trial and error period. Quest Diagnostics please accept if you can make it else stop wasting others time and money.

The only reason I went to this location is the life insurance company policy I applied for suggested it and it was easy for me to get to. The automated Sign-In process was a Plus... The female associate (she looked to be a Middle Easterner) was sneezing and coughing over me and everything else. She was very abrupt , never smiled, when asking questions to complete her online form, maybe it is a culture thing. (middle east vs American) She seemed to be inexperienced in drawing blood, she could not find a vein and stuck me 2-3 times. After a few tries , she had to summon the more experienced male associate to help her...He was VERY professional and courteous towards me and answered all my questions......He found my vein immediately and used the correct size needle - (infant butterfly), I never felt the pinch... If there is a Next Time I will go to another Quest Diagnostic location or to Bio-Reference Labs.

Location was not open at 8am on Saturday stood out there for 30 minutes and I’m pregnant worst experience in freezing weather no notice in the door no employees no nothing

FRAUD! Came in for a test, they drew 4 tubes of blood when only one was needed. The nurse was an Indian (spoke Punjabi, from a personal call she took during the test). Then after a week, results are missing! No trail, no records of blood draw, no results, as if nothing happened. Ive had better experience at other quests, but I would stay away from this one in particular.

The place was closed without any notice or note on the door. Two other people came with appointments scheduled. Choose another location.

I came to this office when I had a problem with the lab at a physician practice associated with JC Medical Center refused (after an hour wait) to fill the doctors order because the medical verification had been done just across the hallway so I did not have my ID. Quest was professional, fast and easy. She ensured me that the results would be in front the doctor the first thing in the morning despite that I was her final patient of the day.

You would think that one of the most popular times for people to get lab work done (weekday mornings), would be a time where a diagnostics lab would be well staffed. Two patients were taken in 10 minutes after I arrived, and then after another half hour, they admitted one more.That was not the case and I will not be returning to this location, which is unfortunate since the office is so accessible.

Not open during listed open hours. Standard robot phone system so can’t even call ahead of time to check if they’re open. Don’t waste time, go anywhere else.

This place is absolutely horrible. This is my second complaint. I starting coming to this Quest because it was only a few block away from my job. I made an appointment today and arrived an hour earlier because I had to be somewhere else afterwards. Signed in and waited a half hour and then told the staff I came earlier than my appointment time due to an unscheduled emergency. She proceeded to tell me my appointment time (which I obviously know) and they were taking walk-ins first. It is just unbelievable how you would take walk-ins first before someone an appointment! If I were late then understandable but this was not the case. She then said maybe the other girl will take you then walked away. Poor attitude and customer service. I would rather make the extra trip for another Quest then go back here. I advise other not to go here!

Website is INNACURATE. I made an appointment for a drug test on Saturday only to be told that they dont do tests on weekends even though theyre website specifically says that they offer the tests from 10am to 11:30am on Saturdays which is exactly when I went. Waste of time and money (which was spent on $8 parking).

Showed up for drug test but was turned away. Sign says place closes @ 12pm, website said 11:30am. I arrived right after 11am. Employee stated they have to change the website time. Wasted by time.

They have the worse staff at this location. They talk to patients like if they hate their jobs. They don’t answer questions if you have, they direct you to the automatic Kiosk. I was helping patients myself to check in. Poor customer service!!!

This place sucks big time! No value of appointment time. Walk ins and appointments are treated same way! Ended up walking out without my physical after waiting for 45 minutes with appointment. Why dont they just close this place? Go anywhere else but this place. Never coming back.

I spent a whole morining there for a pregnancy Glucose Test so here are my comments:Pros:- Staff was very friendly and made everything they could to make me confortable.Cons:- They are not prepared to receive you for 3 hours, they will leave you at the waiting room where it is cold and at very bad chairs for that long.- They will puncture your vein 4 times instead of leaving an appropriate IV access in your arm.- They offer no food after test is done, Imagine speding all morning hungry and not being offered not even a coffee or juice before leaving their office.This test you will make you sleepy and it is tiring, they should provide a better experience for their clients.

I visited here on 30th March 2017. Staff was cooperative and services were good. I have been explained everything related to tests and billing by the staff. Total Joke Theres No Reception. . The phones ringing off the hook... been here for over an hour for simple blood work... my roommate went to lab core down stairs and he got out in under 30 mins

Waited for over an hour and a half without getting my blood work done. When I asked how much lo her the wait was they couldnt give me an answer. Yet a guy (who Im assuming she thought was attractive due to her giggly reaction when he approached her) was there for less than half hour, told her he had to go to work and she expedited him straight to the back to get his bloodwork done?????? Im disgusted and appalled.

Everytime i go the staff is nice the wait really depends if you have appointment. But walk in wise is pretty long wait.

I was a walk-in for a blood test that required fasting. Surprisingly without an appointment I was seen within 30 mins of arriving. Wow! There was time left on the meter.

We walked in with our twin 1 year olds for blood work and were treated quickly, professionally, and with a great deal of love and attention. Thanks!

My recent visit to this place is very bad. I went for a preemployment drug test. The staff are bery rude, un friendly. No body deserve to be treated the way tbey treat thecustomers. I dont think anybody limes to be treated like a kid, and the way the staff talks to us is like shouting. If they dont like their job then they better go and find another job. I dont like the quality of their service when I am payingfor it. I wont even give one star if the option is there.

After three weeks I STILL dont have lab test results that take one week to process. DO NOT GO TO THIS LAB. This place is run by incompetent people who do not value your health.

Both times I went here I had an appointment yet still had to wait an additional 10-15 minutes. When asked when I would be seen I was given an attitude. What is the point of having an appointment time if it isnt kept? I would never choose to go here again, go to any other Quest location.

Went in for a drop-off. Quick and easy check-in. The entire visit was fast because there wasnt a wait and the woman who helped me was very nice.

Unfortunately technicians here lack knowledge of the tests theyre doing. Website also does not provide the information about the tests and try their customer service number because it does not work.

This place is a shame on the name of a Laboratory. Very unclean, very unprofessional and ill-managed set up. The technician lady was complaining why I have so many tests ( I had a total of 16 tests ) and she was very reluctant to draw blood citing she was hungry. They do not even print out names of patients on the patient sample; they write it by hand. There was no soap in restroom. There is no respect for reservation timing and they are not at all apolgestic even for an hours dealy on a fixed appointment. I had a 10:45 AM this morning; reached at @10:40 and was not seen till 11:45 AM.I WILL NEVER NEVER recommentd this place to any one.I wish Quest does something about it.Thanks

I came in for glucose test and they turned me away after having fasted for 12hrs. Claimed test takes 4hrs when my doctor later said it takes 3hrs. Extremely upsetting and complete waste of time and gas. Ill be going to Manhattan going forward

Looks like a place from the 80s. They draw blood and still write on the tubes, where other places have moved on to barcoded stickers for each patient.

This is the last appointment in this location, doesnt make any difference making appointments, arriving on time and still make you wait for 45 mins ! really!!😡😤
