I paid by credit card on the day of a scheduled procedure. I didnt have the procedure and tried to get my money refunded on the credit card minus a follow up charge instead of the procedure charge. This was appx. 30 minutes after I paid. I was told I would have to wait until it cleared insurance then I would be issued a refund in a couple of weeks.It is now 8 weeks later. I have called 4 times, and on the first 2 calls were told they would put in a request for a refund. The 3rd call I was told they still didnt have any record I wanted a refund, and the lady said she would check into it and call me back, She didnt call back. The next time I called I was told there was a computer glitch when It would have been the time for me to get my refund and I would have to wait until the end of the next month when they issued refunds. When I complained, she said she would try to send me the refund. I havent heard back from her, and I still dont have my refund.
