Theyre the best dental clinic Ive ever been. I cant agree more with the other 5 star reviews. Service is something else I dont see in other dental clinics. Very positive atmosphere, friendly staff( Dr. V and his team). Shout-out to them. You guys deserve it. Keep it up. Highly recommend.

From start to finish everyone at this office was so friendly and helpful. Ernesto the hygienist was thorough, detailed, and really friendly! He pointed out things other hygienists had been missing on my teeth for nearly 15 years. Dr. V was also very friendly and again thorough. I am looking forward to this being the dentistry I continue to return to!

I’ve had my fair share of dentist offices but this one is the best. I appreciate not having to wait so long in the waiting room. Once I checked in, I went right in. I’d like to give a special thanks to Cristal. She was great and very nice. Her customer service was impeccable. It’s hard finding good workers who go above and beyond to help clients and answer their questions. That’s what you call great customer service and makes patients want to come back again.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The office was very clean. We were able to be seen right away and they explained everything thoroughly and we felt that we were in great hands. I would definitely recommend them!!

Best dental experience I have ever had. Highly recommended. All staff members are very professional and friendly.

I had a really bad toothache and I called several dental offices to get an emergency visit, but the earliest appointment was for one week. I couldnt believe I had to wait that long when I was in so much pain. Until I reached AV Dental. They told me to come the same day. They explained my options and the cost upfront. The staff made me feel comfortable the whole process. My tooth was extracted with no pain and a day after I can barely feel any discomfort. I highly recommend AV Dental.

As always going to AV Dental makes going to the dentist a blessing . Dr V and staff are very nice people that make you feel comfortable once you enter the office. I had a serious surgery done and not at anytime did I feel uncomfortable or worried. After the procedure was done Dr V explained to me about the procedure I had done, Prescribed medication, and contact me the next day to see how I was feeling. I love my teeth and I love to smile and AV dental keep me smiling.

I absolutely love Dr. V and his team in the jersey city office. They are beyond welcoming, willing to go the extra mile to explain any concerns, making sure you’re comfortable before any procedure and the best part is that you feel nothing!! The office supervisor is very rude. She wont listen. I had the same experience. The doctor is okay. Careful about mouth anesthesia. They are giving more than necessary. They wont wait till your jaw get numb. There is another assistant to doctor who dont have patience. Basically, they will make sure you come back again. It is some times, they dont align the fillings correctly, so incorrect align breaks another teeth too. So be careful with that too.Doctor is okay.

The review is for the receptionist/s as I mostly interacted with them and each interaction was worse than the one before. My last straw was going to an appointment and the office being closed. I was called once by the office that day before my appointment while I was in a work meeting and I only saw the missed call on my way to the appointment. Once I saw the office being closed I gave them a call. Hours later they called back - I’m asking why was I not informed the office was closed and I’m told “we called once but your voice message inbox was full and we tried sending a message but you opted out of receiving messages from us”. I suggest that maybe they should have insisted with an email or perhaps a second call as I had scheduled a 3-4 hour appointment, took a half day off from work and traveled all the way from Brooklyn for it.Now, someone that knows how to address a customer who is to pour over $5000 into the business would normally apologize and try get the customer to reschedule; yet, someone that works at this office, has zero customer service skills and needs to win every argument - decides to tell me it’s my fault I didn’t pick up the phone the one time they called and that I opted out of messages from them. So they lost a customer.FYI I opted out from being sent messages because you don’t know how to use the sending messages function and unprofessionalism simply frustrates me. 1)first message (an appointment confirmation that I confirmed the day before by phone) was so random - no mentioning of who’s messaging/what office is it, no mentioning of what appointment are they trying to confirm, no mentioning of the time of the appointment — my first reaction was that it was spam but thankfully I googled the number and figured it out. 2) at some point was being sent texts that weren’t addressed to me but to another customer 3)was being sent multiple times useless texts about some forms I already filled out weeks before if they only bothered to check.P.S. the other staff like the man that did my X-rays and dental cleaning and the actual dentist were very nice and sweet. I haven’t had the chance to have more than X-ray and cleaning done so can’t speak to the dentist’s actual work.

Was trying to get my dad checked up here. Had to re-schedule because he did not feel well because of taking a vaccine shot. The office manager was super rude and nasty at my wife. No empathy whatsoever. The dentist himself is awesome - he was super nice to my dad on his last visit. The office manager was bad enough that we will never go back here again (she will probably not let us back in there in any case). Very bad experience overall for us and our family! I would give 0 stars here if I could - but, unfortunately google does not have that option

Doctor V is the most easy going, friendly, and informative dentist I have come across. And Ive come across quite a few. World most definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a pleasant dentist experience.

I recently had two tooth extractions plus two bone grafts put in . Dr. Vahid was phenomenal. I did not feel any pain. He always made me feel comfortable and the whole procedure went very smoothly . All staff members were very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend AV dental associates.

He did some crowns for me and really takes his time with you to ensure you are happy, unlike other dentists who want to get you out the door as fast as possible.Staff is great, Shirley the receptionist always looks out for you. The first thing i noticed 2 years ago when i first became their patient was how nice and professional the staff was. they are also very well trained and you can tell by the way how all staff members are on the same page. they treat all their patients like their family and you can tell they are genuine. the dentist is also very knowledgeable, explains the treatment and gives you multiple options that you can choose from based on the price and quality of the treatment. so far i have brought my whole family here and 2 of my good friends will be coming here soon also. if you are looking for an honest, professional and caring dental office this is the one.

I had the worst wisdom tooth pain and was turned away from so many places. I called AV Dental and even when they had patients they still made room for my emergency!Dr. V was very professional and knowledgeable and made me feel at ease, in fact the whole staff was great !!!! Shirley was so kind, knowledgeable, and patient with all of my tedious questions! She was the bright spot of my visit and really diligent about covid safety and sanitation. Doctor V was absolutely amazing, quick, and answered all of my questions with an amazing attitude. The Xrays were tedious, and yet Dina was also extremely patient with me and super fast! It took no time at all. I felt like I was in and out. Im so happy to have found this place!

This bad review is purely for the rude and insensitive office manager. I tried to cancel day before appointment because patient was sick (after vaccine). She said we would be charged because didnt provide a 48 hour notice. Never had this problem with any other doctor/dentist.

In my 32 years of life, this was the best experience I have had at a dentist office. I have had generalized anxiety disorder since childhood and a very big fear of going to the dentist. Sadly, Ive also had some pretty bad experiences there as well, which didnt help that fear. I only go now when I have something going on with my teeth and absolutely have to, which I know isnt good. Anyway, I had significant tooth pain and begrudgingly started my search for a new dentist, to which I stumbled across AV Dental in my search. With the vast amount of glowing reviews, their AMAZING hours, which include late nights and Saturdays, I decided to make an appointment. Making an appointment was super easy and I conveniently made a 7pm appointment. I came in and did explain that I had anxiety disorder, which I felt was important to mention right away, and they were more than accommodating, both the dental assistants and Dr. V. He is extremely welcoming, sociable, friendly and funny and took the time to ease my fears and, over the course of several appointments, explained everything he was doing before doing it. I should also mention that I am very impressed with their time management as I never waited more than 5 minutes in the waiting room and no more than that to see the doctor in the room. The office is also the largest I have ever seen, with many exam rooms, and very clean and organized. I honestly have not one negative thing to say about this office, the doctor or my experience there. The dentist office is still not my favorite place to go but I am now less fearful after finally finding the right one. Highly recommend.

Terrible doc! Did an implant and it took 2 years to complete the job, more over he did not even completed properly. So we went to get second and third opinion with other doctors. DO NOT GO FOR CROWN & IMPLANT in here.12/18/20 - Thanks for response, BUT. Dr. V did not even made attempt to do a follow up call. BTW just sending a TEXT after 2 years of appointments is insulting... Moreover, 2 years of back & forth he let the patinate walk out of the office WITHOUT showing the final product?For the record - I am attaching 2 claims from my insurance follow up visits for second and third opinion: with different doctors and they both CONFIRMD that tooth was not completed properly and theres a GAP in between. None of these doctors wanted to fix this as this could go back in the way. I will ensure proper follow up with this claim is done! not only I made a dispute with Bank, but file a big complain so court day will be sent via mail.

Dentist are great front desk cant say the same. Customer service is below average and lack functionality. Picture below is scanned,(looks like a picture taken from a cellphone) copy of a consent form to be filled out and put into a patient file. Office manger not very clear about pricing or wants to provide a copy of office pricing. At the end of day you provide a service, as customers we should be able to see what doctors prices are on documentation not a word of mouth.

I love how the Hyginist and dentist work together. I’ve been in dental office where this relationship is not as good. You can feel the tension and it makes me uneasy.Hearing them go and back and forth about what’s best for me makes me happy. 😊

Receptionist is very rude and has no patience at all.Did not release all x-rays for second opinion even after charging an extra 10 dollars.I did receive the x-rays after much communication. First the x-rays were sent in a format that was not readable and then when the normal pics were sent that were not labelled. Very unprofessional. changing the ratings to 3 stars.

My first visit at AV Dental, it was very welcoming I could tell I was gonna have a good experience. I walked to the front desk and they were very kind and soothing for my first dental experience in a while. Then I met Dr V. usually get very nervous during dental procedures but he keep me calm and answered all my questions. Dr V and his team are the best and I will continue to go there and would highly recommended them. To anyone. I rarely ever write reviews but this is one really deserves it.

Great Dentist ! Really funny guy & the staff is amazing. It’s a little pricey but you pay for the great quality they provide, I definitely would recommend. Best part is everything is done on the premises so you really can be in an out.

AV Dental changed the way I feel about going to the dentist. Staff is polite and professional. The entire facility is clean. Ernesto the hygienist is very knowledgeable and gentle. I had not had a cleaning in some years and was nervous. He took extra care to make sure I was not uncomfortable and explained everything which I appreciated. I am no longer scared of cleanings. Dr. V is also one of a kind. He gives you his attention and also explains things very well. He was also very patient with me. They are up front about plan of care and the cost (what your insurance pays etc). No other dentist I have been to compares to AV dental! My husband and I love them!

This is a very well run office. i am always seen on time. the staff are all on the same page and very well trained. Dr V is amazing also. they do really care about their patients and try to get everything done with the least number of visits possible.

I was in so much pain from an infected tooth, and AV fit me in as a new patient right away. A tooth extraction is never going to be my favorite way to spend an afternoon, but everyone in this office made it as minimally unpleasant an experience as possible. Worst experience I ever had, an hour wait past my appointment time. The doctor did some exam and said no additional charge with my insurance. And send me a surprise bill at the end of the year. Totally an unreasonable practice. Would highly not recommend.

Great service!!! Had two fillings that were very hard to get to, but it was one of the easiest and painless fillings Ive ever had. Office staff are very friendly and easy to work with too.I would recommend getting the savings plan. Its $250 but gets you TWO free cleanings for the year, and roughly half off all other prices. So its definitely worth it.

Had an emergency root canal and crown done. they fit me in the same day and all was done in the same day. they make their crowns in house with a 3d printer so you wont have to wait a week to get them. Dr V was great and the procedure was painless. front desk was very accomodating. i have found my new dentist.
