The staff gave excellent service, they helped me find two frames that I really like and the speed that the glasses were made was amazing. Im a truck driver so not having to wait a week or more was very nice. The manager Olivia was very professional and knowledgeable, I was very impressed with how she went a out taking care of me, you all need to give her a raise because Ill recommend Eyemart to all my family and friends. I drove to Jefferson City on Saturday, hoping I could get glasses made the same day to correct my vision after cataract surgery. The young lady that helped us was friendly and fast. I picked out frames, she made sure the lenses I needed were in stock and she said they would text when they were ready. We no more left to go to grocery shopping and we received the text they were done. 19 minutes!!! Picked them up and they were just what I needed! Thank you so much! I can see again!

I visited on a Thursday bought and paided for everything and left. I decided I didnt care for the frames I picked so I call and they canceled my order. I was told it was no problem I could come in next day and pick another pair. From the minute we walked in the Manager made us feel like we were wasting her time. The previous sales associate made mistakes on my insurance she acted like it was my fault. Never again. I will go back to Columbia.

Eyemart Express in Jeff City did a wonderful job, from scheduling to Dr. Jones exam, to measuring and fitting for glasses. Tina was so efficient and professional in helping with my new lenses! In 2020 so many businesses seem to use COVID as an excuse for poor customer service, this one does not. They are safe, sane, helpful, and knowledgeable.

This was the first time for my wife and I purchasing glasses at Eyemart Express and we had the best experience! They were extremely helpful and flexible in helping us with our frame choices. When my wife couldnt find any frames she liked, the sales person asked if she liked her old frames they could just put new lenses in them. The prices were 50 % below what we found in other places and they didnt try to up-sell you on any extras. They also give a second pair of either distance or reading glasses free. Best of all, they all 4 pairs of glasses ready for us in 54 minutes--this included my no-line far to near gradients! Every other place has taken 2 to 3 weeks to get them done! The difference? Eyemart Express has their own lens lab on site! You wont go wrong going to them for your next pair of glasses! We will never go elsewhere!

I’m so impressed with Eyemart. I went in after having to return my glasses I got at Walmart because they were too big for my face and didn’t have anything smaller that I would like. Kelsee was awesome and super helpful! I got a pair of glasses picked out and they were ready in 25 minutes :) I love them!

The ladies are great . . and after Kelly explained much I now understand hands being tied.SO this is my update: I understand a little more and how the State of Missouri has unrealistic rules which keep the poor people poor. Eyemart really does have compassion and will help a person but if you dont understand something . . ask. Plain and simple. I purchased new glasses after 2 years of glasses that didnt work for me anymore. I am always in such a rush. I only had half an hour to pick out my glasses, pay and go pick up my daughter. We got it done with time to spare. I was very impressed. After a couple weeks I still LOVE the glasses Kristen helped me pick out but I decided I needed to get the anti-glare lens. I called them up and they ordered new lens. When they came in I went to pick them up, I accidentally left without paying! Kelly was so sweet when she called to tell me what I had done. I was so embarrassed but Kelly was so nice about it that in the end, I could laugh at myself for my mistake. For a large corporate company, this location has small town community values. Pleasantly surprised on the price, speed of service, professional staff, and selection of frames. We got two pair of glasses with blue light block and excellent lens for under $150. Both glasses were done with 45 min from time of order! No waiting over a week for delivery.

Went for the first time to order glasses, I have always worn contacts. Kelsee helped me pick out my frames and she was very helpful with telling me all the different lens options. I recommend going there for help to get glasses. I did not receive my eye exam there I have a different doctor so I cant tell you anything about the eye doctor.

Today I got my first pair of glasses. Kelly came up to my dad and I right away and was one of the kindest people I’ve been around. Then when she went to help other customers Kelsee came up to us and was very helpful. I 100% recommend going here. I got 2 pairs of glasses for 80 dollars and it was done in 15 minutes. I came in with my son at 5:00 p.m., and wasnt really sure what to do since this was my sons first pair of glasses. I am horrible with names, but it was the general manager and two others that helped me. She was very friendly, and helped us pick out the perfect frames for my 3 year old. She knew exactly what would fit him best, and helped us get everything approves with insurance. His glasses were ready around 6:45, and they were fantastic! My son is legally blind, so it was a great moment to see him try on his first pair of glasses. Thank you so much for giving us such a great experience, and excellent customer service! Called to make an appointment and they said they were able to fit me in if I came in ASAP. I dropped everything, thanked them profusely, and drove there quickly. I sat and filled out the paperwork and 20 minutes later they said they are unable to see me because the Doctor is running late. Overall I wasted an hour of my day for nothing. Lesson- Go to a real optometrist.

Im very satisfied with my experience that eyemart Express got me in about 20 minutes after I arrived from my eye exam was very very comfortable situation with the eye exam the nurse was nice doctor was cool got done expediently and I picked out frames on my glasses were done being made in about 12 minutes great experience love it would love to go
