This is the most professional office staff I have experinced and I always looks forward to my appointments. Dr. Davis is a true professional who always manages to remember every detail. I feel fortunate to be a client of his.

This office has been AMAZING working with getting me in for my eye issues. Between me having a crazy schedule with my work and them being busy as well, they always have been super awesome about taking care of me. I personally see Dr. Davis and hes always been great. Thanks so much!!

I love that they answer any and all questions you have. They are very through on explaining everything on the test you have done. All employees and Doctors have very nice attitudes.

Friendly and efficient!

2 stars is fairly generous given my recent experiences here. I have gone to Jerome Eyecenter for years, and while the doctors are great, we’ve always had a problem with the ladies up front. They’re always way to pushy and at time have been rude. My most recent appointment was 2 weeks ago. I’ve moved out of town but still have family in the area so I didn’t want to go to the hassle of finding a new doctor somewhere I won’t be for long. I planned two trips so that I could have the appointment and then get my new frames. When the ladies called me to let me know my glasses were in, I let them know I would pick them up by the end of the week. When I showed up Friday afternoon around 3:30, the office was closed—as the sign on the door said, they were closed for training. Finally, after calling every listed number I got a hold of Dr. Nate. She apologized for my inconvenience and said she’d make sure the glasses were shipped out first thing Monday morning. I called the office Monday and was only told they had shipped, not an estimated arrival date. I appreciate Dr. Nate for being kind and doing her best, but I think I’ve had enough of Jerome Eyecenter.

I really liked our recent visit. I brought my whole family in to get contacts and glasses. All the staff took real good care of us. They were really patient and caring. I would let everyone know this is a great place to go.

The prices are great. However, the customer service is terrible. The glasses we ordered were in backorder until the first week of July, I had to call to check on the status during the second week of July and was told they were taking longer than expected. When they finally arrived the first week in August we went to pick them up and both of the girls at the front desk acted as if they were being put out with having to help us. I will be taking my business somewhere else. The prices are great but being treated poorly is not worth saving money. I hope they can get the right customer service training, since it is the customers who keep them in business.

Alma is WONDERFUL to work with! She spent a lot of time helping me find just the right frames and was sensitive to my price range. Dr. Davis took his time going over my eye health first, which is important to me because my Moms eyesight is poor due to glaucoma and macula degeneration. And then as we zeroed in on the prescription for my lenses, Dr. Davis gave me the time needed to know which choice was clearer. The frame choices are latest and greatest from top designers plus more affordable choices. We are sold on the Jerome Eye Center!

Friendly staff, Dr Davis always takes time to answer questions and looks closely at the health of my eyes. Very helpful ladies making sure I get the frames that I like not pushy trying to sell me something I dont want or need. Tried other places not satisfied, will be with Jerome Eye Center for many more years.

Not family oriented, front people were nice but didnt inform anyone we were there. others were rude unorganized and didnt know what was going on. The only positive outcome was the doctor was nice, and very good with kids.Takes long time, was there close to 2 hours and they are super expensive.

The center was timely in getting us in to see a doctor. Staff was helpful and kind. Our exams were thorough. The Doctor shared her knowledge about eyes and their relation to headaches and motionsickness that my child has be dealing with and spent additional time examing eyes for issues relating to these symptoms.

The office staff is terrific and the doctors are great as well.
