I was very well received when I had my appointment with Dr Berger last week. My visit was a refreshing experience of patience and understanding. She took time for me to practice putting the instrument into my ears which a previous doctor hadn’t done. I am more confident and comfortable with the process. The doctor and staff were hospitable. The doctor the time to explain to me what was going on with my hearing and what was cauling the hearing loss. She checked with my insurance to find out what type of hearing aid they would cover, how long the approval process might take. I would recommend her to anyone who is having hearing issues.

Dr. Berger is phenomenal!I suffer from tinnitus and was extremely concerned about controlling further potential hearing loss. She ran some tests to determine my current hearing abilities, shared the results immediately after the tests, described what was going on with my hearing, gave me some proactive steps to protect my hearing, and was able to order some custom fitting ear plugs to use at my noisy job. They took a few weeks to make and arrive, but it was definitely worth the wait. The earplugs are clear so no one notices them and Im able to converse with my co-workers while greatly toning down the ambient machine noise.Getting an appointment to fit my schedule was easy. Parking is available extremely close to her office. Warm reception area with a very personable receptionist. The appointment and earplugs were very affordable for my budget. Dont waste your time driving to Evansville or Bloomington for an audiologist when we have a great one right here in Dubois County.

Not a real ear Doctor, just another hearing aid saleswoman that would tell you anything just to sell you something you dont need.I went in with an issue and she just ignored everything Im saying and kept trying to sell me a hearing aid and when I refused she charges me $220 for I hearing for a test that I told her I dont need.
