Everyone is so personable and incredibly kind. Danielle has been fantastic, professional, and compassionate. I would highly recommend Axiom to anyone who is struggling to or just needs support.

I started going to axiom about one year ago. I’ve seen a lot of therapists and psychiatrists over the years because I suffer with depression and bad anxiety. They are fantastic! They listen to what you have to say, and they truly care about their patients. I’m still working on my issues, but they have helped me so much! I’ve come a long way from where I was in the beginning, and if it wasn’t for all they’re help, I wouldn’t be where I am. So, big shout out to Kerri and Megan! If you ever feel like you need help with any issues, I would recommend them 100%

I have been with Axiom for about a year now. The staff are very courteous and kind they make you feel very comfortable!!! I have Brian as my counselor and he is the best , I have NEVER felt so comfortable with a counselor as I do with him. He is very attentive and caring and as a recovering addict himself and been clean for a long time he understands the struggle and at everyone of my visits I walk out learning at least something new each time I go!! Carrie my psych. Is the most zen and coolest... She also is amazing and very understanding and a great listener, she makes you feel at ease when you leave her office because she wants you to feel comfortable within yourself!! Ohhhh I don’t want to forget about Miss.Jenny she will be the first person you talk to at Axiom weather on the phone or in person. She is Axioms receptionist and she is so helpful and makes sure your appointments are scheduled at times that are convenient for your needs and she just makes you feel like your her priority and her heart is so big and you can tell she cares a lot about assisting others !! I recommend Axiom for many reasons and I look forward to my appointments and I feel like you would also !!!

I cant thank the Axiom family for giving me the tools and accountability to look in the mirror, get honest and real with who I was, the scars I allowed to define me and to release the scared, hurt and confused 5 yr old. I was suicidal, had addictions and was a people pleaser with no self worth. I put in the commitment to get whole and they Christina, Diane and Kerri gave me the safe place to peel back the layers, heal love and trust me. I put my oxygen mask on first, have healthy boundaries and finally love who I am. I am blessed by their guidance and counseling. I trust them with my life and thanks to them I know how valuable it is.

Never go here! you can not trust these people. They deystroyed my life. They do not listen or care about what is actually wrong with you. They will tell everyone about your therapy. Nothing is kept in therapy which is the whole reason to go in the first place. I will never trust another therapist after going here.

DO NOT TRUST axiom. Worst mental health place I have ever taken anyone to. When you have an issue with the medication they perscribe the office lady will not let you speak to your therapist or the doctor. No matter how bad the reaction is. Front office lady is very unprofessional and rude. They will release your personal tharapy information to others without your permission .They do not care about the mental health or well being of their clients.They do not even staff a real dr. Those are only avalible via telehealth to the people who work at axiom. I Can not even begin to tell you how many rules this place has broken and at the expence of my child.talking to children about other peoples therapy. Giving information to unrelated persons with no benifit to treatment and without permission.changing appointment days and times without notifying client. Refusing to refill stabalizing meds for weeks, after not telling clients of appointment changes.This place is a scam do not trust your loved ones mental health to axiom.

It was great..at first but they discharged me because I have mental health problems. They where supposed to help me but instead they threw me out.

Just like all the other places, just out to make money. Dont offer any weekend of evening services. How is an addict supposed to get their life together if the services are only offered during working business hours. People cant be taking off work all the time just to make a counseling appointment to talk with people who have barely had any schooling in psychology to begin with

Im sorry but this place is so unprofessional, I was referred by my neighbor in AUGUST OF LAST YEAR , i called the office multiple times leaving multiple messages & nobody would ever call back or answer the phone so i gave up. Just recently i tried to schedule again and nobody would answer the phone, i left a message and a lady named Jennie would call me back and we played phone tag a few times, she finally answered the phone when i called her back and was just nasty so i have given up all together. This place is so unprofessional i would never trust them with my sons mental health!!!!!!!

This place and the staff saved my life, I cant find the words to truly describe my thankfulness,. starting with the staff. So genuine and sincerefrom my counselor Nick, to the Dr. Keri. And never leaving out the office worriers. I was in such a dark place, my only friend was despair. The kindness and respect in which was taken and the sincerity, well they broke the mold with this crew, With help from Dr. Keri and my counselor Nick. I have learned so much about myself. I awake each day with joy in my heart and purpose behind my day, I dont ever remember having that. they shined light on what once was dark and out of reach. If ask how I would rate this place and the staff, All AAAAAs Please dont be me and wait until your life falls apart, I trust these people with my life, and they gave it back to me. They are family to me each and every one of them at axiom in Jeannette, Thank you so much for showing me, I was worth saving.

To make a person wait, and wait, ....and wait, for a callback, to get in for an appointment, is unprofessional, especially when its urgent. I would NOT recommend this place. Go where there is actual help. Where people do care about the position they took and take it serious and are hired there, to do their purpose.🤨

Wish I could give them a lesser rating. My girlfriend stayed in a hospital for a week at a psychiatric unit to get her mental health straight only to have Axiom take her off medicine that was truly helping her. Now she’s back to square one and they won’t give her old meds back. They also discredited the psychiatric unit she went through and every new diagnosis they came up with they threw away. Also if you have an appointment at 10 in the morning you might find your self waiting there til upwards of noon.

Everyone is very nice and they are all helpful. Highly recommend axiom.
