Ive been a patient there for over twenty years and I can not say enough good things about the entire practice. Very friendly and thorough.

One MD on board not taking new patients. Not sure why so unaccommodating.

Great practice. I have never had an issue here, and have been a patient for 25+ years. Dr. England is wonderful, and we will miss him when he retires this month. I have only seen Dr. Goddard once, but she seemed very pleasant and knowledgeable. The office staff and assistants are always pleasant. Ive had one or two days in the past 25 years when someone may not have been quite as pleasant, but everyone has bad days. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking medical attention. Dr. England has taken wonderful care of myself and my son, and Ive never had an issue with the staff not scheduling appointments for tests, referrals, etc. as the previous reviewer mentioned.

My experience with Dr Goddard has been outstanding, shes patient, kind, knowledgable and very professional. I would give her alone 5 stars.But a physician sometimes is only as good as their staff.Jamestown Family Practice staff is a bunch of rude, lazy and incompetent women.I had a physical with Dr Goddard and there are several health concerns which she ordered tests on and reffering me to specialists. I suffer migraines/daily headaches and have had an change in pattern and she wanted me to get an MRI & see a specialist. I also have a history of skin cancer and she noted some suspicious spots and wanted me to see a dermatologist, plus another issue which I needed to see an additional specialist. I needed 5 referrals in all, and she had mentioned whom she recommended me to see. After 4 phone calls to the office repeating over and over the same information, being told I needed to give THEM the name & phone numbers whom I wanted to see on my 3rd call (even though Dr. Goddard told me whom she was referring me to) 8 DAYS LATER NOT A SINGLE REFERRAL has been done. I called personally all the places I needed referrals to and none of them received anything from Jamestown Family Practice, and I cant schedule without these referrals ! Am I walking around with a brain tumor & skin cancer again? I guess Ill never know because the staff there cant be bothered to do their job.A physician is only as good as their staff: go here for a common cold or simple health issues but if you suspect something that may need testing beyond simple blood work or a referral to a specialist you could walk around undiagnosed and untreated thanks to their incompetent staff.The physicians probably dont have a clue regarding their staff and assume they are doing their jobs.(Side Note: While waiting in the waiting room for my appointment I overheard another patient speaking to his partner about how rude the woman at the front desk was and needing to find another office.Same woman gave me an attitude when I told her my insurance had changed, -grabbed my card and told me rudely to sit down. I felt like a school kid being scolded)
