Ashley Lindsey is great! We spoke about my condition and past attempts at treating my depression and other symptoms then I left that office with one prescription that covered an array of symptoms which is huge if you have had the experiences I have in finding appropriate medication. I’m super hopeful with the changes that were made to my treatment plan by her. The lack of help at the front desk is certainly an inconvenience as stated by others but I’m confident they will find a means to address that problem in the near future.

I will be getting my lawyer they seen me and my son for 10 mins if that. Said they accept my insurance 2 days later they all of a sudden dont accept it. Then they send me and my son both a 250 bill. For nothing she did nothing or anything a bunch of cracks and my lawyer will be involved

Great place to go for help with depression they also have awesome doctors and nurse practitioners who really care about your well-being very friendly always has a smell always make sure that youre doing all right and never makes you feel like you shouldnt be here all in all the great people and a great place if you ever have to come here I would recommend this one

DO NOT GO HERE. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. They never answer the phone and when you leave a message they do not return your phone call. I’ve been calling every day for over a week trying to get an appointment for my daughter who has been a patient for over a year now. It’s hard to get a refill on medication so when you run low/out you have to call continuously, two or three times per day. I always have problems getting approval from the doctor when trying to refill medication. It’s takes forever! Please find somewhere else for your mental health needs because nobody deserves this hassle. I usually never post a review but I would hate for someone else to experience what I have. STAY AWAY!

If I could give then a zero I would they tell my wife that they accepted hers and my sons medical card then 3 days later all of a sudden they dont accept it and hit us with a $500 there scammers wouldnt send nobody there if that was the last place around

Ive been going about four months now.and youll are right no one ever anwers the phone,they have no refused for your health,its absolutely redickness.Ive been calling for days on refill for my meds,no one has returned my call or called on my meds.I was on this medication before I went to them.am turning them in to the better business place.You can google the phone number.trouble place.

It’s been a nightmare. They no longer have anyone working in the office and they never return phone calls. I’ve been trying for a week now to get a prescription refilled that has now run out. I Have left six messages this week alone and still no response. At this point I am at a loss of what to do next.

Do no go here. Id give negative stars if I could. Every time we need a refill, they dont answer the phone, never call you back and never call back the pharmacy. My son has been without his meds for a week because of their failure to do the most basic thing.

DANGEROUS! Receptionist NEVER answers phone, MIGHT return vm if she feels like it. Personality of a flat rock. They have absolutely NO regard for their clients’ well-being. Will drop you as a patient over THEIR billing mess-ups, leaving you cold turkey on your psych meds. WHICH, could cause seizures or even death. They are either unaware or do not care. I am surprised if Ashley Lindsey, Np, REALLY has a degree, I know more about psych and meds than she does. All she does is ask the usual questions, nod and say, “ok”, then write scripts and you have to spell some of them and tell her what they’re for. -10 STARS

This place never answers the phone, and when you leave a message they never reply. My medications never clear and I have to hound them to fix the issues so I can get my medicine every month. AVOID THIS PLACE.Side note.Dr. Mion is a good dude, but the Office hes at is the worst.

I wouldnt know any details about this place because no one will answer my calls. When you tell the doctors here about how the receptionist doesnt answer the phone they gaslight you and dont do anything.

I see Andrea for therapy and Ashley for meds. They are both great. I have connected with Andrea more than I have ever connected with previous therapist. I recommend them to anyone have difficulty connecting.

I’m just three months of seeing Ashley I’m no longer having suicidal thoughts. Since I was 13 I’ve had severe suicidal tendencies and ideations, countless medicines have failed. But Ashley seeing me for the short time really listened to me and found the right medicine to help. I seriously recommend if you feel like you’re not getting any progress with your current doctor.

When I started going here it was hard getting refills. They have made a lot of improvements in this area and now I have complete faith in them.

My son went here for 2 months. He was prescribed meds to help with impulse control. The doctor had to reschedule his next appointment and he went 3 weeks without a refill on his medicine. I called the office at least 50 times. No one every answers the phone, you have to leave a voicemail. During this 3 weeks not one phone call have i received back. Worst experience i have ever had with a facility. I have found my son better place. I would never go back here.

We had a wonderful experience going to Dr. Lindsay. She listened to everything I had to say and gave me what I needed. Very happy with my help.

Ashley Lindsey is horrible. Shes a nurse practitioner. She doesnt listen to you at all. She types on her laptop the whole time youre there and doesnt look at you when youre talking. Then she says if you have any problems please call. Ive called 2 seperate occasions. Never got a return call. Horrible customer service and treatment.

This place is a JOKE!!! Do NOT go here. They never answer the phones, takes days at a time to return a call and it pops up on your phone as “no caller id”.Went here twice, they were supposed to set me up with a therapist and NEVER DID.Never stayed there for more than 5 minutes. A woman dragged me in a room and asked about my medication for 2-3 minutes and sent me home. Never scheduling an appointment with a therapist for me, never caring how I felt or anything. She didn’t even bother making eye contact. Just stayed on her laptop the entire time and seemed bored with our conversation about my medication.Also I ran out of my medication because they forgot to refill, I went an entire week, detoxing from my medication because of THEIR SCREW UP!!! And they couldn’t answer the phones or return my calls the whole week I was detoxing. This place is horrible. Your mental health will surely decline from a place like this. Go somewhere else, please.Also, wellstone, the psyhiatric place attached to alliance, is HORRIBLE!!! I stayed for 5 days and the nurses could care less about you, when they lead classes they read out of an old book, didn’t bother talking to people about their issues, and when asked questions they ignored them and continued reading. They do not care about the people staying there. They clock in and clock out and that’s all they care about.These two places are horrible horrible horrible. Definitely affected my mental health in very negative ways to see how little these people care when they’re supposed to be the ones helping you.

If I could give 0 stars, i would. Completely unprofessional. Told us to come in on a day that the doctor wasnt even there then charged us for the copay and cancellation fee. Then sent my little sister, a child, to collections. The point of seeing a psychiatrist is to relieve stress. How is ruining a childs credit before theyre even allowed to have credit relieving stress?

Absolutely discusting place!!! Bugs in the lobby, bugs in the offices. Staff is mediocre at best! Doctors are an absolute joke! They are more worried about pushing you out the door then taking the time of day to actually do their jobs and listen! No session or visit i had went the full time. If youre planning on going there its an absolute hell hole!!!!

The office staff is the worst Ive ever seen in any establishment. Theyre rude, dont do their jobs, and cannot get anything right. My billing is always incorrect and I have issues with getting my prescription every single month. I do not recommend this office to anyone, go somewhere else and save yourself the headache.

When calling, you are calling to speak to somebody here, not to speak to the Avaya IP Office answering machine service. Ive called 22 times over the course of three days before actually receiving an actual answer.

Ashley Lindsey is great! She listened to my problems and I feel I am definitely on the right track now.

After multiple attempts to have my child’s prescription refilled and no returned call, we will be switching providers. Unacceptable practice!

Hands down the worst place I have ever been. The doctor I was seeing was Dr. Afaq who did not care about my condition or returning calls. When I asked to speak to the office manager and finally got to talk to her she told me she did not have time for my complaint and hung up on me. Never Go There!
