The staff was good doing there job . Working way to hard .I dont understand how a place can be called urgent care if its not tending to sick first . It cant be urgent care on one day and not the next .. People take off work only given one day to get a doctor .I went on a day that had the most sport physical examinations.Personally this Should be done at a regular hospital or at a cvs or walgreens. This is not a medical emergency .I wait 4 hours to be seen . The prescription was wrong I wasnt given a print out. At the hospital you get a patient discharge print out with what you have a. Brief description with prescription on it .. I got nothing! WHAT IS THE SECRET!..so when I pick my prescription .Next door at the R and R pharmacy .It was wrong I went in for viral pink eye infection I needed eardrops nasal spray and of course eye drops .When I got home I read the box it said eye drops and put ear drops in my eye because it was the wrong lables .Plus there was no eye drops Given to me .Im not going to blame what happend on the urgent care but because of the unnecessary steps them doing. Un-urgent care appointments at urgent care times waiting so long sick so many things could have been pervented the girls. Working were all tierd and so was I .

Better than the last 5 reg doctors Ive seen in twin. Sad pas cant do what doctors do. The world would be a much better place!!!! The people here were professional friendly intelligent and timely.

Husband was diagnosed with covid. 14 days later he went to get paper filled out to allowed him to.retirn to work. He dropped them off was told to.pick them up the next day. Went in the following day.....they had lost his paperwork. In turn losing days off with no pay. Great place to go!!!!!

Traveling through town on our way home to Boise, Our two-year-old busted his lip at a playground. I called at 2:54 pm and was told they’d see us if we got there before they closed at 3:00. We drove there in a rush and pulled up at 3:00. Doors were locked. A nurse finally came out and said the dr. had left. She was kind, but it’s pretty sad that a MD who took an oath to care for others can’t stay an extra minute to see a child. As a teacher, I can’t tell you how many times I’ve stayed after hours to care for others’ children for about 1/4 the salary. We went to St Luke’s ER and received great care.

We were in Jerome for the holidays when my little girl slipped and hurt her arm. I was stressed about trying to find someone to see her, but Im so glad we came here! Everyone we saw was so good with her and helpful. I really appreciated the follow up call we got a few days later, just checking in on her. If we ever need care while were visiting again, well definitely be back. Thank you so much!

I mentioned to one of the nurses that I would write a review and it has taken me over six months. I wanted to say that the nurse and staff showed flexibility and tailored their efforts to meet my best interests. They took time to resolve my concerns and answer my questions. They gave me sound medical information. They prescribed a proper antibiotic because my symptoms justified it. Thank you. My students and I really appreciated it!

Best urgent care clinic I’ve ever been to. I was bleeding internally and thought I could just see a clinic and get some medicine. Long story short had to go to the E.R. the woman in the front desk was very sweet so was the dr who saw me.

When in paid $200 to them and didn’t get anything done worst visit ever to a doctor.

So thankful to have found this place! We are from out of town, and our daughter developed an infection. Dr. Swenson was kind, knowledgeable, and patient. Wish our daughter could have him as her doctor...if only WA wasnt so far away.

Awful awful awful. they were more concerned about getting their payment for everything than they were about the patient. The dr asked me what I thought I should do for my injury, then said, yeah, ok.do that I was told they would call with xray result by 7pm that day, and ended up having to call the next day to get results, which were severe. I would rather pay exorbitantly inflated ER costs than go back here

Always nice to deal with. I have been dealing with a really nasty sinus infection that keeps on coming back. The doctor is so good and patient with you. And the staff is wonderful. They even call on you to see how you are.

They were wonderful! We got back quickly and the staff was wonderful with my son! I would highly recommend them!!!

Went for what I thought was a sprained ankle and was never told how to care for it besides to wrap it and evaluate, didnt get any kind of medicine to help with the swelling or anything

Does not communicate your primary care. They do have x-ray and are open later and on weekends.
