They did not alert their patients that they were being bought out and will be closing their office.

Charlotte A. Parker goes above and beyond to make sure the Patients are well taken care of . My first visit to her office i witnessed her walk a patient out to their car. She makes it all about us . It is a very friendly and caring office. I drive 1 hour just to see her. If i had to drive 2 hours it is worth it. I highly recommend you go and see Charlotte .

My 92 year old mom went to get what she thought was a $700 hearing aid as advertised in the local paper. What she ended up with was $ 4500 worth of aids she could not use, or pay for. The staff had filled in her check for the amount due $4500. My mom is not only hard of hearing, but has little to no eyesight and mild dementia . I returned the aids one week later ( September 20, 2019 ),to this day November 22, 2019 the $4500 has not been returned to her. They dont answer their phone, or return calls. The only thing Ive been told over and over is the Corporate office will issue payment within 30 days. Its been over two months now.Beware of this establishment taking advantage of elderly people with poor eyesight and poor hearing by placing misleading ads that have small print.
