My husband works there and I used the company’s facility a few times. Apparently, someone complained about me using the gym to the manager.I wonder why?! I was quiet and was obeying the rules at all times. People have nothing better to do than to spy on others and meddling into other people’s business?? I wasn’t even there every single day. The gym was empty almost always. I didn’t take the machines away from paying residents. When my husband contacted the upper management of all Sun Communities they mentioned to him that they can’t do anything about it as it depends on the site manager what laws or regulations they are enforcing.I am very much saddened to see that there are so many mean people out there. If you pay ‘piss’ money to your employees then at least let their families enjoy some of the perks at least every once in a while especially if they are a quiet and peaceful individuals.

Beautiful place. Stayed in our Travel Trailer. The amenities were great. The pool is lovely and the staff friendly.. including the older bartender with the glasses mentioned in the below review.. in fact my husband and I chatted with him for a long time while enjoying our well made drinks. He was very nice. I would definitely visit again.

Greeted by very courteous and professional staff. Our lot was wonderful. On our last day, we decided to go to the pool and have a drink for the first time. my husband and I where not too sure of the drinks that where available so I asked for a Blue iced tea. The older gentleman, apparently the bartender when I asked him if they served that drink VERY hastily said no and asked me in a very rude manner how it was made looking at me from over his glasses.. I chose to wish him a great afternoon and walked away not even attempting to enjoy the pool. I have NEVER IN MY LIFE felt so embarrassed and offended. This man should not be in a position to serve patrons. The last thing that he has is customer service and hope this message is known to him. I am sure he remembers who we where. His position should be evaluated by senior staff and be educated on what customer service truly is. I will not be coming back to this place. IT IS A TRUE SHAME.

Great roomy spot with space between our neighbors. I enjoyed the water aerobics and pool.I cannot give a 5 due to the kids allowed to jump in pool and hot tub while seniors trying to swim. Ruined my time at pool. Since thats all to do when so hot outside, we left a day early. Dont know if we will be back if no rules for kids thought was 55 park.

I greatly enjoyed a 3 month stay at Ocean Breeze RV Resort. The facility, grounds, amenities, management and staff are amazing ! Overall the resort is very attractive, appealing, clean, quiet with a great pool, hot tub, workout room, ,steam, sauna, laundry and wifi.

We stayed in the pull through RV area. It was perfect. Roomy concrete pads with large patio area with gas bbqs. The park is pristine. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The Cabana Cafes food and drinks were top shelf. You can walk to the cute downtown Jensen Beach. I would have given it a 5 except there is a train that runs extremely close and blows the whistle right at the park in all hrs of night. Also, the pool gets extremely crowded on wknd with weekenders and their guests.

Yea this is a pretty good spot. The pool was beautiful and the exercise room was pretty big also. They had several treadmills, nautilus equipment and dumbbells. The pickle ball competition was fierce when I was there so if you thinking about hustling better think twice. The lizards are fierce too. They are like cockroaches. The redhead lizards are cool to look at but mean. We spotted one eating a little iguana. But this is a really nice place and will definitely be back. Watch out for the construction inside the park. They still building condos and the crews with deliveries start early.

Very nice 2 night stay at Ocean Breeze in our small motorhome. Not inexpensive at a total of $81 per night as we had a full hookup site.You get what you pay for and this place was worth it. Great pool, pickelball court, gym and more.Rachelle at the check in desk was super great! She passed me the information needed to check in smoothly and depart the same. Good job!We would definitely stay here again.

Love this resort that I now call my home

Rented a site for my RV for a month. Have had nothing but a hassle from the pool staff. Asking for pool passes from the same people to create a hassle. I obviously got into the gate with my app FROM THE RESORT. Just over the hassle from ONE particular Whiney staff memeber.

Loved the little houses and the stay was just what I needed to spend Mothers Day w/my daughter and her Mother in Law! :)

As with many Sun properties, this park is very well appointed. RV sites are level, compact gravel. Utilities work very well. Lots of amenities. Basic wifi is reasonable but can also be upgraded. No cable. But who needs cable when there are pools, tennis courts, and much more?

I just did some work in there for a customer. Its a totally new redevelopment.Beautiful in comparison to what it used to be. Big new pool with a complete gym and sauna. Very nice and clean throughout.Homes are to close together for my liking though. But overall a nice place to live if you dont mind that.

We love staying here. Too short a visit this time but well be back!

We were blown away with the experience at ocean breeze. We stayed at an RV site. Everything was very clean. (Bathroom, showers, landscaping) Staff was very friendly.. from the office staff to the maintenance staff. Every site has a bbq and they have a small fishing doc which we enjoyed. The pool is a great size, no one is on top of eachother. Its a 5 min drive to Jensen beach and to alot of other beaches. Great location!We cant wait to return and see other Sun RV locations!! Highly recommend!Thank you for the great experience!!

Beautiful and well kept. We stayed at an RV site. No shade which I think is very important for southern Florida location. We had some family come to the pool with our well behaved grandkids and the pool attendant was constantly on us for one thing or another about the kids. Had another couple tell us he was the same with them about their kids. This is definitely not a kid friendly place. We will never go back.

Thank you for a wonderful 10 days!! The site was in a perfect location, it was the perfect place for our girls getaway!!! The restrooms and Laundry facility were immaculate! The quality of the Food was great and well priced! Everyone was very friendly and helped us navigate the area.We will definitely be back next July!

New, modern, beautiful. Staff were superb!! Neighbors, home owners were all very friendly. Totally cool, laid back vibe. Sort of a champagne taste with a beer attitude type of place. Cant wait to go back! ❤️❤️❤️

Really clean and quiet RV Park, I was there in April, it’s a really nice place to relax, beautiful pool and very friendly people including the personal. Everything is kept up to date, we even receive a first time visiting discount which I didn’t expect. We had plenty of room, a free gas grill and table with chairs there. We took the black top space but the gravel would have been fine there’s a patio on the spot so you don’t have to be on gravel only the RV would be. I also liked the Doggy are, we found 2 and a Doggy washing area so you can clean the after the beach. We will definitely go back!

Small town feel, beautiful water views, quaint downtown, Publix is right around the corner with acai bowl shop, soothies, and fresh pressed juices.

In our fifth wheel here for five months. Clean, clean, clean. Large laundry area. The pool and cafe are great. We just love it here. Can ride your bike or walk to town.

Really nice resort, right on the water in Jensen Beach Florida. A combination of homes and RV sites. Pretty safe as it is gated. Looks like a great place to retire, by the way, its a 55+ community.

I have lived here for 2 years, I personally have experienced lies and Deciet, maianly Cindy Walters and her husband Chris!!And they manage this park, don’t trust them!!If you deal with them make sure you have a good attorney, your gonna need one or a team of them!!!

I dont live there but I had the opportunity to see the inside of this place. It is very beautiful. The homes there are so beautiful and spacious. Very clean to.

Good place to park if you can get a spot

This is a premiere resort. I wasnt expecting it to be so nice and elegant, from a pool with full-service bar/restaurant, fitness room with sauna, sparkling clean restroom/showers, WiFi, full-hookups, and manicured landscaping. The main street of the charming Jensen Beach town is two blocks away with restaurants, bars, cafes, art galleries and small shops. was just staying a night on my way to Key West and found this site by Passport America, but Ill definitely be back!!

Great RV resort. Facilities are excellent and staff was outstanding! Ask for Glen or Mike when making reservations. They were incredibly accommodating. Sites were level concrete with paver patios and nice grassy areas. Very spacious. The ONLY reason I didnt rate 5 stars is that the place is right next to railroad tracks. Unfortunately, the freight trains run at night and early mornings and those warning horns are loud!! If you can deal with the periodic train noise, the place is A+++.

A 4 star only due to the loud trains which go by frequently in the rear of the property. Other than that, it is a wonderful resort with modern, clean and well maintained grounds and facilities. The amenities are outstanding. The staff are super friendly, helpful, and hard working. The trains were more of a problem than I anticipated, unfortunately.

Was here for a week in April. Very nice resort. We had a great pull thru paved site with brick patio. Staff was great and the pool was great. I hear they are gonna be replacing a lot of campsites with Permanent park models.😢😢 Will definitely stay again if they have sites.

This is a very nice RV resort with large, well-maintained sites. Landscaping is beautiful along with swimming pool and club house. Pickle ball,good gym, sauna, hot tub and activities. RR track is only drawback. Ask for a site on the other side.

As with most places, there are pros and cons. Pros are that it is a beautiful resort, well kept and staff is great. Cons are that there is not much shade, intermittent wi-fi, no cable. While shops and restaurants are within walking distance, there is only about a blocks worth (super cool shops and we loved the restaurants). Fishing dock is beautiful, but were disappointed that the water level is only 2-3 feet deep at best, not good for fishing. We used a Lyft to go into Stuart to check that town out, this trip taught us we need to bring a tow vehicle to venture out as there was no other public transportation than Uber/Lyft.

Great place over looking the sun rises over Ocean breeze resort. Fantastic place with all amenities. Pool, exercise gym, 5 am to 6 am what a beautiful sunrise, Sun rise is a beautiful sight to share with your someone special. Very serene and to see what God has gave to all to see.... Breathless!!!

Horrendous handling of COVID phased opening over the Memorial Day weekend!!This so-called 55+ resort which is currently moving from a primarily RV resort to a manufactured housing resort has made a poor decision to enable all-ages to enter into the community over the weekend.I am a long-term RV resident at the resort who was trying before buying, and this weekends inability of the staff to handle the influx of tourists finalized my decision to NOT buy here.Some of what was witnessed:* tiny babies in diapers in the high temperature spa/hot tub (Adults Only in the rules)*No social distancing*One staff member wiping down surfaces with the same paper towels*Trash, beer bottles, food dishes all over the place and by the pool (against the rules)*Weekend RVers who had broken in to the pool area after midnight swimming in the hot tubThe reason why many people (including myself) buy or rent in 55+ communities is to avoid having to witness these types of behaviors.Every other place caters to this demographic i.e. young families with children--why cant adults have a place for adults without shrieking children and young people getting sloppy and drunk???Sun Communities will cite Covid and short-staff issues as the reason; however, being short staffed seems to be their way of doing business. My suggestion is this.... dont be fooled by the pictures....

Absolutely the best RV Park we have ever been to. The staff was amazing, the pool area is huge an clean, the restrooms and showers are huge and super clean and the entire park is just really good taken care off. The park also seems very new. We had a pull through spot for only one night because we were passing through, but I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!!!!

Very interesting resort/private housing concept. Great location on the water in downtown almost. Prices a very reasonable for over night and monthly motor homes, house rentals and sales.

This place is amazing. The amenities are great. The pool is beautiful. The showers are beautiful. The whole park is beautiful and lush.

Very nice new facilities still under construction. Its been designed to jam in as many parking spots as possible so, its more of a very tight parking lot for motor coaches than a campground. Parking my 41 foot fifth wheel with my long bed crew cab drw F350 would be impossible for all but a few of the sites. I would have difficulty just rounding the corners in there. It would be a nice place to stay for a few days with a smaller unit.

Beautiful, clean and well designed. Pool is perfect and it has a hot tub. Sites are big enough for a 40 foot motorhome and jeep Wrangler. Nice grass, pavers make up patio and great lighting.Pier for fishing and dog spa. Lady in the office was very nice and helpful.

Very well kept facilities. Common area includes: pool/hot tub with bar, pickle ball courts, bocce ball, yard games, workout room, pool tables....The RV slips are clean and well spaced. 10/10

Beautiful sites full hookups, not much shade trees are young. No cable but tv comes in great. Pool area , fitness area , cafe area(seasonal) all new facilities. One section is bungalows full time, seasonal and rentals beautiful buildings. Staff very friendly.

Excellent rv resort. Practically brand new. Our family visit on 4th of July weekend we like it so much that were heading back this labor day weekend. Highly recommended

The cottage in which we are staying has a weird smell, like mold, paint, glue, bug spray? We cant figure it out. Also they didnt tell us a train runs directly behind it.

Is in the midst of changing from a Mobil home park to a more permanent type of habitation. Cant make a recommendation while the place is changing from one method of operation to another as I have no basis on which to judge either way.

Decent place. They are doing major renovations. The manufactured homes they are putting in look beautiful. I was there briefly so I didnt get much information on prices. But it close to the beach and some of the homes have a ocean view.

Too expensive. You pay so much a month for rent on the land and there are no amenities. I was there in 2014 and they told me that a pool and club house would be put in. Just came back to check, no pool or club house. If they new what they were doing the pool and club house would be constructed and I think more pope would go there. Now they are talking about the end of 2017. If that happens I will be very surprised. I feel sorry for the older people that been there, they are stuck there and they keep raising there rent. Shame on them, but every dog get their day.

Remarkable RV and Cottage resort. All new Pool, Social, laundry and Showers. Well lit at night throughout making for evening walks or bicycle rides.

Been camping for 6 years and this park is gorgeous. Sites are huge with beautiful landscaping, awesome pool, everything brand new. Only drawback, in my opinion, is that there is no cable tv and wifi could be a bit better. Will definitely be back🙃

Great place for a summer vacation. Right in the thick of it, for Jensen Beachs culture.⛵ rides, and jet 🎿. Best dining on the Treasure Coast. Many antique shops, resorts, Museums, and dont forget the beaches. By the way, if your a biker, try the nice windy cruise up the intercoastal, along Indian River Drive.

We just stayed Here and the Staff couldnt be more Friendlier, every time you pass one of them, they the always say hello.We went out walking with our dog and where speaking with a lot of the residents who told us we better buy now before there all gone,and they absolutely love living there, We will be back to buy our Home next year and all the Amenities will be done we cant wait. We have stayed in a lot of Resorts where the Staff dont even acknowledge you !!!! Tums up to Management!!!!! It is really wonderful to see what is happening with the Park I know we didnt have a pool but we had the Beach which is less than a five minute drive.it is a perfect Location less than five minute walk to restaurants and stores and we just cant wait to come Back .I have been reading some of the negative reviews and well there is just some people who are not happy no matter where they are even if there on Vacation.

Offering a large variety of new facilities and amenities.As a residence you will enjoy, security combined with top notch maintenance, groundskeeping, and a large variety of recreational activitys.Differing from the typical gated community. Ocean breeze resort, accommodates visitors to our Sunny State. Offering both short and long term cottage and fully equipped recreational vehicle sites rentals.Simpley a great place to call home.

We really enjoyed OBR by Sun Communities. Fresh and clean. A modern hotel feel for RVING enthusiasts. You can walk to town center which is a quaint and lively vibe. The back row is on the train track path so you at first think it will be awful but we didn’t mind it at all. In fact it was genuine feel.

Sharon was professional and knowledgeable. All our questions were answered. If you have the pleasure of visiting this amazing resort, I hope she is available. Many amenities with more to come.

Great place. If you are close to the wall which seperate the resort from the railroad tracks, the trains will disturb you. They blow the whistle for the intersection, it is very loud. We were there and survived and would setup there again but it is much nicer closer to the river. Otherwise one of the best.

Avoid this place! The unit was misrepresented as being quiet and they wanted to charge extra for us leaving early! What kind of business charges someone for leaving early? Most businesses would at least offer a partial refund.We could never get a good nights sleep with all the loud noises (even with fans running, ear plugs, etc). The unit was right by the road and the loud noises echoed through the units thin windows and walls. I could deal with normal traffic noise, but fire/ambulance/police pass all night with sirens blaring. The train passes 4-10 times a night with constant train horn through the area. Somehow, it is louder in this rental than when you stand by the railroad tracks or by the side of the road.Also, the WiFi goes out all the time.From talking to other residents, there are many other issues. So do your homework before you make a mistake.

Love visiting this park and town. The park is starting to look amazing, and I cant wait to see the finished community. Nothing beats being able to walk to and from downtown especially on Thursday nights for Jammin Jensen.

I believe Im in the Taj Mahal of RV resorts. Very clean plenty amenities and the people are really nice I would say a step up in the right direction than any other RV resorts Ive been to so far this is the best one Ive been to.

Having traveled for 15 months, this resort is in the top 5 of the 200+ rv parks we have stayed. Great amenities....WiFi, pool, fitness room, showers and sites. Only lacks cable tv. Staff is very accommodating and maintains a pristine property. Truly a RESORT! Great location within walking/biking to quaint town with good restaurants and shopping.

Very nice people &great staff all the amites that you could want. Staying a week, month or a year. Its great and within a Mile of the beach

Pretty sad when the sprinklers come on at 7:00pm every evening and the manager and president of the “resort” won’t change the times it comes on saying “it would mess with the other people” what other people? Ones who live here ? This place really sucks the management hates their lives and tries to make others worse then theirs. Do not come to this place! -1 stars

Very nice but also very pricey considering you already have to pay a quarter million for a small mobile home and then $700 to $1550 a month lot rent with a guarantee of 3% yearly increase in lot rent.

Very good park. The only disappointment is no TV cable. My antenna only gets abc and fox. Cannot get nbc or CBS.Park needs cable. I would recommend this resort to anyone. My wife and I live about 50 miles north on US1 and we try to visit for 3 or 4 days every couple of months.

VERY DISAPPOINTED in Sun Corporations on this Holiday weekend, May 2020. They opened up the Resort to everybody and Ocean Breeze was bombarded with disrespectful people from South Florida because thier counties/ beaches/ pools were not open yet. They allowed ALL RESIDENTS here to be Exposed to COVID. This is a 55+ community and we have worked very hard to stay safe and abide by All Rules of Social distancing , only to be EXPOSED AGAIN from all folks from down south. Residents here pay Big Bucks $$ to live here and were forced to stay in their homes. There was Alchol in pool, kids doing flips off side of pool, 4 month old premature twin babies in hot tub, kid on a scooter in pool, NO SOCIAL DISTANCING at all. Totally undermanned and No Management on staff to handle or enforce policies. Very, very sad. Not ACCEPTABLE .

Refused entry of a clasic RV in perfect condition. Very upper crust in their own mind...LOL

The service is unbelievable! Clean good looking campground ! The only think was the railway train. But everything was very good.

We loved this place! We are novice RVers and enjoyed the pull-through site, paver brick patio, table w/chairs, gas grill and full hookup. The amenities were more than sufficient for an extended w/e getaway. Easy access to everything, including the ocean. The staff was polite and knowledgable and we were offered a Veterans Discount for my husbands service to this country. I would absolutely go back there!

Wow there has been a lot done here. I bet it will be nice when completed, but right now looks pretty rough. It lost its quant key West feel.
