Business model designed specifically to cater to baby boomers which is annoying especially with covid. Theyre like we follow the CDC guidelines but you can tell they havent read them. If they had they would know that masking in the lobby is a joke.

Ive had a good time here. The track around the gym is 14 laps to 1 mile which is fine. There is always something going in here.

Great place to play basketball. Unpredictable sometimes about whether or not classes will take up the whole gym or not. I was once asked to leave the basketball court because a class decided to use BOTH courts at the same time for a relatively small class. Other wise, decent facility all around. Ive been c9ming for years and I will continue to do so

After visiting this place a few times, I can’t help but notice a pattern of the body builder types who want to act as if they’re the emperors of the facility. Too possessive of the equipments, very pompous, rude, and not being mindful of others spaces. These kinds of occupants will certainly not provide a good experience for others. Sorry.

Went there months ago and noticed that there are too many territorial members in the free weight room. Bad news.

The fitness center stays super warm, the fans are small and spaced far apart. Good equipment, but hard to use without sweating buckets. The front desk staff are also regularly incompetent. Some days it takes me 10 minutes to sign in with my summer pass.

Tried to go swimming at the outdoor pool. Was literally yelled at by the teenager lifeguard in the TINY bikini at the front booth. Brenna? Brenda? My mom thought she would be able to check us both in since were family and I had a poopy baby w/me. I came back, while filling out some paperwork my mom was just asking her about why they changed the wading pool (that all the kids I know LOVED) and she was immediately rude and defensive and gave us a few differing explanations for why. Then she told us we were wrong and the new splash pad was better liked by the kids. She continued to be rude after we asked her not to. If youre in customer service, you need to know how to deal with potentially upsetting topics with politeness at least. We dont pay to go to the pool to be treated rudely. And why dont the pool drains have drain covers? Accident waiting to happen. The splash pad is the worst. It looks like a shower. Even my 2 year old was not impressed. And then when we were finally getting into the pool, apparently it was a NO KID swim time. What the heck? My baby was so sad. We wont be back.

Ive only ever used the gym equipment and the walking track. I get a lot of use out of the walking track. There is probably no difference in surface between facilities, but to me, this track feels like it has some give to it.The gym equipment is well spaced. Theres not much room for warming up, though.
