I had an appointment at 4. Was told to try to come in early to fill out paperwork. I show up 3:40 and Im told that its too late. That my appointment was at 3:30 and now Im almost 15 minutes late. The receptionist Jackie was very rude. Didnt have a care about me at all. She said its too late the doctor had gone home. I asked if I could reschedule. I asked for an early appointment but she refused to help me find a time that worked. Said doctors dont come in at the time that I needed. Said I could fill out paper work and the doctors would choose if they wanted to see me or not. This is definitely the worst place Ive ever been too. I could just tell from the moment that I walked in that Jackie didnt like me. I dont know if it was my size or the fact that Im foreign but she was just plain rude. No patient care whatsoever.

Recently moved from NC started seeing Dr Kantz he is kind caring and patient, talks with you not at you would highly recommend him, and Brooke is the greatest

I am literally appalled at the lack of concern for their patients. I had a new patient appt. with Dr. Kantz and he was going to refill my BP medicine. It has since then taken over a week to simply get this filled. My pharmacy reached out to them four different times and I called every day leaving a message to his assistant and never got my rx filled. Keep in mind I went over a week without my BP medicine and the office was well aware of that. I would not recommend anyone to this office. Very disappointed.

I actually really like my NP . the staff here sucks. Theyre more often that not kind of rude and they never return my calls. Time to move on.

I should have listened to the reviews.I made an appointment the week before in effort to find a PCP. I was scheduled with Dr. Daniel Kantz. The receptionist who scheduled appt. was not very helpful as I asked if there was any way I could get my paperwork ahead of time. I was very flexible and offered all the methods I was willing to obtain paperwork including stopping by, email etc. I was bluntly told no. I knew the time I was given was a tight fit with another appt., particularly because I had to arrive 1/2 hour early for paperwork and expressed that but told her that if it was the only option I’d do my best. She did not react to this or tell me that if I ran late for paperwork I’d be refused.I called my insurance company and had my insurance transferred over as requested and even prepared further than that by obtaining some records and X-rays for review. I had all of my meds listed and in my possession. When I arrived 15 minutes earlier than appointment time, I was in their eyes 15 minutes late for paperwork and they refused to see me. They didn’t check with the Dr or anything...just said no. I’m not sure how they knew I couldn’t complete the paperwork? I know I could’ve if they’d have allowed me to pick it up in the many days I waited to be seen. They offered to reschedule...NO WAY! I am not putting my health in the hands of people who don’t care. I never met the Dr. but was leery as his reviews on multiple sites are poor. When your front desk team isn’t competent it says a lot about you.

Never again. Out of 3 months as a patient- Drew blood for labs and lost it, no results or answers. Lost a blood testing kit from an external party for weeks, simply ignored my calls until I physically went into the office. One receptionist, (who was rude and short with not only myself, but elderly patients!!) will not allow patients to schedule with the Dr. I saw on a certain day of the week citing, Hes not here that day However I have HAD appointment with him on that particular day, saw him there while I was in the office (looking for the items they lost), and can easily schedule with other receptionists for that day of week. I had zero returned phone calls aside from one, which was returned over a week after their quoted 24 hour call return, and they try to say that the system didnt show I ever called.... when someone else within the Clark administration can pull up my patient report showing calls, messages, etc. When they received results from the external testing agency, they did not call, answer, or let me know in any way. In an effort to never return there, I went through the process of obtaining the results myself. Maybe get IT in there to check your systems, maybe get someone in there to improve communication and patient support. This year has been difficult for EVERYONE, but there were generally 1-2 other patients in the office at the time of my visits and lots of chattering behind the window so I see no room for excuses.

Dr. Head is absolutely amazing and so is NP Kim Sickles. I have been seen by them for many years. I feel they always go above a s beyond to ensure my health comes first. Thank you for being amazing!!

I have had to change my rating, I have tried to get a simple medication refill twice now and it takes FOREVER to get ahold of anyone, not to mention I’ve tried making THREE online appointments each of them messed up and I never saw the doctor. Never answer my calls, barley ever return calls. I will be moving practices.

I started at this office in 2017 because the nurse practitioner I started seeing was highly recommended. Until last month I had no issues. Well the NP I was seeing Kim Sickles no longer felt comfortable seeing me because I guess I offended her in some way? I was never really given an exact reason why they switched me over to another NP. Needless to say I did not see the other NP and left the office along with my other 2 family members. Before I left I had one of the front desk ladies text me saying Ms. Sickles was telling my personal buisness to others in the office and told them I was sick in the head! Who does that?! I will no longer do buisness with Clark memorial.

I was a patient with my doctor for several years and was happy with her but after some late/missed appointments, I was termed 3 years ago. I called today to see if I could be seen again and even after 3 years, the office said theres nothing they could do. I do not feel this is a good example of patient care or customer service.

Showed up for my new patient appointment and was told the Dr. is not here today. Basically I was told sorry, do you want to reschedule? No I most certainly do not. My time should be just as valuable as theirs. Dont waste your time with this office.

Been going here for years . i like them . they are friendly and clean. they work with my mom also on getting her meds. all she has to do is call and leave a message and her doctor sends it straight to the pharmacy.
