I really loved the dr I had. He was super nice.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I’ve been sick for 5 days, without feeling better. I decided it was time to see a doctor. When Dr. Yap came in and learned of my symptoms, he started laughing at me. Asking if I like to worry about little things. I even asked “Are you calling me a hypochondriac?” I was shocked by his question. He then looked into my medical history, and started to laugh again! He even said he was sorry for laughing at me and my medical history. Is my health a joke? I left feeling so unimportant and taken advantage of, that I’m pulling my whole family from Mercy Health. I rather drive 2 hours to my old doctors then to ever step foot in another Mercy clinic.

Some drs are okay, the staff laughs at your worries and symptoms, they leave chunks of stitches in your face and they dont take neurologist recommendations seriously after an infant has a stroke. The actual hospital is just as bad if not worse. Looking to change insurance carriers just to avoid mercy in every way.

I saw KENNETH S. LAPUT when I went to the urgent care with a rash, shortness of breath, cough, headache, nausea, chest pain and sore throat. My primary doctor told me to go there because I have been getting more symptoms of Covid over the past 3 weeks and my doctors office is not seeing Covid patients. When KENNETH S. LAPUT came into the room he instantly started yelling at me saying why are you here? This is your doctors job to see you not mine!! I told him I could show him my mychart conversations with my doctor where I was told to go to the urgent care. He refused to look. I told him I needed to know if I was currently contagious so I knew if I could go back to work or not. He rolled his eyes and questioned if I was trying not to go back to work!!! 🤯 He kept saying I had tested negative for Covid so I dont have it. I told him my doctor said because of my symptoms she thought I had another strain of covid the test doesnt detect. He laughed at me and said the test was negative you dont have covid youre fine! I thought it was crazy he was saying that I was fine as I was coughing and having a hard time catching my breath. I never said I have Covid but obviously something is wrong. He also told me maybe my rash is from bedbugs and I should try washing my sheets sometime. I told him I just bought a new bed a month ago and I washed the sheets a few days before. All he was was well thats good... He never looked at my rash that covers my body and continues to spread, he looked down my throat from a foot away, listened to my lungs and then walked out of the room... I will NEVER go back to this urgent care again! I was treated disrespectfully for absolutely no reason!!! This doctor should not be able to treat people this way!!!!!!! BEWARE!

Dr. Kramer saves Mercy Health System from being the worst ever! She alone is the only reason I stay with them. Every other encounter I have had and that my husband has had is the WORST service. It has taken us 5 times to get a prespription acknowledged. I am so frustrated!

If you can ask for Dr. Saleem he is excellent and gets you out the door fast

On my first visit I was able to be seen quickly without an appointment. On future visits you may use their website to schedule a same day appointment and provide your patient details.

Wasnt attended properly by Doctor. Lacking in resources. Was not given any kind of testing because they were closing soon. Unprofessional.
