Lincare of Jamestown had difficulties with paper work in the past but they have improved greatly. Lincare doesnt charge extra fees for for their respiratory supplies as many other local places do. I have found lincare to be helpful, friendly, fast, and reasonably priced.

Be careful! Months of waiting for equipment due to paperwork errors, falsely billed for hundreds of extra dollars, no statements sent until they are threatening collections, months of headaches and phone calls. Go elsewhere!

Lack of communication between employees. One tells you one thing and another has a different story.

The reception here doesnt do their job. I recently got married and tried to update acount with name change. I called twice before seeing the doctor for new script( because of health insurance change) and informed them of name change, they replied to doctor like I was new patient. If you would like a run a round for a month and not get supplies, this is the place to go!
