UPDATE, I did not speak with a manager. That may have helped. Anyway RX Optical contacted me and made it right. So thanks for the help.I will still use Rx Optical for my eyecare and glasses because they offer the best value and convenient locations.I was charged for frames that I was told were free. I was charged for anti glare I did not order. Ordered two pair. One pair was ok, the computer pair did not work as well as the pair I got in 2016 from them. Getting the right information from them was like pulling teeth. I had to drag it out of her that I got the second pair free. I was being manipulated instead of served. Understand your bill before paying. They did not go over my bill with me before charging me. So, I got two pair of glasses. One pair dont work for me, and I was charged $49 over what my bill should have been, and told there is nothing they can do for me in regards to the glasses or the bill.

I switched eye insurance so I decided to try RX Optical in Jenison. They were over an hour late to get me in for my appointment & I still have not received my trial contacts & its been over three weeks, very disappointed!

Repeat customer and had an updated vision test...selected two tri-focal lenses frames and one prescription sunglasses.just picked up one pair of glasses and they did make a mistake.Their order point Software defaults to the progressive tint type of lenses.Both my wife and I deferred from those type...90 day to return and they will order the clear lenses for me.Just so youre aware.Otherwise, staff has always been great and good selection of frames

Best Rx Optical location around. This will be my new normal preferred location. Exam today was great. Very clean, they care about your safety while still excelling at customer service! All staff was great. They made sure to express to ask regarding ANY questions / possible size/ color options. Never have I had someone break down the details of my exam or contacts / glasses options so much. Gave me a breakdown before I left with all ordering options and prices. Excited to get my first pair of blue light glasses for work / driving! Highly recommend

My old glasses were showing signs of age. I wanted to get a new pair along with a eye exam. My prescription did not change that much (luckily) and I got a new pair of bifocals. I cannot use the new glasses to drive (the dash board is blurry) or see the computer monitors on my desk which is 75% of my job. I have to use my old glasses most of the day. I went in to Rx Optical to talk to them about the problems I was having and they said You will have to buy a second pair to see at that range Really, My old glasses functioned great. I was happy with them. The only thing my new glasses are good for is to viewing the screen on my phone.At the time I purchased my new glasses I paid in full for the exam and glasses. About 8 weeks later I get a bill for $20 - Admin Fee.Never going to back there again and would not recommend Rx Optical to anyone.Thanks,Wayne

They do their best to help their patients. Im moving to muskegon but I plan on still going here cause they are worth the drive.

Came in and gal at front desk having a personal conversation with someone, maybe mother, about someone’s car problems and repairs. Was nice and acknowledged me after person left. And then disappeared to back room.Arrived 15 minutes early and while waiting doctor comes through front door on her cell phone at 2pm while walking to back room. My appointment was at 2pm. No one acknowledged me from the back room by 205pm, so due to the lack of courtesy and professionalism I left. Many other places to go. Too bad though, I have been going their for many years

They have a clean and organized office. Dr Stacy Maier Noyes and her staff are great. They even have a bilingual optician on staff. I trust them with my eyes

Considering the experience Ive had with other eyecare facilities in Grandville, I was wary about trying RxOptical in Jenison. But my wife said Dr. Noyes was very good. Now, after my exam and getting my new glasses, I must say that she is great! I dont know what other providers were doing wrong, but she got my prescription right the first time. Now I cant see* myself going anywhere else!

My first visit there wasnt the best and they reached out to me. I came back and they went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. Thank you!

When switching eye doctors I was hoping to save some money... I just needed an eye exam & some contacts. Sadly that was not the case. After 3 appts & multiple different eye prescriptions, I finally got my contacts but I still couldn’t see & I had already spent $300+ for the exams & contacts. I ended up going back to my original doctor (different establishment) payed for an exam & found out that RX wasn’t even close on my prescription. So instead of saving a few bucks I ended up spending twice as much as I would have if I never would have switched. Their selection of frames are nice but I was very disappointed with the rest of my encounter.

They need to be right in top of business when you go to pick up contacts or glasses and dont make you wait there 20 min!! Thats just Ridiculous!

DJ is the best optician they have! Go see him!
