I hope that this facility has improved drastically since reading these reviews. we are processing paperwork to have a family member placed here. FINGERS CROSSED 6/14/21

I would not ever work or put any of my loved ones in this home. Workers are so mean to the residents AND the workers. I knew someone here:(

Worst nursing home ever...they said my mom would not do physical therapy and declined her medicare.i her daughter asked them to give my mom another chance because she was maybe depressed from being quatenteed.Next thing I know I was getting a bill for 12k.and they said they could not go to therapy room because mom is in the covid ward....my mom has covid and I did not know it. Do not send your parent there for rehab!!!! The meanest rudest women I have ever talked to.i dont think we owe them a cent...matter fact Im going to sue them for neglect!!!

My mom put my grandma in this nursing home on Thursday. It was recommended she wait a week to 2 weeks before going to check on her. My Grandma has Alzheimer’s. We went in to check on her this morning regardless of what they told her and it was awful. She was slumped over in a chair by herself so drugged she couldn’t move or wake up. She was sitting in soiled adult underpants. It was pitiful. She took photo and video I’m sending it in to the dept of health and senior services. It wasn’t just my grandma either there was a ton of them slumped over and drugged. They didn’t want to deal with them so they just put them out like zoo animals. Check on your loved ones often, early, and unexpected.

I was able to walk in with out being noticed, and felt completely invisible. As an obnoxious alarm on the front door continued to sound off no one seemed to notice to shut it off. I stood there trying to get the attention of the staff for assistance. After a good 10 min I left. I WILL NOT BE BRINGING MY FAMILY MEMBER HERE! The home was disorganized and had a foul smell. The staff were very rude and didnt have any answers for me. Not a good place. It was run down on the outside and although it had an alarm it wouldnt do any good. Anyone can walk in and out and go completely unnoticed

I dont think theyre providing my daughter with very much rehabilitation therapy,but the people there are really nice

Mom has decided to live here for the moment. But Shes been dropped twice now and this second time has her quite bruised. Hopefully we will have her out of there very soon.

Visited a friend. She is fairly happy there. Its not home, but she says she has fun.

My mother was in there 2 years ago in the alzheimers unit there was always new bruises on her and they werent careful with medicines they would lay other peoples medicine on table in easy access of other patients of which my mom picked up someones elses medicine and almost died

I would never put anyone in here. Some of the workers r mean to the patents. I would not recommend it

I was not impressed one but with Villa Marie! I believe they need to get help that knows what they are dealing with.. I thought alot of the girls were in training..!!!!???? My friend did not like it there right from the beginning and neither did I.. And the facility didnt like him so they put him in the hospital so then they could refuse to take him back.. I thought that was really dirty pool. And a few of my referrals were not sent out cause I was getting him out of there as soon as I could.. I would rate this place a1!!!!!! Just terrible how they treat some of the residents....

I was in this place when I was very young and they are still great today

Didnt see a single gait belt or anything else a aid usually had, turned down job.
