It was an uncomfortable but necessary meeting for my peace of mind. I know my children wont have to worry about the arrangements after I am gone. The actual meeting went very smooth. Ana was very knowledgeable and caring as to my wishes. The best hour I spent preplanning my memorial and cremation.

Our mother loved to entertain her grandchildren with tea parties so our family thought it would be appropriate to theme her memorial in this fashion. Our mother was also a true patriot and devoted Army wife. The folks at Aycock went above and beyond our expectations to provide tribute to our mother with a lavish spread of fine pastries and elegant dining for her tea party but also included a respectful tribute to our Nations flag and the Army flag. Ms. Laura Barbone, the Director for our memorial deserves a special acknowledge of thanks for her efforts to coordinate all aspects of our mothers memorial including expediting arrangements with Arlington National Cemetery for my mothers inurnment with her husband. This memorial provided a peaceful and gracious closure for our family. We are deeply grateful.
