Prior to my procedure this doctor made me feel like I was in good hands. However as soon as I had the procedure I stopped getting any response from Dr. Andrews or his team. The prescriptions I needed werent ordered so I had to pay out of pocket. When I had concerns about my recovery, I repeatedly called for help and the one call I got back got disconnected in the middle of me explaining my concerns and I never heard back. I was supposed to have a 4 week post op appointment, they didnt have room in the schedule, so I got pushed out to 8 weeks post op, which means I will not get a return to work release on time. Ive never had such poor treatment from a doctor office.

Tom-you really shouldnt talk to an 8 year old about his mother like that.
