Very pleased they were concerned with my health beyond my teeth and honored the request of my heart doctor and knee replacement surgeon by prescribing a premedication of antibiotics prior to dental procedures. They explained everything clearly and listened to my concerns. I am pleased beyond my expectations.

I continue to be impressed by Orn Family Dentistry. I feel like a valued customer the second I walk through the front door and am greeted by the receptionist. Both Dr. Orn and Dr. Gartner really listen to their patients, exhibit professionalism, show compassion, and explain things in easy to understand ways.

The hygienist, Kylie, did not introduce herself, and after checking mychart started right in working - It involved a tiny very sharp instrumentbeing inserted into my gums, front and back on each tooth. Fortunately,I have some medical knowledge so I knew what she was doing, but not because she explained it to me. In addition, she was rough, and not once did she ask if I was OK or how I felt. In short, she treated me like a labspecimen, not a human. I never want her to work on me again!The Dentist, in stark contrast, sat down, looked me in the eye as we spoke,and explained what was done, what it meant, what might happen, what would happen, what we could and couldnt do, answered my questions, and started to make a planfor the future, in a personable, friendly manner. She was a pleasure to work with! Very impressed.

Amazing team. I have always had such a fear of going to the dentist. But Dr. Orn took such good care of me. Friendly office altogether. My whole family goes here and I can say I am very impressed and thankful for her great care with my 6, 3, 1 year old, husband and myself.

I use to be terrified of dentists! Dr. Gartner is AMAZING though!! She is the most personable dentist I have ever been to. She does everything she can to assure I am as comfortable as I can be. She explains each step of the process which really helps relieve my anxiety!! I no longer white knuckle the arm rests and am able to relax while in the dental chair!! I am very impressed with the quality of her dental work as well. I am glad I finally found a good dentist that I dont completely dread going to!

No complan about the friendly staff, but a visit that should cost $ 100, cost $ 210, because instead of talking about my issue, decided to take x-rays, and I had to pay for a useless x-ray that I had done previously through another dentist. Yes I will recommend them, but my suggestion to talk to the Dr. before they take x-rays, or try to sell you some of their products.

I have been to my fair share of dentists with moving a lot recently and not having the greatest teeth to begin with. I came to this office on an urgent matter and I am very happy with how things turned out. They were flexible with scheduling, listened to my concerns & treated the issue as soon as they could. I could not recommend Dr. Orn & her staff enough and I will definitely be continuing my care here!

Switched over to Orn Family Dentistry and very impressed with the kind staff, and great dental hygienist who explained each area of the cleaning process, and educated on how to further care for your teeth!

Quick service, super friendly staff, almost painless tooth extraction, good follow-up. The out of pocket expense was a little high even though I have decent dental insurance... not sure if their prices are high or theres a glitch with my insurance. Regardless, Ill return for my future dental needs.

Highly recommend if anyone is looking for a new dentist! Orn Family Dentistry is so friendly; they were very considerate and made sure I knew what they were going to do before they did it. They also went out of their way to ensure my insurance would cover my procedure. Actually makes me look forward to going to the dentist now!

Uncomfortable experience. I was told i had 4 cavities and scheduled an appointment to get them fixed. I canceled the appointment and waited a year. I went to a new dentist and have no cavities.(had nothing done!) It is now 2 years later and I still am cavity free.

Excellent dental hygienist! Was very thorough! I love that “just cleaned” feeling! Dr. Orn is wonderful, too. And they worked around my class schedule (even let me keep my “office hours” open on Zoom on my phone while they worked on my smile!). 😁

Was really nice to get worked in to a cancellation spot. Shannon was new to me but did a fantastic job. Her knowledge and experience were evident and I received the highest level of care. All test results and treatment plan were explained thoroughly.

Ive always been a satisfied patient of Dr. Orns, but my most recent visit with my three-year-old daughter was above and beyond my greatest expectations. She became a little resistant about halfway through the visit and the hygienist, Shannon, and Dr. Orn took their time with her explaining why she needed to finish her appointment and even let me sit with her in the dentist chair so she was more comfortable. I cant say enough how happy I am with the entire staff at Orn Family Dentistry. Patty, the receptionist, was made for her job and excels at it. Dr. Orn is knowledgeable and kind and every hygienist our family has worked with has been accommodating and kind. Great job and highly recommend!

Dr. Orn and staff does such a great job. They are especially great with my three little kids when they have appointments. My kids arent scared to go to the dentist. My 3 year old daughter will even go back with the hygienist herself.

The “family” at Orn Family Dentistry have always been very professional yet personable. They take the time to remember who you are and remember you from appointment to appointment. They always made me feel special and that they were interested in me as a person!

My greatest fear has always been going to the dentist. Anxiety through roof and I would shake the whole time. Now I am relaxed and very calm. Carrie has a very calming manner and explains what she is doing through out every procedure. Always making sure you are ok. Luckiest day of my life was having an infected tooth. Carrie was in the office on that Saturday and didn’t hesitate to call a prescription in for me. Then she offered to come in early on Monday to see me. I had never met her, but she went above what my regular dentist offered. Best in town.

Called in with a very bad tooth ache and they got me in the next day for an assessment. Staff is friendly and makes you feel at ease which is a biggy at a dentist office. Dr. Orn is great she comes in looks over everything then explains all your options and what she thinks on saving the tooth or extracting it, gets your take on it and goes from there.

Very painful experience with repairs to my built in retainer. They even misaligned the retainer causing an underbite and two rounds of pain while my teeth shifted and were corrected by another dentist. Verify that your bill is correctly drawn up, if they make a clerical mistake they will still call you until you pay for their mistake.
