I had a great experience. All the team members I came across were kind and tried to make me as comfortable as possible. The nurses were very very sweet as well. I did not wait long at all either:)

Very professional from the first step in the door.. Had my surgery and then went into AFIB , They knew what to do immediately. Had a ambulance take me to the hospital ,all turned out well.I was impressed how clean and professional everything was. Would recommend it very highly.

I cannot thank the staff at Jax surgery center for the kindness they showed me.Because of Covid I could not have my family in the back with me. But they made me feel right at home. They all worked together to make me feel comfortable before and after my procedure. I almost cried because of how kind they were to me.Thank you to all the staff and doctors at Jax surgery center. 🙏

I don’t care what anyone says. The nurses were Very nice and my appointment was 12:30pm and was called to pre op at 11:15am. Ashley the nurse was very sweet to me and my doctor Shakah.

Absolutely horrible! Scheduled for an 8:30 procedure that was supposed to take approximately 30 min. It is 12:30 and they still havent started. I have been told repeatedly that he will be up next. 12:30 with zero update. Super inconsiderate and very unprofessional at keeping things moving. I would not recommend this place to a wet, dirty dog! No reason for a four hour delay with no updates!

The staff was amazing! I was nervous after a previous surgery at a different hospital having anesthesia issues, but the staff here was so knowledgeable and kind it really put me at ease. My surgery went as perfect as could be, and I recovered feeling 100% and ready to go.

This facility completely blew my expectations. First, the staff are just incredibly helpful. They answered any questions I had and did so in an appropriate manner. They were super friendly and lessened my nerves about having a laproscopy. The RN I had was super lovely and I believe her name was Denise (?). As she led me to the back to prepare for my surgery, she complimented my nails and after I was gowned up, she even stated how beautiful my complexion was! I didnt feel like I was in a surgery center anymore. Then, the anesthesiologist and the other RN who started my IV were equally friendly and courteous. I was flabbergasted! The professional and pleasant attitude of the staff in this center made my day. I hope each and every one of you have a wonderful 2020!

Really wonderful, kind staff who understood my needle phobia and were so accommodating. Because its a surgery center, I was afraid of feeling a bit like a farm animal, but the opposite was true. My specific concerns were dealt with in a kind, professional manner and every detail of my time felt personal. They even made sure to give me an extra blanket that had been pre-warmed when they saw I was shivering. Truly a good experience.

Very clean and the staff is very nice and very friendly. They make you feel comfortable. I would recommend it to everyone.

I’m very happy with the care I got! Everyone was so nice and caring. I had questions after I got home and they talked to me until I understood everything. (They had already called and checked on me but I had more questions later on) Thank you JSC!

Had a PHENOMENAL experience here! HIGHLY recommend. Everyone I encountered was simply amazing and Ashley is THE BEST with giving IVs. SHE ROCKS!! Very, VERY IMPRESSED with every one as a whole.

This place was Amazing, all the staff was great, so kind, Dr. Mclanahan is the Best Doctor that I’ve ever met, kind, really know what she is doing, she and her staff treated me like a family, Thank you so much Dr. Mclananhan, I wish all Drs were like you.

Melanie was amazing she took care of me after the surgery. She was very kind and there with me every step of the way. I definitely recommend this place for surgery everyone was very kind and you can tell they all have genuine hearts !!

I had an excellent experience at this center. My Doctor and all the nurses or knowledgeable and thorough with any explanation of information given to me. They all made me feel at ease and had great bedside manner.

Back of the house very professional! Love the surgeons and nurses. Front of the house ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! Hung up on me and then when I called back to find out why I was hung up on, I was accused of cussing someone out. Specifically JANIS. Dont TALK TO JANIS AT THIS PLACE!!! Totally unprofessional and rude!!!!

Wonderful experience today at JSC!!!!! Each one of the staff members were amazing and so kind. Intake Administrator was very sweet, but receptionist not so much. Just one person though out of the many we saw today treated both my husband and I so well!

Its 9:10 and were still sitting here in the waiting room for our 8am appointment. Maybe Ill update this in an hour or two when they finally call us in.

Great place, cleanI am a CNA and I see too many people that should not be in the medical field.This place was awesome, everyone was respectful and kind to my client. The doctor and staff followed with a phone call.

First time at Center, very nice and clean! My husband was a new patient of Dr Paul Sievert. The centers staff was very nice and personable. Dr Paul was very nice, patient, through and fun. Pleasant experience.

They took care of my mom above and beyond. Great staff.

I would like to say that overall I was satisfied with the experience as a first time patient at JSC. The check in process , insurance verification, payment collection was seamless fast friendly. The pre-op experience was great, again fast friendly painless(for the most part lol). Surgical nurse, Anesthesiologist were friendly informative, great bedside manner. The recovery experience (with nurse Laurie, Laura not sure). I am not sure if she was having a bad day or what seemed to have her annoyed. I asked about f/u appointments with my doctor which is typically part of post op paperwork/release, I was told IDKhe does not have a practice here. This nurse clearly seemed annoyed , agitated throughout the post op recovery process. I will say once Nurse Laura/Laurie realized aka got caught ,basically when I started responding in kind. seemed to go overboard with information, helpfulness in that fake sort of way when you know you messed up This individual caused JSC to lose a star on my rating , common decency respect go along way !

What a sweet staff!!! second time that i got surgery done at JSC and just love it!!

Amazing people here. Nurse named Jana helped me through a difficult time after a terrible bicycle incident. Would recommend to anyone.

They were very nice and made me feel comfortable I was in cubicle 7 10am 12/27/2017 the nurses were great ty ty again 💕
