I went to take my daughter in and I asked the lady that was working if there were any openings she gave me a nasty look and said no maybe tomorrow. This was at 3:48 my husband called right afterwards to see if there were any openings and he was told that there was but 4:00 was the earliest that she could get him in.

Do NOT go here. (Chris) completely chopped my hair! I asked for a 1/2 inch trim and some layers which turned into losing almost 4 inches of my hair, escalator layers and getting a hole in the back of my head. Save your money and your hair and do not come here!!

I went in to get my hair bleached and colored and the person when attended me was nice but they took 4 hours to do my hair and at the end the girl was just rushing cause they were about to close and i have black spots undies all over my head its unevenly died and they didnt even blow dry my hair i got sent home with wet hair

I went from shoulder length hair to a cute, fresh pixie cut. She recommended products to keep it cute, and helped with styling options. I bring my kids in for cuts too. Shes friendly, warm, and professional. When my husbands hair came back after chemotherapy, I trusted her to do his haircut. Thanks for the last two years of support.

I wouldnt recommend trying. If your a stylist Do NOT waste your time with the jerome SMARTSTYLE!!!!!! Go somewhere else the manager Christy Adams is a joke and she could care less about the clients let alone the employees. She will intentionally leave noticeable bleach spots on the back center crown and she rushes through a haircut without giving a second look.

They dont cut how you want. They rush to much.

Usually I dont mind this place, but today was terrible. They played heavy metal music, which is fine unless your a salon cutting peoples hair.

My wife was so happy to get her hair cut. Witch was super long. She even brought in a tablet w up ll a 11 inch screen. And all they did was put it back and give her a ponytail cut.. 6 inch shorter then she asked.. AND HAS BEEN CRYING FOR 8 HOURS NOW... THIS PLACE SUCKS. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT U. AT ALL

Cris was awesome, she fixed my hair from another salon butchering it and she has been great with working with my very difficult hair. She is my go to stylist will not go to anyone else😊

I called and asked how much they would charge me to braid in my fake dreadlocks. She was super confused and said she would have to call me back. They didnt call me back until after noon the following day. They informed me they dont do this (braid in extensions) and that no one anywhere near here would do it. Said good luck and hung up. Maybe if braiding hair is too hard you should change your career.

I called and told her I was in a town half an hour away and asked if I drove over if she would be able to do a haircut, she said yes. When I arrived she said that she would not be able to because she was going to cut someone elses hair and then she was going to close. Unprofessional, wasted trip.
