Although I havent purchased any service at the store this time, they kindly repaired my eyeglasses and offered additional service. Im quite impressed.

My experience was like no other. I felt I was in the way and wasting their time. The lack of empathy was surprising and very uncomfortable. I should have stuck with my gut and went somewhere else. Please understand if you are looking for compassion and have special needs this is not the place for you. If you are just looking to test your eyesight and have extra money to burn go for it. Not to mention I am sure I was overcharged for a simple exam. Never Again!

I bought prescription sunglasses this time from LensCrafters for the 1st time. Checked my eyesight and got the prescription in a timely manner. There were lots of options to choose the frame and most of them were covered by my insurance lovely older lady Juana, helped with selection. Customer service was great and received my new sunglasses in a week. Great job !!

The amount of professionalism from the staff and all the attention to detail - making sure all my needs were met ; I’m blown away ! The doctor herself is very nice but the sales lady is a no. I tried several times to tell her that my insurance fully covered my eye glasses (federal insurance covers every pair of eye glasses) but she didn’t understand. At first she quoted me over $400 dollars and then when I got upset she dropped it to $200. I’m a very shy non confrontational person so I said oh let me look at other frames and literally took an elevator to get out of there. Definitely do not buy glasses from here if you are using federal insurance.

The staff (Jessica and Barbara) at this optical location are super knowledgeable, caring, understanding, and provide exceptional customer service. Thank you, for all you do.

Had an appointment for 2pm today and I came about 30 minutes early and the doctor saw me within the next five minutes. My temperature was taken and they took the time to answer all of my questions. Dr Bharj is amazing and I’m happy I found an eye doctor I felt comfortable with. I will definitely continue to come and recommend others to as well. I didn’t get the name of that lady who helped me with my contacts but she was new and very nice she took her time going through all my price options with me so I can get the one that would be more affordable for me. She even let me try on some lens even though she knew I wasn’t purchasing them today. Will definitely be back!

Dr. Balvinder Bharj was amazing. Very patient and caring. Jessica provided excellent customer service in assisting me with choosing new eyeglass frames. Very professional and courteous.

Rude! I asked the woman who works there 6 times if my insurance covered the contact lenses exam. 6 times! And each time she responded with evasive answers, garbled replies about eye exams and what I needed to get but never responded my direct question, which was, if my insurance covered the cost of my contact lenses exam. Finally, the last time for a simple yet or no answer, and I finally got a NO! With an attitude. Because she was trying to get $110 out of me. Really?! This place should be ashamed of itself and the con artists they hire. When I said no, she became angry and barked to her coworker cancel the appointment now. Good! I would pay, but your thievery tactics were appalling, as if I would not catch on.

I am so happy that I went to see Dr. Bharji. Her office is located inside the Macys on the second floor, and I had no trouble locating it. Her staff was friendly and communicative, both when confirming my appointment and then checking me in for my visit. Dr B. was patient, caring, and communicative at all points of my exam, and explained all tests being performed. I appreciated her professionalism and warmth. I definitely recommend Dr. B. and plan to continue entrusting my eyeballs to her care in the future!

Please save yourself time and go elsewhere. Went for a scheduled and confirmed appointment and the doctor was not even there. They even lied that they left a message, when confronted that there is no message left, she said the doctor was supposed to leave the message!! But they were fast to take all credit card and all personal information before the appointment for the exam that was not even performed. Very unprofessional!!

I went there and there is a unnecessary waiting time when I went there.Doctors are okay. I didn’t get a frame, as per my intent.

Dr. Bharj is an amazing doctor. She was sweet and made sure that she addressed all my concerns. I was put on a new kind of contacts that worked amazing for me annnnd saved me money. I would definitely recommend going to her!
